Things that gross you out in WDW!

At the water parks one word sums it up for me....

:scared1: SPEEDO'S! :scared1:

When I went in '97 with a friend we spent a lot of time at the water parks and many of the guests were International visitors. We saw a lot of swimsuits that left little to the imagination, especially on men with beer bellies!

Hmm the diaper changes, speedos, etc would gross me out. Bare feet don't bother me... actually I would be more likely to the person with bare feet bothering you.

People who leave their food stuff in crowded walkways (eat in the line for fantasmic and just leave all the garbage on the ground) is another one.

How about when you're stuck in a long line or on one of the buses and all of a sudden the air isn't quite as fresh as it was a minute ago. There's nothing that grosses me out more than being trapped in someone's stench. Of course my 9 year old will immediately pipe up with a very loud, "Eww...who farted?":rotfl:

People who cough and don't cover their mouth. Once this adult man coughed right in my face as we were passing each other in a close crowd. I felt the wet mist of his cough hit my face......DISGUSTING. I had to go directtly to the restroom and wash my face. I mean a small child might not know better...but an adult :confused3

Yuck - the thought of someone changing diapers in public is so nauseating! :scared:

We just got back on Sunday. It grossed me out to see a mother let her 2 children crawl/play on the bathroom floor at Magic Kingdom and then didn't even wash their hands - all three just walked right out. The worst part was - I saw that same lady and her 2 children in our resort pool that same afternoon.

This Spring Break we were in line for Stitch, in the "holding area" outside. A woman was squatting w/ her son who was probably 5-6 years old and her daughter was standing next to him. It looked odd so I looked closer, she had his "thing" stuck into the opening of a Coke bottle (which wasn't empty) and he was peeing into it. It totally turned me off of drinking bottled soda. (The Dad was standing like 10 feet away trying to look like he wasn't with them.)

BREASTFEEDING in public!! :sad2:

What is so disgusting about that? As long as a mother is covering up her breast with something it should not be a problem? Would you have her go to a restroom and do it? I know there are baby care centers in WDW, but what if the mother doesn't know about them or prefers (or even has to because the baby is very hungry at that moment) feed right there?

How about you use a bottle while in public :confused3

I saw a guy pick ice out of the fixins bar at Pecos Bill's and put it in his water bottle. Ewwwww. Think of all the lettuce, slimy cheese and HANDS that were in that!

People who don't wash their hands gross me out anywhere, not just WDW. Working in a hospital (even being non-clinical) has turned me into a little bit of a germaphobe. Oh, and use soap. If you don't, you just have wet germs.

I think I'll subscribe to this thread just to watch the breastfeeding in public drama unfold.

Some babies don't use bottles. All three of my children would not use a bottle. There should be nothing gross about breastfeeding in public. I have done in hundreds of times and covered up and most people were none the wiser!

Wrong argument to bring here! Good luck!

As long as I don't have to see it. YUCK!
