I noticed a 50pt OKW resale that has been sitting in *********** for some weeks now. Surprising b/c those usually sell right away.

Is it the economy in general, people just not spending money on "extras" right now?

it stands to reason that when so many people's homes are being forclosed on that people would be afraid to stick their necks out too far right now. those small resales are a great little buy but i think this trend is going to continue for 3 or 4 years before the economy starts to improve. maybe much longer. i sure hope not. recession is not fun. people say its not recession but it sure looks like it. i wish we could sprinkle a little pixie dust over our economic world.

I know that smaller contracts sell for more, but the asking price is a pretty high price point for OKW, isn't it?

Just looked today, and I was surprised at the number of Vero Beach resales out there. It seems a lot more than normal.

I looked at a few of the resale sites again yesterday and was amazed at what I saw...if I had extra cash I think I'd pick up something. When we bought 2 years ago, anything under 100 pts disappeared in about 2 minutes regardless of resort, now I see BCV, OKW -- really everything, and some is sitting for over a month!
