This is your 24th Anniversary? But you're so young!~A 5/12 TR!*PTR link pg 49, 9/14!*

I think you looked pretty in your PP pic---Love the little dress! :)

Very cool getting to have a surprise DIS meet!

awe :( Im so sorry that EMH at MK didnt work out so great :(

So glad you had a DIS meet though!! I met Alicia too!! The day before this one at the 5K race. lol. Its so funny how we get a bit shy after knowing so much about each other from TRs hey. lol. oh well, a little chat is definitely a good thing :thumbsup2

I can totally relate to the muggy air = messy hair thing :( It happens to me too. Half the time I dont even bother doing my hair the way i do it at home bc I know its going to go to fluffy frizz anyway. I love the weather and even the humidity (when its not too bad) but i have no clue how I would style my hair if I actually lived there :confused3 lol

Omg, I completely understand you about being shy, I'm horrible with new people! So awkward on first meetings, I never know what to say or how to act. Then afterward I feed my forehead some palm and say "WHY did I say that!?" :rotfl:
I've always wanted to see Wishes from the Contemporary. I like your review of it though and I can imagine seeing it from a different angle would be a little odd.
I can't believe the People Mover was down. :sad2: That would have been my last straw too. I always get excited for EMH and then crash big time and don't see the end. :confused3

Your dinner at CG looked soooo good!! I wish we were able to check it out, its always been on my list of places to visit too!

I can't believe how well you can see into MK from the Contemporary, that is crazy and awesome!! We have never stayed at Deluxe, but DF said that is the one he would pick to stay at :goodvibes

Sorry EMH at MK didn't seem too work out too well. I would have felt awkward being seated with others as well, thats just silly they did that!

Awesome that you got to meet a fellow DISer though :thumbsup2 I love random Dis meets, but I get very nervous too so I understand

I agree about the fireworks from the CA Grill being at a strange angle. Both times, though, we got to watch them from our table, so that made up for it! :thumbsup2

Too bad that you were too tired to really take advantage of the MK EMH. But, sometimes it's better to take advantage of a Disney bed. :rotfl:

I'd be upset about the Peoplemover being down too. That's the best at night!

Cool that you had a surprise DIS meet. I totally relate to the awkwardness of meeting new people. But it's pretty easy to find common ground with DISers.

That is weird about them making extra people get in with you on Pirates. I think we've had that happen somewhere too, but can't remember which ride.

That's awesome that there's a turkey leg rice krispy treat! :rotfl:

Welcome, so glad you came out of lurkdom!

Aww, thank you! We do have a lot of fun on our Disney trips, it's my happy place! When are you going in November? It's such a great time to go!

Haha, I had to drop so many hints to my DH to get me that glass slipper...basically say "I want this, can you order it for me, here's the info"! I wish he could think of these things on his own, but he doesn't really research Disney like i do! :rotfl2:

haha Thanks!:)

We are going November 22-29th, and I can't wait!! We have so much fun at Disney as well, and I can hardly contain myself until November! haha

hahaha That's how i would have to be with my DH about the slipper, too! I would have to lay it all out for him, or I would never get it! haha

I love your dress that you had on in the picture at MK, very cute!!
I'm so glad you got to have a DISmeet! I'm like you, and VERY shy and awkward with people I have just met! I have anxiety, and I'm sure it has a lot to do with that, but I feel you there! I'm happy you got to meet a fellow DISer, though! Very cool!

Sorry you didn't get to do more on this night, but I know it's hard sometimes when you are so tired!! Sometimes it's just good to go get some rest so you can fully enjoy the next day!!
Can't wait to read more!

Jen, I'ms till reading and following along, just haven't had time to post (with my MIL and brother having medical issues, life is hectic).

Love the looks of the two desserts you got your anniversary...so very nice of them.

So... obviously when I said I was subbing, I meant the exact opposite. Maybe I was still on a Disneyland high??

Your trip looks like it was really great! Lots of food, a gorgeous resort, and the parks! I always thought that I liked Yacht Club way way better than Beach Club, but those rooms are SO PRETTY. I think I just need to move in to that part of Walt Disney World because it's so perfect.

I like the country disney topiaries! It makes me think of Garden Grill and that's one of my bucket list Disney restaurants (which I just decided?? I didn't realize I had such a strong opinion on Garden Grill but it looks like a lot of fun! Also, overalls).

You have magical Toy Story Mania luck. I wish our TSMM dash had been so calm! Maybe everyone was so shocked from getting in at 9??

Your mini cake is adorable. I'm obsessed with Disney mini cakes (not the big ones, though, just the baby ones) and they're all so cute! I'm glad it was tasty because it would be so disappointing for that pretty little cake to taste gross.

I think your MK EMH sounded fun. I love wandering around Magic Kingdom and seeing the transitions between the different lands. Maybe I'm weird because my boyfriend is definitely more ride-commando-type and isn't as into poking around everywhere. But there are things like turkey leg rice krispy treats out there to find! ;)

I think it'd be fun to watch Wishes from a different location at least once to get a different view. I like that in the park, it feels like the fireworks are above and around you, but seeing it without crowds is definitely an advantage!

Boo that you had to share a row in POTC. Howard and I have had to do that twice. There was on instance where the couple was like, getting into our side of the boat! The midway point was like, where the guy was sitting. It was as if Howard was going to fall out! We took a picture of it, but that'll be in my April 2012 TR that I'll start after the Disneymoon one.

Yeah, planned DIS meets sound like it'll be super fun, but I end up nervous waiting for the appointed time! The unplanned ones are easier, although like you, I do always feel awkward! It sounds like you guys had a nice meet though despite the initial awkwardness!

The turkey leg rice krispies treat is so cute! I think it's okay that you left EMH early. You'd be messed up for the rest of your days. We didn't stay until the end of EMH even though we really wanted to. Being hot and tired all day was just not allowing us to follow our plans!

Whoa, near death experience?!?

I love Dis meets! I agree...sometimes I do feel a bit shy and wonder if I am going to take it too far...hey want to hang with me for the rest of your trip? LOL :lmao: Just kidding....
I love EMH's too at MK. It does take a lot out of you though.

Great update :thumbsup2 We saw Wishes from the Cali Grill a couple of summers ago and as much as we enjoyed it...it just wasnt the same as being in the park!

How great that you got to meet Alicia;) My daughter is the same as you....she gets super nervous and so quiet....but once she gets to know you...it''s all good!!

When you were describing just wanting to leave to go back to the room I could completely understand how you felt at that moment. I have had those moments, especially in August when we go:crazy2:

It looks like a pretty good view from the Contemporary. I think I would probably agree with you about the angle though. I like seeing the fireworks straight on, and these do look kinda weird off to the side.

I think your PP picture looks cute!!! Love your dress!

I love all the pictures of MK at night. I love how it looks all lit up.

We did not have a great MK EMH experience either. I'm sorry you were so tired :( At least you got a yummy rice krispy out of it tho :thumbsup2

I'm so glad that we are eating at Le Cellier in October. It's one of the places that I've never eaten before in all the years of going to Disney. I can't wait!

I'm loving your trip report. I'm awkward at first meetings also. I'm not sure why because I'm normally very outgoing, but I think it has something to do with the fact that I am afraid that people aren't going to like me.

I too have issues with my weight. I'm very self conscious about it most of the time and my DH tells me that no one cares about it and no one notices. He tells me that he loves me just the way I am. He's sweet, but I feel like he has to say that to me.

I love how your DH blamed his arm hurting as the reason that he lost at TSM. Sounds like my DH. LOL!!

Can't wait to read more!

That is awesome that you and Alicia got to meet! I kept looking for either of you, but no luck!

I can feel your pain about having to ditch MK EMH- it happens to me, and I get upset every time. But it is just the best decision sometimes.

That rice krispy flower is so CUTE!

I'm so happy I met Alicia, she's so nice! I looked for you too, I'm pretty sure I saw you on my way out of Splash. I really should have said I, but I couldn't tell if it was you or not, I was too far away! I hope we're in Disney at the same time again! :goodvibes

I hate leaving EMH's early, but sometimes it has to be done! Hopefully not in November! :rotfl:

Near death experience? Eep! Can't wait to read about that!

Honestly, I find it best that when you feel 'done' in Disney, it's better just to skip the parks and spend time in your room or by the pool/jacuzzi, etc.

Don't mind me. I've been kind-of lurking on the DIS boards lately. I've been really busy, as usual, with family parties and such. I also started my new job today! :) I actually get paid vacation time at one of the libraries and it accrues, so I definitely won't have enough days to take a long trip this fall. The only getaway we'll get this fall is to visit our college friends in Texas. I guess it's actually a blessing in disguise. It 'forces' us to save money and plus, our house is on the market so I'm hoping we'll be moving sometime this fall or winter. Greg and I are determined to take a big trip next spring, either Alaska or Europe. I don't think I can stay away from Disney for too long, so we'll definitely try to go next fall. Greg's 30th birthday is next August and I know he'd love to go to Vegas. Lots to look forward to next year! :)

Well, maybe not near death...but it was pretty awful! :scared:

I feel so horrible leaving the parks early, I need to find a way to come to terms with it! Either that, or plan our days better! No more early mornings after late nights or something!

Don't worry about taking a DIS break, I haven't had much DIS time either! I'm hoping I will have more time soon, now that Brandon will be able to drive again on Friday, but it's not looking very likely...I probably won't be able to resume my normal DIS'ing until September when he goes back to work at night!

Whoo the one where we run into each other!

Leaving MK is always hard and sometimes you just have to ditch out early, but it still sucks. Good thing you got a rice krispie treat on your way out! And that Turkey Leg one is awesome! :thumbsup2

It was so great meeting you! I was standing on the ledge going, "I'll kick myself if I don't say hi." I still remember how Brandon was telling us how he got some of the water in Pirates in his mouth because the ride was jerky. When we walked away, Alex was like, "That would be so nasty.":rotfl2:

I totally would've stayed and talked longer or gone on a ride, but I didn't wanna seem weird, plus I knew we both wanted to enjoy MK EMHs. If we're ever in the park together again, though, we'll definitely make sure to grab another photo.

And I agree about the Contemporary. As much as I love watching Wishes on the Poly beach, nothing beats standing on Main Street during the show, massive crowds and all.

Yay! I'm so glad I met you, it was fun! I just wish I didn't worry so much about it being awkward! :rotfl: I hope we are at the parks again at the same time, I'm sure we will be someday! If you guys keep going in May, I'm sure we'll go again at that time too, since that's when we celebrate our anniversary!

Wishes was nice at the Contemporary and I'm glad we did it, but I missed being in the park watching it!

I think you looked really nice in your PP picture!

That's cool that you met a fellow DISer!!! Definitely seems like it made up for leaving EMH at MK- that, and the cute purple flower rice krispy!!!!
That turkey leg one made me seriously LaughOutLoud because I could totally see you buying that one if you hadnt already bought the flower!!!!! :D

and BBOOOOOOO that the people mover was broken :( That made ME sad!!!!!

Thanks! :goodvibes

It was so nice meeting at DIS'er finally! I've been on here for years and Alicia was my first! Now I don't have to be so nervous about it anymore! :thumbsup2

Haha I wish I bought that turkey leg rice krispy treat, it was so cute! Next time I'm definitely getting one!

Yeah, the Peoplemover should NEVER be broken, it's just not right!!

The view of the MK from the Contemporary is amazing! I agree, sometimes it is nice to just put away the camera and enjoy things without watching it through your viewfinder.

Yay for your DIS meet! You sound like me-I am the same way meeting new people. I love doing it but also get sort of shy/nervous. Bummer you couldn't have hung out longer.

Ever since I have seen MK from the Contemporary for myself, I've been obsessed with it! I even priced it out to see how much it would cost to stay there for a few days in November, but it's SO expensive to get an MK view! Someday I'll rent points for BLT! :cool1:

I've always wanted to meet a DIS'er, but I get so nervous! I'm glad I finally met someone from here and next time I won't have to be so anxious about it! Everyone here is so friendly, I don't know what I was worried about! :rotfl2:

CONTEMPORARY EVERYTHING. Good Lord, I'm on a Contemporary/BLT high right now and I don't think it's gonna go away for awhile. Please excuse me.

Aww, how awesome that you got a surprise dis-meet! Alicia seems awesome, I bet that was fun! One of these days we'll have a dis-meet too!

Don't be so hard on yourself! Magic Kingdom will always be there. :)

HAHAHA the turkey leg rice crispy! How awesome! I have to ask though, because so far I haven't been able to figure it out... what's the stuff on top? Is it like fondant?

Haha, I would be too if I was staying at BLT in a few weeks! :thumbsup2 I actually had a dream that I went to Disney with my friend from work, and without me knowing, she upgraded us to the Contemporary! When I woke up from that dream, I wanted to go back to sleep and continue dreaming about Disney...I'm so obsessed with the Contemporary lately, I can't wait for your next TR! Please take a million pictures! :goodvibes

Alicia was so nice, it was awesome meeting her! I'm glad it was a surprise too, because if we planned it, I probably wouldn't have stressed about it all day! I hope we get to have a DIS meet someday! :wave2: Maybe next October? :)

Haha, I know MK will always be there, but it's hard leaving when you know you only have a few days in Disney! I was just SO tired! I need to plan better next time! :rotfl:

Hmm, I don't know what is on top of those rice krispy treats...I don't think it's fondant, because it tastes good, and I think fondant is gross...maybe some kind of thin frosting or something? Whatever it is, it's yummy!

Awesome TR! Looks like so much fun! Your so lucky that your husband loves disney so much (even if he won't admit it!)... Cannot wait to read more! *subbed*

Thank you! :goodvibes Yes, I am very lucky my DH likes Disney so much! He's weird, he doesn't like to admit it, but I know he loves going there, or else he would really say we have to go somewhere else! He loves Epcot! And hanging out at the resorts! Thanks for joining! :cool1:

That's so cool that you got to meet Alicia! I want to see the picture. You know what they day, "It didn't happen unless there's a picture". :rotfl:

I'm glad you enjoyed the fireworks from the Contemporary.

Weird about not having the row to yourselves on POC. Maybe they just goofed up and weren't paying very close attention.

That is a super cool picture of Dumbo. Love it. Love all your low light pics.

Looking forward to another day, but not a near death experience. :scared1:

Haha, well, maybe I can crop the picture so it's mostly Alicia and just my arm or something! I really look awful in it, I wish it was a little better! :rotfl:

I don't know why they put people in the row with us on Pirates, it was so strange...I hope that's not some new thing they are doing, because it's really awkward!

Thanks! The Dumbo area is so cute, I really wanted to go on it, but I was just SO tired, I couldn't! Next time!

No, we didn't go to Steak 'n Shake... I'm still craving a Frisco Melt, LOL!

Glad you got to mark "Watch Wishes from California Grill" off your Disney Bucket List! At least you can now say you've done that, right?

"near death experience"?! :scared1:

Aww, no Steak N Shake? :crazy2:

I'm happy we watched Wishes from the CR! It was fun watching it from there, but I'd prefer being in the park next time!

Maybe near death is a bit dramatic, but to me, it felt pretty near death! :scared:

Awesome you saw another DIS'er at MK! Sorry you were so tired that night! I simply can't imagine doing MK EMH's. I'm usually a morning person when I am not working so late nights at the park just don't work very well for me!

It was pretty awesome running into Alicia like that! :thumbsup2

I love evening EMH's but since we were up so early that morning, I think we were just worn out by the end of the night! I have to figure out how to plan better so that doesn't happen in November! :rotfl:

How cool that you got to see Wishes from the Contemporary! I wanted to do that, but I was wondering if the strange angle would be too weird!

Sometimes, as annoying as it can be, leaving the parks is definitely the best decision. We've learned that one too!

The angle is weird from the CR, it's like Wishes over Space Mountain! It's nice to do once, but I don't have to do it again, you know? Unless I stay there someday and watch from my balcony, now that would be awesome! :cool1:

Yeah, I'm learning that we can't do everything anymore, I used to force us to just go go go, but I'm realizing now that it's ok if we slow down and take our time! :thumbsup2

Yeah for the update!
I agree with you on the view of the fireworks from the contemporary...they looks so off to the side...I really didn't liek seeing them at all...and vowed to never watch them from there again!! LOL

Yeah, for the DIS meet! I have yet to have one, maybe next trip... Even if it was for just a few minutes...that's cool.
I'm the same way...I really hate being on the spot to talk to someone especially when I just meet them...at work the other day I was riding the elevator with an upper manager..of course, I couldn't think of anything to say...so we rode in silence...LOL, oh well...there went may chance to make a good impression...

gotta love the humidity and frizzy hair :(

Haha, well, I don't really have any desire to watch them from the CR either, unless I stay there someday! It was fun, but it was kind of a once was enough thing, you know? :rotfl:

It was fun meeting Alicia, I've always wanted to meet a DIS'er and I'm glad I finally did! :thumbsup2

Ugh, I hate humidity! I can't wait for the Fall so I can start straightening my hair again! :rotfl:

What a cute cake and a sweet surprise in your room!:yay:

So happy you enjoyed the Cali Grill! It is my favorite by far and I always order the same dish as you did!!

I understand about the EMH. I always go into planning saying "we are staying late this night" and when it come down to it...we are just simply exhausted. It makes me sad at the time but I am glad to get back to room and sleep and start fresh the next time.

Near death experience?!? :scared1:

I loved our little cake, it was such a nice surprise!

Cali Grill is amazing, I cannot wait to go there again in a few months! :thumbsup2

Haha, I do the same thing with EMH, I always say I'll stay til the end and then I just don't make it! Someday I want to go in the summer when the parks are open until 2 and 3 am and stay out late and sleep all morning, that sounds awesome!

Haha, well, maybe not near death, but it was kind of awful! :crazy2:

Those silly CMs! That's never happened to us on PoTC either! Maybe they thought the four of you were together? I dunno, that's odd.

YAY! Your first DIS meet! That's so exciting! Don't worry about being nervous; I can totally see where it would be a little awkward, especially if it's unplanned! They're so much fun though! :goodvibes

HAHA that rice krispie treat is great! I love it!

Uh oh...a near death experience?! That doesn't sound good. :scared: I can't wait for more updates!

Ugh, I don't know what that CM was thinking, but I was really annoyed! I hope they don't try that again, maybe the CM was new or something! :lmao:

I'm so happy I had my first DIS meet, it was fun! I was really nervous, but it was nice that it was spontaneous...and now I know I have nothing to worry about for my next one! :thumbsup2

Isn't that rice krispy treat adorable? I'm so getting one in November!

Haha, well, I think I was a little dramatic by saying near death, but I was a little freaked out for a while!

I think you looked pretty in your PP pic---Love the little dress!

Very cool getting to have a surprise DIS meet!

Aww, thank you! :goodvibes I like that dress too, the pattern is so pretty!

I loved my surprise DIS meet, it was a lot of fun! :)

awe Im so sorry that EMH at MK didnt work out so great :(

So glad you had a DIS meet though!! I met Alicia too!! The day before this one at the 5K race. lol. Its so funny how we get a bit shy after knowing so much about each other from TRs hey. lol. oh well, a little chat is definitely a good thing :thumbsup2

I love the weather and even the humidity (when its not too bad) but i have no clue how I would style my hair if I actually lived there :confused3 lol

Yeah, me too, but I really couldn't keep going, I was falling asleep as we were watching the Dumbo ride...and I was standing up! :rotfl2:

That's so cool that you met Alicia too! She's so sweet! It is weird meeting someone you talk to all the time on the DIS in person, but it's fun! Next time I won't be so nervous!

I usually don't bother doing my hair in Disney if it's really humid, but I wanted to try to look nice for Cali Grill...walking through Epcot killed it, though! If we drove, it would have been fine! Oh well! Hoping for low humidity in November!

:confused3

Haha, yep, I do the same thing when I meet people! I wish I could get over my shyness, but I've been like this my whole life, so I guess it's not going away! :rotfl:

Wishes from CR is fun to do for something a little different, but there is nothing like seeing them in MK! :)

I was so upset when I saw the Peoplemover was down, that was it! I was done once I saw that! :rotfl:

Your dinner at CG looked soooo good!! I wish we were able to check it out, its always been on my list of places to visit too!

I can't believe how well you can see into MK from the Contemporary, that is crazy and awesome!! We have never stayed at Deluxe, but DF said that is the one he would pick to stay at :goodvibes

Mmm, Cali Grill is amazing! You should go there on your Disneymoon! :cool1:

I would love to stay at the Contemporary someday, but it's so expensive, I doubt that will ever happen! I'd love to rent points at BLT someday, that would be fun! :thumbsup2

It was so nice finally meeting a DIS'er! Next time I hope I'm not so nervous now that I kind of know what to expect!

:rotfl:

I was hoping for a window table, but we were right near the kitchen! Next time I might request a window seat, just to look into MK the whole time! :cool1:

I was so upset about the Peoplemover!

I don't know why I let myself get so worked up about meeting DIS'ers before Alicia! I'm just so shy and I always get so nervous, but then I remember, hello, if we run out of things to talk about, talk about Disney! I won't be so nervous next time! :thumbsup2

I was not happy with riding with other people in Pirates, that's just weird! I hope they don't do that again!

Isn't that rice krispy treat so cute? I want one!

haha Thanks!:)

I know, I'm counting down the seconds til November, I can't wait!!!

Haha, yeah, I told my DH so many times about the slipper and he had no idea what I meant, so I had to print him out instructions! I'm glad he actually ordered it, I almost thought he'd forget!

I have lots of anxiety too, so I get really nervous meeting people! I'm trying to get better with it, but it's hard when you are used to being a certain way, trying to break that habit and be different! :goodvibes I'm definitely looking forward to meeting more DIS'ers someday!

I wish we did more in MK that night, but we were so tired, we just couldn't keep going!

Jen, I'ms till reading and following along, just haven't had time to post (with my MIL and brother having medical issues, life is hectic).

Love the looks of the two desserts you got your anniversary...so very nice of them.

Aww, Kathy, don't worry, I know you have a lot going on right now! I hope everything is going ok! :goodvibes

Both desserts were amazing, it was such a great day! :cool1:

So... obviously when I said I was subbing, I meant the exact opposite.

But there are things like turkey leg rice krispy treats out there to find! ;)

Haha, I thought you did sub? I just subbed to your Disneyland TR, I'm so excited for it!

Haha, I wish I could live in the Beach Club, that would be amazing! The Yacht Club is really nice, but the BC is so girly, I love it!

I've never been to Garden Grill, I'm curious about it, but something makes me never actually go there! The characters are adorable there, though! :thumbsup2

I know, the mini Disney cakes are adorable! I want to order one on our next trip just because they are so cute!

I hardly ever go to MK to wander around...maybe I should do that! I feel like whenever I'm in MK, I'm running from ride to ride and never appreciate the beauty of that park. When I'm in Epcot, I can just wander for hours and do nothing and be SO happy, but MK, I have to do attractions...hmm...maybe in November I'll try to slow down and just observe a little! :)

It was nice seeing Wishes without a lot of people! It was fun to do but next time, I'd much rather be in MK!

That is so weird that they make people cram into a row with you on certain rides, I don't like that at all! :( It's just so awkward...not only that, but I like having room to take pictures and not have my purse on the floor...stupid minor things, but still, sharing a row bugs me! :rotfl2:

I think now I'd be ok with a planned DIS meet, but I'm glad my first one was spontaneous! If we planned it, I would have worried about it all day and gotten all worked up and I would have been so nervous! This one was nice, even if I was a bit nervous and awkward at first!

Yeah, we were really hot and tired on this trip too! I look at my notes from this trip, and I think "wow, we did nothing!" But it's ok, because we still had a great time, sometimes just taking it slow is just as nice and going crazy and going on a million rides! :thumbsup2

Ugh, yeah...the heat almost killed me the next day...it was bad! :crazy2:

I love Dis meets! I agree...sometimes I do feel a bit shy and wonder if I am going to take it too far...hey want to hang with me for the rest of your trip? LOL :lmao: Just kidding....
I love EMH's too at MK. It does take a lot out of you though.

Haha, that's so funny! :rotfl: I wish I chatted with Alicia a little longer, but I didn't want to take up too much of her time! I'm glad we ran into each other, it was a lot of fun!

I love EMH's, especially at MK, but it is hard to make it to the end when it's so hot out and you wake up early! I need to be a better planner! :rotfl2:

I forgot to add something. My DS is totally afraid of butterflies. We have a local butterfly house at our aquarium and he refuses to go inside. He always waits outside. The first and only time he went in there a butterfly came near him and he started flailing around like something was after him. It made me laugh to read it in your report.

Needless to say when I told him that you are also afraid of butterflies, he didn't laugh, but I did and he didn't think it was very funny. LOL!!

I agree, it's nice to see Wishes from the CR, but there's nothing like being in MK and watching it! :thumbsup2

It was awesome meeting Alicia! Haha, yeah, I'm really quiet at first, but once you get to know me, I'm pretty obnoxious! :rotfl:

It's hard being in Disney and wanting to stay in the parks as long as possible, but also listening to what your body needs and knowing it's time to leave, or the next few days are going to be awful! I want to just keep going, but sometimes I have to slow down and sleep! :rotfl:

It looks like a pretty good view from the Contemporary. I think I would probably agree with you about the angle though. I like seeing the fireworks straight on, and these do look kinda weird off to the side.

I think your PP picture looks cute!!! Love your dress!

I love all the pictures of MK at night. I love how it looks all lit up.

We did not have a great MK EMH experience either. I'm sorry you were so tired :( At least you got a yummy rice krispy out of it tho :thumbsup2

I love Wishes in MK, I love being as close to the fireworks as possible! It was nice seeing them from the CR to try something new, but I'd like to be in MK on our next trip!

Aww, thank you! I really love that dress, I'm hoping I can wear it in November and have it look a little better after I've lost some weight! :thumbsup2

Isn't MK beautiful at night? I love that park, it's so magical! pixiedust:

You are going to love Le Cellier, it's amazing! :thumbsup2

Thank you! Part of my problem meeting people is thinking they won't like me, I think, well, what if they like me on the message board, but in person they think I'm annoying, or something? I have to stop worrying about that though, it seems like everyone on the DIS is pretty cool! :cool1:

Aww, you DH sounds so sweet! I don't think anyone else really cares about anyone's weight at Disney (or in everyday life, for that matter) but I worry about it too, obviously! I just feel like that's the first thing people see, and I hate thinking that way! I wish I was more confident!

Haha, yeah, my DH always has a reason why he loses at TSM! I'm just better, that's all! :cool1:

Haha, I would be too if I was staying at BLT in a few weeks! :thumbsup2 I actually had a dream that I went to Disney with my friend from work, and without me knowing, she upgraded us to the Contemporary! When I woke up from that dream, I wanted to go back to sleep and continue dreaming about Disney...I'm so obsessed with the Contemporary lately, I can't wait for your next TR! Please take a million pictures! :goodvibes

I hope we get to have a DIS meet someday! :wave2: Maybe next October? :)

Hahahah yeah, that's pretty much the reason. I LOVE dreams like that but then I hate them too! Because you wake up and you're like oh... this is my house. Okay. I'm planning to take a million pictures and I'm VERY excited about it!!!!

YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES! :flower3:
