They just didn't know!

Heard a news story today about a couple in Germany who were having trouble conceiving a child.

They went to the doctor, who ran tests and showed they were both fertile.

Turns out, they never had, well, you know... relations.

They just didn't know they had to. They thought the marriage certificate would bring them a baby.

Who says our society is too saturated in sex?

I thought it was in the water? That is why we only drank bottled water, until we heard about the test tube babies. I've been told that it isn't the same, but I am not taking any more chances.

I heard something similar once and the couple was trying for years to have a child and they were "doing it wrong".

Go figure out that one -

Yup! Heard that on the radio this am! Seems they were part of a very "religious" family/group and honestly "didn't know"!

Pretty funny!

This "ranks" right up with the other "story" about the couple using the, well, other end...... and wondering why they didn't concieve......

Hee! On Friends, Monica and Chandler's birth mom didn't know who the father of her baby was. Turns out, she did it, um, properly with one and improperly with the other. Monica was able to tell her which man was the father based on that info.

I know...Can't you just picture the couple sitting there trying to absorb this info? How bizarre it would sound? Surely one of them must have said " come on....you gott a be kidding me !!!!"

So that's what the problem is here. I'll have to tell DH when he gets home from work. No more public restrooms for me.
