Things you memorized as a kid and still remember today.

The prepositions. I can still recite them all within 45 seconds (we had to stand in front of the class and do so).

Forms of "be"- am, is, are, was, were, be, being, been, etc.
The -TION song from either School House Rock or Electric Company. It goes- "t-i-o-n shun, shun, shun, shun."
The "I'm a Toys R Us Kid" song.
The "My Buddy" jingle from the commercial.

Mad Magazine used to print strange little things based on a well known song. Sadly, I remember a number of them.

One thing I think of almost every time I'm driving - "Turn into the lane closest to you going in your direction" - as I turn into the lane furthest from me so I can get around the slow drivers in front of me. :teeth:

Look both ways when you cross the street
Use your eyes
Use your ears
Then you use your feet
ETA- Schoolhouse Rocks as well - we have DVD for our kids:)
