I looked all over my MDE for the BOG FP I made about 2 weeks ago. I definitely had it. Ordered the meal and even checked on it a day or so later.

Forward 2 weeks, trip is 10 days out. I can't remember what day I booked BOG for, so I go looking for it. Not on MDE. I went to the website for booking it and the VIEW EXISTING button is inactive. I started the process for making a new one, thinking the existing one would show up then as conflicting…

Nothing.

Believe it or not, there would good times available that week, so I just made another one.

Question is: is this a glitch? Is the VIEW button always dead? I don't want to eat there twice and would gladly cancel the first one so someone else could have it, but I can't find it?? I probably do have the number since I always screen shot that stuff, but where would I enter it?

You should call Disney Dining and also check on the web site, not the app... This is a common glitch on the app

Same thing happened to me. We went to BOG upon arriving and they (the cast members) told us that we would have to come back the day of the FP. We changed our dining arrangements so never followed up, but I agree with kkhoarell, call Disney.

Where on the website? Dining? FP? Itinerary? If someone has seen it on website, where was it? Thanks

There is no part of Disney that you can call that will know anything about BoG FP+. Disney Dining has nothing to do with it, and neither does IT. Any answers you may get from them will be incorrect - I seriously think they just make stuff up so they'll have something to say. It doesn't show up anywhere on MDE, either - it's a totally separate system. Others making the BoG FP+ have said that the view button is grayed out and they can't find their FP+, but it has been in the system when they check in at the BoG kiosk. If you made the second FP+ and at least saw the "Congratulations" screen, you can be pretty sure that the FP+ is securely in the system, even if you can't see it. Don't worry about being able to cancel your first one - there is almost always availability, even same day, so you aren't depriving anyone of anything. A screenshot of the confirmed FP+ is always a good thing, since there is no reservation number or confirming email, as with a regular ADR.

I made ours and screen shot the food and the last page saying 'congratulations' and when I go back in to the bog website it only gives me the option to make a new reservation. So I can feel secure that the reservation I made is IN the system and when we show up at BOG that we will be able to get our meal as planned? I plan to have the screen shots with me as back up.

That has been the experience of others who have posted. As long as they saw the "congratulations" screen, even if they couldn't go back into the website to find the FP+, they found that their FP+ was in the system when they got to the kiosk at the restaurant . I think you can breathe easy.

The BoG Lunch fastpass system is really more of an alpha test than a beta test IMHO, and quite honestly it does not seem reliable enough to be made guest-facing without telling people very strongly that it is a test only.

And as has been said here, it is completely isolated from all of the other online Disney systems (My Disney Experience, FastPass+, ADRs, etc) and no-one in Disney tech support seems to be taking ownership of it, or even knows who actually runs it! The only place you will be able to see your booking is within the BoG Lunch website, and even then it's very inconsistent from user to user.

That said though, if you can work your way around the quirks it can be very useful. There's a detailed FAQ at http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=3310867 which contains everything we've managed to work out so far about the system, but feel free to add your experiences to the thread too.
