I hate to say it, but I thought Tuesday night was boring.

I thought so too. I understand they are setting the stage for Madison and Kevin, but it just felt a little slow.

I agree. The show has been a little slow in general lately. I am ready for something good to happen and for us to see how it wraps up.

I think the relationship could still go either way. Kevin had big plans with Sophie as a young man but it didn't work out. Miguel's story was touching but quite realistic. I'm just hoping Nicky has a reunion with Sally. At least I would like to see him find closure.

I don’t remember, did the Pearson’s buy their cabin, or was it passed down through family? If it’s in the Poconos it would cost a pretty penny.

They bought it from someone that Jack worked with. There was an episode where the guy let them use it for the weekend and then they later bought it from him.

It wasn't about what he said, I think she could read his face and pause. And remember this was after her openly acknowledging that he kind of ghosted her after sleeping with her.

Yes, I think it was the fact that she could tell the future with her after tge kids were gone was never something he thought about or really had much interest in.

I think Toby will get the job and they will move. It is artsy enough for Kate & they are lining up Beth and Rebecca’s relationship so they can take care of one another. Kevin will be single (likely with flash forward to empty food) or with Madison. Not with Sophie. She’s barely interested. If single it will be of no fault of his. Just predicting.

Maybe Kate and Toby don’t split up, and the reason they aren’t together in the flash forward is because he lives where his new job is, and they see each other sporadically?

Probably not. Why? Because Randall acted like it was good of Toby to come, to see them all and Rebecca. A la it would not be a given.

And he had never seen Kevin's house. For some families that would be nothing. But not with that crew.

Yes it was. I think it was very much a lazy episode, writing and structure. These shows change writers/directors far too often. I think we see that choice highlighted.

What an ending! I was really hoping that the Kate and Toby split was misdirection. I kind of guessed that Madison was going to be the one to call off the wedding, but I’m glad that she cared enough about herself to do it.

I didn’t think to look to see if she was wearing a ring in that jump forward to Kate’s wedding.

Well I didn’t see it yet. My husband is bummed I gave him the spoilers. Lol.
I did watch Jerry yesterday so that tells me everyone will eventually get back together in the finale season.
