This is INSANE!!

It will not stop snowing!!!
I realize that we are way better off hese in Tennessee than the people in the mid atlantic states but for a place that doesn't get snow all that much and doesn't have near the equipment to handle it, this is a disaster! We don't have enough plows and it's not like they use them anyway. UUGGHHH!
My husband told me I'm not allowed to drive to work because he seems to think I can't drive to begin with. (Whatever)
So I'm am taking my 4th personal day this year and watching it snow like crazy and hoping I can go to work tomorrow.

We had over two feet of snow the other day and now they are saying another possible 20 in. starting later today. I'm just about out of food so I may attempt the grocery store later today if the snow holds off. Otherwise I'll be making some pretty interesting dinners.

We got 34 inches of snow over the weekend (yes my area was hit the hardest here) & we're bracing for 10-20 more. I'm a teacher & my one regret is that last Friday I left a stack of papers at school that I should've brought home to grade!

We won't be back in school til next Tuesday...that is for sure. I told DH I wish we could fly out to WDW.

Similar to the biblical prediction of rain, some people are due for 40 days and 40 nights of snow. I have some friends in the DC area who are building a giant sleigh in lieu of an Ark. However, this will not affect WDW as they are getting a giant umbrella down here.

OP--I hear your pain. I am working remotely today since any meeting I had was cancelled due to the weather. My next "must" is an appointment @ 11 am tomorrow so I hope that they get the roads cleared at least! I am thankful that I am NOT in DC right now
