I had to remove a 17 year old from our vacation. I called today to have her removed at it took only 341.00 off our bill..for 11 nights with park hopper waterpark more. Booked SPD special originally at POR...is it really only 34 a day per person?????????? There were 5 of us (2 adults..3 children, 17, 15, 13) now down to 4

Have you already made the change? When they first came out with the SPD promotion there was a glitch that gave people a bigger discount than what they intended. By asking for Guest Services, some people who needed to make changes to their reservations since Disney fixed the glitch have been able to keep that better price and gotten the upgrade/downgrade price applied to that old price. If you had booked since they fixed the glitch then the difference probably would have been I would guess around $450.

I had to take my husband off our December trip and I was only credited back $347. We had 7 days 6 nights, Cornado Springs, free dining and park hoppers...The only thing they said they credit is the park tix because the room is based off of double occupancy. I thought I would get a lot more back and I did not.

I thought SPD gave 10+ tix and QSDP at the kids price? If that is true, then you should get back $15 per night PLUS the cost of a kids ticket. FD would get less because all you paid for individually is the ticket. The only way you would get $$$ back on the room is if you originally had more than two 18+ adults.

Yes, but the which DP you get at the child's price is based off your resort (like FD was).
