I'm 90% sure I saw you headed toward the exit of the International Gateway on Sunday buuuuut we had decided to do a 2 park day that day and had spent the earlier afternoon at HS. We had walked the whole from Boardwalk and back after a full HS day so I could have very well been delirious at that point and felt best not to starting screaming your name at a random person that might not have been you.

You totally could have! And it totally could have been me, because we did leave through the IG that day, as we had parked at the Beach Club. If it hadn't been me, it would have made for an interesting story, right?

It was pretty awesome that he was That Guy. I've only been waiting 7 years since the attraction opened for that to happen!

That's awesome Popadon was chosen as That Guy. I can't believe it had taken Disney so long to snatch the golden opportunity. I think if he gets the Guy who Dances, it will be an even funnier moment though.

It did take them a while! I think they would definitely get more bang for their buck though if he was the guy who dances.

Glad to hear you had a good M&G with Anna and Elsa. I really wish they would put them together again and bring Aurora back to PFH because it seems the consensus is that they were much more fun to meet together and everyone hates the fact Aurora got the boot. *sigh* Love the we-sies and Anna's reaction to Popadon!

They are more fun to meet together than separate. But, I also understand the reason that they did it, since the two of them together would take that much longer to get through the meet and greet.

You all rode my favorite ride, the People Mover which my daughter calls the pooper for some reason. Of course we haven't corrected her so now we all just ride the pooper every time. Love papadon waving to his legions of fans and Kristen Chenowith on WWHL my most fav guilty pleasure.

Can't believe that guy was finally that guy. Because he is so totally the epitome of that guy. In fact they should stop having other guys and just have video of papadon.

Jealous u all got the double Anna and Elsa. They were separate by the time we were there in sep, so way cool to get the girls at the same time.

The pooper. That's amazing. It's one of my favorites too. I wouldn't correct her either. I would just keep calling it the pooper. Kristin Chenoweth is one of my favorites ever! I just love her.

24 Hour Day continued:

Man, let me tell you. I was so glad to have that nap. That bird not giving me the opportunity to sleep the night before really caught up with me at that point, and I fell asleep hard. I needed it. Pop fell asleep too. Mom didn't really, but she's not a napper. I mean, I don't really understand that. I love naps. I don't get them too often, but I love them. It's also why I'm not afraid to nap in Disney. It's still vacation guys.

Remember that the night before, I had booked a dinner at the Crystal Palace at the last minute. It was a contingency plan in case the park was crowded or people were getting refused entry to the park due to crowd sizes. I didn't want to leave anything to chance. So, we got ready in our costumes. Yes, I said costumes, and got ready to head out for the rest of the night. I knew I wanted to stay late. How late exactly I wasn't sure, but I was just going to see where the day took us.

We headed down to the bus stop and actually ran into Missy and Franklin waiting for the bus too! And Missy being the sweet sweet person that she is, also picked me up a 24 hour day pin when they had stopped at Downtown Disney!

I have the best DIS friends, for real.

They'll be showing up later in my updates, as we spent a bit of time together during the party, but they were absolutely adorable dressed up as EVE and Wall-E.

What were we dressed up as?

I had thought about this costume forever. At first, I was going to dress up as Madame Medusa. You know, crazy redhead from the Rescuers?



I figured it would work for me with her red hair, and at the same time I could take liberties with the makeup and make it fun. However, the closer we got to the trip, I had second thoughts. No one would have ANY idea who I was. And while I like the idea of that, I wasn't so sure I wanted to be super obscure. Plus, I knew that it was going to be insanely hot due to the time of year. And I wanted to be as comfortable as I could be. And then we decided on Pop's costume. And I knew what I was going to be. What I just had to be.

So we get to the park, and the very first place we decide to go is to visit Tinkerbell. Why would we decide to go and see Tinkerbell first? Well, because it was fitting for both Pop and I.

There were not as many people dressed up as I thought there would be. We got a few looks, but mostly everyone said that they loved our costumes. Mom was dressed up as well. I had really wanted her to go as Captain Hook, but we know she's a princess.



Again, man never takes a normal picture.



Soon, it was time for us to make it in to see Tink. She really loved my outfit and said that it was the best thing she had seen all day.



I told her that I had captured a codfish. And when she saw him, she hid behind me promptly, because she said that pirates were never good!



I told her not to worry about it. I had him under control, and if he stepped out of line just a little bit.....I would slap him.

She seemed to be okay with that.



For real man, they make me feel like a giant!



We took a we-sie, and Tink suggested that we make pouty duck faces. Yeah, mine turned out more like a dork face. Oh wait, don't all duck faces look like dork faces?



After our lovely meet and greet, it was time for us to head to the Crystal Palace. The heat was still pretty high at that point and it was super sticky. Thankfully, they had ice water outside of the Crystal Palace for everyone waiting. We checked in and waited. And waited. And waited.

30 minutes to get into the restaurant. However, it made for some interesting people watching, because people kept coming up to the ice water and trying to fill their bottles. The CM out there had to keep telling people they couldn't do that, because it was for the guests waiting to get in for their reservation. It was actually pretty entertaining.

I also took a selfie because I was bored out of my mind.



Finally we were let in. We haven't eaten at the Crystal Palace in quite some time. I ate there for breakfast in 2012, but haven't been back since. The P's, I'm not entirely sure how long it's been for them.



You guys know, it's a standard buffet offering. Here is my first plate. Yes, I put brussel sprouts on my plate!



Eeyore was our first character, and apparently he wasn't a fan of my mini sword.



But he was okay after that.



Pop was apparently too good to meet Eeyore. Lazy alert!





Pooh Bear was next. Man, let me tell you, he gave the best hug. Like, jumping up and down, grabbing you and shaking you from side to side hug. Like this!



After I recovered.







Piglet was next. Piglet is so cute and little! And demure. No crazy hugs from this one over here.



However, Piglet did NOT like the fact that Pop was sitting down, so he insisted that he get up there and get a hug.

This next picture cracks me up. Mom's side eye at Pop proves that we do not trust this man to behave as far as we can throw him!



Yeah, Piglet knows he's shady.





Last but not least was Tigger. Who was very boisterous and apparently wanted to dance with me.



He was much more proper with Mom though.



As we were wrapping up dinner, Wishes was getting ready to start. It took us that long to get into dinner, and then for the characters to come around and see us! We weren't in any hurry or anything, but I had wanted to see Wishes. Pop waited for the bill to come and Mom and I went out front. Thankfully, there is a marked area right in front of the Crystal Palace for the fireworks. I'm not going to subject you to the terrible fireworks photos that I took. The vantage point wasn't right. But, Mom and I of course loved it and I teared up while I watched it. Every time man, every time.



Mom had missed out on Wishes in January, because she had gotten sick and we didn't want her to go out in the cold on the day we planned on seeing it. So this was a make up Wishes for her.

Perfection as always.

Pop came out before the finale, so we were able to watch the rest of it together. I had texted Missy to find out where they had been. She said that they were over by the Mine Train. Franklin had just shot Wishes from over there. So we headed over there to meet them.

We met up with them and did the typical "what do you want to do? I don't know, what do you want to do?"

So what do you do when you don't know what to do?

Ride It's A Small World.

And have Franklin take an epic we-sie.

After our endless ride through IASW, we hopped in line to have pictures taken at the Rock Your Disney Side pumpkin coach.

How cute are they as Wall-E and EVE?





Of course we had to act like ourselves. What good would Popadon be without some Popadon quality pictures?

Guess Pop figured he had to get his pirate on. When he's in character, he's in character.



We parted ways with Missy and Franklin at that point, because they had FP's for MSEP. Missy told me to text her later, so I told her that I would. So, Mom, Pop and I headed on to the Little Mermaid.



We continued to get compliments on our costumes by the way, and had people asking to take our pictures. It was pretty cool.

That right there. Is a man completely comfortable with his manhood, by himself, on the Little Mermaid.

Your costumes are all AMAZING!!! You guys look fabulous!!! I totally would have been dressed up if I were there. If you get the opportunity to dress up at a Disney park, you take it.

I love all the Crystal Palace pics! I much preferred the breakfast but I've had lunch there before and it was pretty good. The characters are the best part. The picture of Piglet staring down Popadon kills me.

I got so excited when I saw the picture of Madame Medusa because the Rescuers was my first favorite Disney movie.
