Things that make you feel Dumb

My lack of education and extreme lack of general world experience. I grew up in a very loving home but had almost no experience outside of my community for years. I struggle in ways I don't think others truly understand. I'm trying to improve but it's not been easy.

Multi-line telephones. I can do all kinds of complicated things, but I have *never* gotten the hang of putting someone on hold or transferring a call. It doesn't help that every office phone seems to be a different design. Thank God these days we are much more likely to speak via Zoom.
