Thinking of staying at OKW next trip...need help with reservations!

To utilize our points and to get away from the hustle and bustle of our home resort, we are thinking of getting a 1 bedroom unit at OKW next year. Should we look for a make a reservation for a "dedicated" one ???? Also, what buildings offer nice access to the bus system , hospitality house, restaurants and pools with a nice view?? How many stories per unit?? Thinking of asking for ground floor unit?? I know I can be kind of picky, but hey it doesn't hurt to ask. We normally get a 2 bedroom, boardwalk view unit, but since our oldest son and daughter won't be joining us this time, we have opted to try the 1 bedroom unit at OKW as we know them to be larger

We like the Pennisular area. That would be buildings 23-26. Buildings 23, 24, and 26 are non-smoking. There is a bus stop right by 26, but is very close to all buildings. And the Hospitality House is just a short walk across the street. We've stayed in that area quite a lot and have really enjoyed it. Actually, we have enjoyed most areas that when we have stayed at OKW.

OKW has very few dedicated studios or 1 bedrooms, they are mostly lockoffs. The paperwork says none but people have reported on this board that they got a dedicated.
