I ordered Halloween tickets on the 9th and they haven't shown up yet. I called this evening to see if I could get a tracking number or ETA after double checking we were in fact charged. We were charged $25 so I thought maybe it was stuck somewhere and they could track it. Turns out that the person who did the order charged us for the shipping and put Will Call as shipping method. Oops, no biggie though. But the great thing is they are refunding my shipping fees and shipping it out tomorrow
I know a lot of companies that wouldn't have refunded the fees, but Disney did without asking. Love those little touches.
