From the Disney site"Drivers of canopy or pontoon boats must be 18 years of age. Drivers must provide ID with birth date in order to drive certain watercraft.
Guests must be at least 12 years old and at least 5 feet tall to drive a Sea Raycer. At Magic Kingdom® area resorts, at least one person in the boat must have a valid driver's license. There is a maximum combined weight of 320 lbs permitted for a Sea Raycer, or 2 passengers. All drivers under the age of 18 MUST have a parent or legal guardian sign a release."
Ale & Compass-In December they were still serving a "continental" breakfast-open around 6 or 6:30am. It was pretty pricey though. Had coffee, tea, juices, milk and pastries, bagels, toast and cereal. I believe it cost us over $20 for two coffees, two oj, an order of toast, a bagel with cream cheese, box of cereal and milk and a couple of danishes.
After that, we took a little extra time and bought breakfast items at the grocery store (okay if you have a car) and just kept them in our room for the rest of our stay.
