This is doable right? Banking and borrowing question

I could use Banked 04/05 points, current 05/06 points and Borrowed 06/07 once my 05/06 use year begins...right?

Yes you can. Actually you could do it whenever you can make a reservation that falls within your 05-06 use year.

I did this for my upcoming vacation in Jan 2005. My use year is March, but I made my ressies 11 months out, in February 2004. Everything worked out great. I had banked 2003 before, used 2004, and borrowed from 2005 to make the ressies. Good luck and have a great vacation!
