I'm trying to cut down on the # of credit cards. I just got a no-balance card and transferred another one(that was 10.9%) to it. When I called to cancel that one, they offered me a 4.9% rate FOR LIFE to stay! So I'm transferring another one (that is 8.9%) to that one and cancelling that one.
I will still have 4 cards including my new Disney card--one for using, one to pay off balance transfer, the Disney one for DCL payments (and 0% APR for 6 months on those) and this one. Making progress slowly but surely. If my highest rate is 4.9%, can't go wrong with that!

Great job! DH and I did that a couple of years back and we are down to 1 active credit card, 2 if you count the new Disney card, but we haven't used that one yet. We intend to use that one and pay it off when the bill comes in.
