Things you "Might" not know

The bra store is not really true, according to the Imagineering book. Walt Disney wanted that store to be built, but the Imagineers at the time scrapped it.

Interesting.
I am curious about the grey stuff at BOG-didn't see it on the menu (lunch) when we were there, can anyone confirm?

IWhen it was first introduced it was only given to those celebrating but now it's a nightly offering in the dessert case during dinner service. It's basically an oreo mousse in a cookie shell.

That "treasured guest" one is a myth. And quite insulting. As if we would have code words for unpleasant guests.

Also the one about fitting more countries into world showcase isn't so true. Maybe space for a few, but most of the space is being used "behind-the-scenes."

There was a bra store on Main Street at Disneyland though. It was called "Hollywood-Maxwell's Intimate Apparel Shop" and featured the Wizard of Bras.

8 is a big stretch but I think 3 or 4 could work. With 2 in the area set aside for africa.

They are probably counting the space on either side of the American pavilion which I would think they wouldn't use to keep the area open and less crowded and that the area is used as backstage storage. Most people don't realize how little space their is back there and how cluttered it is.

I'm pretty sure Universal wouldn't have any hidden "tribute" mickeys. I don't believe that one.

The one about character performers wearing communal underwear until 2001 is false:crazy2: I have firsthand experience of this and I certainly didn't share underwear with anyone!:rotfl2:
