They won't take my money

I just tried to pay on my ressie at HRH and was told I had to call back on Monday and talk to accounting! That seemed weird to me.

They said I could only pay the balance upon departure.

If that is the case and you really like to pre-pay on your ressie, why not just send the $$ to your credit card in advance and then use the card to pay for your trip when you arrive? This is what I do--I have an account that I have labeled "Vacation Savings". I put $$ in whenever I get paid and whenever I can. I use a credit card to pay for my trip, then withdraw the $$ from my vacation account when the bills come in.

You can definitely pay off your balance before you arrive. Let me pull out my handy dandy Passporter (going to both WDW and Universal).....Ok, call this number on Monday during regular business hours Orlando time, (888)716-9738. That's the number to accounting. They'll give you the details about how to pay. If I remember correctly, you have to fax your credit card info, but don't worry this is for your protection for identification purposes.

Thanks Castillo Mom, that is the number they gave me and told me to call on Monday. I just don't understand why I have to go through all that, when they took my credit card when I made my deposit. Oh, well, I guess I'll call them tomorrow.
