I ordered Halloween tickets on the 9th and they haven't shown up yet. I called this evening to see if I could get a tracking number or ETA after double checking we were in fact charged. We were charged $25 so I thought maybe it was stuck somewhere and they could track it. Turns out that the person who did the order charged us for the shipping and put Will Call as shipping method. Oops, no biggie though. But the great thing is they are refunding my shipping fees and shipping it out tomorrow :) I know a lot of companies that wouldn't have refunded the fees, but Disney did without asking. Love those little touches.
 
Same here. My husband lost his park ticket at WDW while getting fp's last time we were there. It had everything on it-dining plan, hotel key, park admission. We panicked, but it took only five minutes to replace it, and that was at Magic Kingdom. We were so impressed by that.

That's too bad that they messed up to begin with, but glad they compensated you for your troubles. Chick-Fil-A does that too. Anytime they mess up, they gave me a free nuggets or free chicken sandwich voucher.

We lost ours once too (not attached to a room) and they were able to replace it because we bought it direct from them, they said if we hadnt they wouldnt have been able to tell which tickets to cancel (and therefore replace) because the ones sold via agents are sold to them in bulk number groups.

First, $25 for shipping tickets? Even Fed-Ex would be $14.95 to anywhere in the country for first delivery overnight for something that light and they will pickup, so there is no need to pay someone to go and ship it, so that means there is a $10 handling charge for virtually no labor, but I do agree that it was nice that they refunded it.

Chick-Fil-A honestly has the best customer service in terms of Fast Food (ok, In-N-Out and Cafe Rio may come close as well). For example, if you want a cup of water, you can ask for a large cup of water with your order and they will give you their large cup with water for free.

I'm I Canada :) shipping anything to or from the US isn't cheap.
