well tags are the things or sayings above ur avatar and under ur name
if the tag fairy sees or likes somethin u post for some reason she makes it a tag(or saying) under ur name!
and she jus randomly does it!
i want one...but dont have one

He/She goes around and searches posts. If they like something you post because it's witty, funny, entertaining, stupid, they make it into a tag.
Tags are underneath your username and they are COLORED. Therefore you don't have a TF tag, you have a self-made one.
However, the TF may also make your self-made tag into a colored one as well
