Hi-
My 20-year-old daughter and I are going to WDW in May of 2006. We are considering the following ADRs for that week. I'd appreciate any input you may have on any of these spots. FYI, DD is not a particularly adventurous eater, but she is willing to check out a couple of places at the World Showcase.

**Lunch at The Plaza at MK - (is there a better time of day for this; we'll probably get to MK quite early that morning)

**Lunch at either Le Cellier or Les Chefs de France (Which one?!)

**Fantasmic dinner package at Mama Melrose (what time for this with the show being at 9:00?)

**Breakfast at Kona Cafe at Polynesian. This will be on the day we are transferring from CSR to BC. Should we get an ADR and if so, what time?

**Dinner at Rose & Crown so that we can view IllumiNations from there. (I've read to get the ADR at 7:30 - does that sound about right?)

**We'll be staying at BC for a few days - do we need an ADR for dinner there?

Thanks for your help!

I think you both would love the grand tea at Grand Floridian. It has become a tradition for my daughter and I. You each get a pot of tea, (champagne if you want it) really good tea sandwiches, pate, scones and a choice of trifle or pastries shaped like swans etc. It is a special Mom/daughter thing.

Plaza is nice if you expect a upscale subway with icecream. We like it for lunch. We prefer lecellier to chefs. Also, they don't guarantee patio viewing at R&C but it is really nice if it works. We like the food there.

I was also going to suggest the Afternoon Tea at GF. I just went in December with my step-mother and daughter. It was wonderful. I would highly recommend it. I will admit it was a bit longer and heavier than I expected. We went in at about 3:30 and rolled out about 5pm. I'm not complaining though, I enjoyed every minute. The trifle was outstanding!

My mom and I went to tea at the GF last March on our mother daughter trip and we loved it. Beautiful memory.
We are heading back this March and are doing Kona Cafe again, Plaza Restaurant and Crystal Palace.
Enjoy your trip.
