Ok, all these codes and pins are driving me nuts. Now I'm thinking about a split stay so we can check out 2 different hotels. The first would be with the gift card deal, the 2nd would be the % off. With the gift card, I know you can use that all around WDW, but would I be able to use it for either:

1) room charges at the end of either of the stays.

2) For the actual room for the 2nd part of the trip.

no silly q's on the dis, thats for sure.....meanwhile I am right there with you ad all these codes.and with pkg's there is no breakdowns on rooms/dining etc so it is doubly as hard...frustrating to say the least....I am a bit overwhelmed myself....

Yes, if you book a pacakge and then do a room only, you should be able to use the gift card from the first stay to pay for the room only reservation (since that gets paid at check in).

As long as the package portion is first (so you get the gift card).
