That's because for 8 years, it pointed to the page hosting the biography of the sitting president. It'll take time for a popularity-based search logarithm to adjust and point instead to the bio of the former president.

"Obama" isn't first. The whitehouse website is. What's funny is the website was just changed 2 days ago. Remember just 2 days ago the white house had different residents. Running that a year from might be more telling.
