Just arrived home from Riverwinds, had a nice 2 hour workout today and registered under a 2 pound weight loss for this week, bringing my total lost to 36 pounds so far!!!
Not too much of a food plan Sue. I do have a Slim Fast shake for breakfast and lunch, then try to have a sensible dinner. I also knocked out "most" but not "all" of the sweets I used to eat. I do have a bowl of oatmeal almost everyday as a mid morning snack, then a few pretzels in the afternoon. I either have a piece of fruit or maybe a yogurt in the evening. That's about it.
Down another pound this week, 37 total lost to date, and down to 190 for the first time since 1998!!!
Since I missed two workouts this week because of the head cold, I really pushed myself this morning to help make up for it burning off 1500 calories spending 3 hours at the gym today.
Sitting here now enjoying a nice tossed salad with low fat dressing.
