Thinking of taking a trip

Hello everybody!
So, I've been to Walt Disney World more times than I can even remember. I've ridden every attraction, seen all of the shows, experienced all of the fireworks shows. While I love the World, I have been thinking lately about planning my next Disney trip to Disneyland instead. I just feel like it would be nice to experience something different, plus I've never even been to California before. I've been reading some stuff online, but I feel like it'd be best to get the scoop from the experts. So, how is Disneyland? Is there a "best time" to go? What's the dining scene like? What are the "must-dos?" Anything and everything you can tell me about it would be much appreciated.
Thanks :goodvibes

Well the first advice you will get from everyone here on this board is "read these threads first!" and read all of Hydroguys threads. As a matter of fact he has one that is specifically created for WDW vets for newbies to DLR. Check them all out - there is a lot to read. If you still have questions after that then post them and everyone will be more than happy to help out! Happy reading!!

* DLR Info/Links - Maps, Hotels, DISer Reviews, Hydroguy's tips, NEWBIE INFO here!
Sorry - I can't get the link to work. You can find it at the top of the page where the stickys are!!
