thinking about getting a timeshare

Howdy, I see you just joined the DIS, "WELCOME!!!". Before you purchase DVC read all the stickies here at the top of the DVC forums. You can also purchase a very nice DVC info book from Pass Porter and download it on your computer to refer too. It is very important that you understand UY, cancellation policies and point charts. I was on here about 6 months before we purchased and I still did not now about breaking my contract in to two smaller ones.....so I am learning still, two years later.

We usually go to Disney every year but if ther eis a year that we don't, I offer them to other family members. I ask them for a small fee but it is still far cheaper than if they purchased a room through Disney. I still have to do all of the reservation process and forward the information on to them.
