They LOST my FP+?!

We just started making our FP+. I signed in an half the FP+ are gone! It says they're having difficulty retrieving them and for me to call. One of our dinner reservations is not showing, either. WTH?! What do I do now? HOW does Disney keep letting this happen?

They could still be there. Are you looking at the My Reservations page? That page is a mess.

If you go into your FP screens like you want to change them, are they there?

Yes, you're right the FP+ are all still there when I went in to check. Yes, it was the My Reservations page. I just made a dinner reservation and I have the confirmation email - but it's not showing up under reservations. I went in to manually link it, and it said it couldn't be found. So... considering I have confirmation that we've paid with a confirmation number, I'm assuming this is all some glitch with My Reservations? What's up with that anyways?

Yeah, the My Reservations page is a total disaster, has been since they started this. Stuff comes in, stuff goes out, no rhyme or reason to it. Tickets, room reservation, ADRs, FPs, all of it.

I'm sure your ADR is fine. Check back in a few hours and see if it pops up.

Don't panic. MDE blows and it does stuff like this all the time (saying it can't find/retrieve your reservations). It's usually a glitch and they reappear in due time.
