As you can see we have been to WDW a few times LOL. This will be the first time with out babies though. They are great inb restaurants and we eat out 2 - 3 times a week on average at home. So no worries there. I am just thinking that we may do better on a few of our choices. I would love some feedback and oppinions. We are staying at AKL and we are on the Dining plan. The kids are not joining us for every meal though and we also share quite a bit so we use 1 TS instead of 2 ETC. We have done this before with no issues. DD (10) is a very light eater so her and I share sometimes as well.
Thanks
Heidi

3 TS This is one I am thinking of changing. The baby loves Pooh but I have heard that characters are sparse. Plus we have to keep going to the Buffett which I have heard involves a long line at CP? I was looking forward to the strawberries and cream though. Some other Ideas are O'hana or Kona OOP? or even just doing CS that morning.

Hi there,

I'm a big fan of Kona for breakfast. I did CP once many years ago, and I doubt I'll ever do it again until I have children. They're 2 completely different experiences. One has far better food and is more quiet, the other focuses on entertainment.

The Flying Fish is my fav restaurant in WDW. The food has always been terrific and the service excellent. Plus they have a great wine list. Best steak in WDW.

Good luck!

We usually just grab something quick for the first morning, because we are usually ready to get going with a park. That being said, we've loved CP whenever we've eaten there and we got plenty of the characters.

As for something other than Boma, how about Jiko? I believe it is a 2TS credit, but I have heard it is very good. Otherwise, what about the new Yak & Yeti in the AK? And I think Tusker House is now TS as well. And there's always Rainforest Cafe, although I'm not sure if they are on the dining plan.

Thank you for your reply! We Love Kona for breakfast too. If we go we would probably pay OOP and use the credits elsewhere.
Thanks
Heidi

You just can't beat the Eggs Benedict and champagne at Kona! Add to that the fresh coffee and I just may not leave!!:thumbsup2

Our favortie so far is the CP. This time around though we are going to try the new one at AK, Donald's Safari at Tusker House.
