I didn't turn the heater on. DH did.

I like my meat medium rare.
I sear the meat on both sides in a frying pan. Then pop it into a hot oven for 8 - 10 minutes. Nice and pink.

Okay. Thanks. The colour and resolution is different on the new laptop and I just wasn't sure if the pictures were the right colour or bright enough, without being dark.

Ok edited and sorted through the cold war museum photos....
"down" to 82 : so I'm just going to upload them and then sort through them from photobucket...
And thats not including mine which I haven't gone through yet. Turns out DBF did get some nice ones of the building structure
Will try and get them up tonight but my eyes and head are starting to hurt
