These DVC layouts might be neat

[Monorail Purple&Gold]

Been tinkering with some pictures, and created layouts for the remaining Deluxe resorts at WDW and here's what I came up with for each resort. Up first, the flagship, the Grand Floridian. All satellite images from GoogleEarth.

Up next, the fan favorite (my personal), the Polynesian. Tough logistics here as the resort is really hedged in well. But oh what an imagination can do!

True enough. I'm a teacher--DD and DS are at daycare days, DW is in summer school, so I'm left here for about 4 or 5 hours a day to keep up with my DVC hunger!!! Believe it or not, this only took me about 3 hours to put together.

You're amazing! Those are all fabulous.
I've been looking at the aerial shots too, thinking of how they could get a DVC in at the Poly. What if they made DVC out of the buildings to the left (GF side of Poly)? The canal seems a natural separation (this was mentioned on another thread).
We can only dream...wish they'd done this rather than BLT, to be honest!

I never thought that I would go for a DVC at GF, but that looks awesome. I know others are excited about BLT, but I really wish they would have chosen the Poly instead. Much more exciting theming.

With the GF, it just seems to scream for an extra monorail stop. I can see where it would go, and the convenience, etc. Of course GF DVC would need to be very posh. I think all rooms with a view should be concierge.

What do you guys think?

What about just completing a walking path to the MK? It doesn't look like it would be any further from the "DVC GF" than from the CR.

All of these plans would be great. I would love to stay in a DVC resort on the monorail.
