cooking, singing and dancing to music, all at the same time! You get "meatloaf surprise"!
I bought a new seasoning mix (Adolph's) for meatloaf. I was mixing the ingredients and listening to Rockapella, never a good idea at the same time! 
I hate cooking as it is, I only need a minor distraction to mess it up, listening to Rockapella is a BIG distraction!!!!
I was only supposed to add the seasoning mix and 1 egg to the meat, which I did.
Then it happened! I was SO into the singing that I didn't read all the instructions ... well... I added the tomato sauce mix (dry) which I was supposed to dilute with water and pour over the meatloaf toward the last 10 minutes of cooking!
Of course, I realized this after the meatloaf had been in the oven for about 10 minutes. 
Who knows what that thing will taste like! 
I'll have my "food taster" (DH) try it before I serve it!
