Normally we play the game " I spy .........?". Does anyone play or do others things to keep the kid(s) entertained? Thanks

Talk about our favorite memories we've made so far during the trip, look for hidden mickeys, apps sometimes. But we usually won't wait more than 1/2 hr- 45 min for anything so it's usually not too bad.

Good question. My son isn't the most patient

We just talk about our day or our plans for later. We look around the queue and look for Hidden Mickeys. I might pull out my phone to confirm FP or ADR plans for later or to check on FP availability or show times.

People watching!!! Seriously. There is no better place to people watch then WDW.

we try to stay off the phones usually, but occasionally we like to update those at home on facebook with what we're doing, you know rub it in a little(just joking). or look at our pictures from the trip. we usually only do those when we're in a dull queue spot.

Sometimes we just talk, we also play disney trivia (app) we also really like Heads Up and once you are in a park you can access the Disney Parks Heads Up game for free.

We've never felt the need to be entertained in line. Never been a problem for DGD, and we've been taking her since age 3 (she's 9 this weekend). So much stimulation at Disney sometimes it's great to stand there and do nothing but chill/vege. And talk to each other

I really can't think of anything in particular. We honestly don't wait in lines much with FP+ and rope drop. I guess we just talk to each other :confused3

Thanks for the great ideas. I like the idea on Heads Up app game. I will have to check it out. If we don't play the " I spy" game we people watch. But then I am usually noticed by the person I am just looking at. I then smile and feel my face turn red and look somewhere else.

We play Trivia Crack, which is a game on a free app that we download before we go, and we each have a game going with every other family member. I think this game works well for probably 12-13 and up, some of the questions are really easy, some hard. There were a surprising number of Disney movie questions. Since we talk about the games, tease each other about getting things right or wrong, etc. it is definitely much more interactive than everyone standing around on their phones doing their own thing.

Chat, people watch, zone out, play Ticket to Ride or Trivia Crack against each other...mostly on WDW transport vs. standing line. I definitely do not talk to other people in line.
