Although I know I wouldn't want to eat them if the whites were funny colored, it would make me feel gross.

My mom always made them into deviled eggs a coupel days later. I had to choke them down. I was shocked when I had a deviled eggs that wasn't tinted blue or pink, but very white, how good it tasted.

Nieces and nephew will come in the morning to hunt eggs and then we'll go to DS/DDIL's for early dinner.

I doubt very many eggs get eaten and my refrigerator is pretty stinky with them in there. By the time the eggs get dropped five million times no one wants to eat them.

I dont know of to many people who eat the eggs.:rotfl2:

A lot of people metion that a certain hotel near DLR has hard boiled eggs.

Are they good, maybe. Kitchens will order these eggs that come boiled and refrigerated. Chop them up for chefs salads. I'm wondering how long it takes this hotel to go through a case of who knows 196 eggs. They aren't fresh like when I make them on my stove.

I missed a whole day and was surprised not to have too many pages to catch up on.

At Disney I would be very surprised if they didn't buy the eggs raw and pay someone minimum "cook's wage" to cook them fresh. Eggs are freakin cheap and to pay someone basic minimum wage to cook them would be much cheaper and fresher than buying them precooked.

Why do the eggs get dropped five million times? :scared1: :scared1: Granted I've never been to an easter egg hunt where they weren't plastic eggs, inside my parents house and always hidden in the same spots every year. Do these kids just drop them for jollies and toss them at each other? The don't know that they are food and are supposed to be eaten?

I can't imagine why you would make food that isn't supposed to be eaten? :confused3

Poor thing probably went back to sleep.

I hope so if that's the only relief she gets.
:lmao: No sleep for the wicked.
Nope...
Today I changed the plan of attack to coffee + asprin + paracetamol with a splash of codeine.
Dare I say I'm actually starting to feel better :rolleyes1

Are you meaning the Disney Character warehouse in Anaheim or the one in Pomona?

Over near Pomona?

Did you see I commented on your TR?
Yes the Pomona one. Always visit there. Might not seem exciting to you guys but we have always managed to get some great genuine theme park gifts there without spending too much.

I think my sister and Aunt lost their mind yesterday...they had 16 dozen eggs for the kids to color last night for 6 kids. I was surprised how fast they got done.

I've had my niece keeping me company today.:goodvibes

:scared1:
The only eggs I ever decorated in any way were first de-egged... ;) as in pin pricks and removal by forcing out out the contents through the small holes. :thumbsup2

I'm not talking about at White Water Cafe or Steakhouse 55. I'm talking about a place where they can't prepare hot food, only keep stuff cold and wash thier dishes.

When I worked at a resort I saw an invoice that one of the chefs ordered them. I asked why and it was for a special catering deal to make egg salad sandwiches. The eggs were more than getting them raw so I asked the chef why, and the answer was so they can make this odd meal quicker. Then I saw the salesman and asked him about the pre boiled eggs we got a few weeks before. He told me places like them because, they come frozen, so storage is simple. I asked if people often use them? He wouldn't share with me what his other customers ordered, not at least in that specific place uses them. He did say that places that don't make breakfast, or don't bake bread, use them. Thier egg volume was small enough that you could pull out ten frozen eggs a day and chop them up, rather than buy a case of 12 dozen that need to stay in a fridge and consume a lot of fridge space.

Since then, I desided if you can't order a egg over easy, I'm not eating any eggs there.

I was raised in a waste not household, and food didn't go to waste. It's was hard for me to let DS make art out of cheerios or uncooked macaronni. It wasn't what I bought it for.

Tired. The good thing is that part of all my running around is I showed the vacant apartment today. The people who called me were a bust, they weren't looking to rent till August, but as I was leaving another gal wanted to see the place asked to see it. I am meeting her tomorrow at 11 to turn in an application and she has a dog who I met today (sweetie). So if she qualifies that place will be rented!

Can't count tents before they hatch, but this is a good sign!

Good luck on the renter.

Good night everyone, I think you beat me to dreamtown.
