Thanks so much!!!

Sue--I think I was only down about 10-12 pounds when we were on the cruise in September, so yes, I have come a long way since then!!! :goodvibes

The scary part is, I made a deal with my DD. I told her if I rwached my goal of 50# I would get a tattoo. I think I might have to stop at 49# :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Hey Andy, what food plan did you follow/use?

Not too much of a food plan Sue. I do have a Slim Fast shake for breakfast and lunch, then try to have a sensible dinner. I also knocked out "most" but not "all" of the sweets I used to eat. I do have a bowl of oatmeal almost everyday as a mid morning snack, then a few pretzels in the afternoon. I either have a piece of fruit or maybe a yogurt in the evening. That's about it.

Interesting. I tried slimfast several years ago. May have to give it another shot.

Down another pound this week, 37 total lost to date, and down to 190 for the first time since 1998!!! :goodvibes

Since I missed two workouts this week because of the head cold, I really pushed myself this morning to help make up for it burning off 1500 calories spending 3 hours at the gym :yay: today.

Sitting here now enjoying a nice tossed salad with low fat dressing. :)

WOW keep up the great work.I have not read your posts for a while- you are kicking some serious butt!
