This is taking FOREVER!

We started the process of buying more OKW points on January 10 and STILL haven't closed. First ROFR took 36 days and now apparently the sellers are being slow about getting their documents back.

Just wanted to whine a bit.

I solidarize with you. I passed ROFR 12 days ago and I still have to receive the closing docs. The estoppel letter is taking forever.

I passed ROFR on 2/29 and I just finally got my closing papers in the mail today! Communication was terrible. Good luck! Hope yours goes better then mine has!

I think we went to ROFR on Jan 12, 40 days in ROFR, we got our closing documents last week. They snail mailed some of the paperwork. The sellers wanted to know what was taking so long so Fidelity called us about 5 minutes after we got the contracts. They wanted to know what the problem was. When we told them we just got the documents.... LOL She said, OH. We sent them out about 2 hours later. That's how we rolll.

Were good, Disney just has to do their thing.
