I am in single digits for my trip to Ocean City!!! It's been 2 years since I have seen the beach! I can't wait!

I leave for Cleveland Mon night and I will be gone until Friday night. Then I leave in the middle of the night for MD! It's going to be a busy busy couple weeks!

We have a flight down with AT and a flight back with SW! I am so relieved.

Trix - If you have Comcast Cable or something like that, you may be able to see Biggest Loser still. On ours, in the "On Demand" section, there are "TV Series". Under the "TV Series" category, you can choose Biggest Loser and watch last night's episode. We have Comcast, and that is how ours works. I hope you can watch it. It is really good.

Shelly - Yeah for your airfare!!!! How much was it?

Jo - Have you floated away or did you build an ark? I am so sick of rain! I think I have developed SAD, because it has been so long since I have seen the sun. I really do feel blue. I need some sunshine!!!

Sea- Your reports on D-23 are so cool! Keep up the good work!

Trix - Did you find BL online? It was a good one! There are so many people this season that I like so far! It's going to be sad to see them go.

No, NBC doesn't have it online. And I have crappy cable until DH gets us set with some new system. Unfortunately, he's been "looking into it" for quite some time.

I checked hulu and this is what they said:

We're able to post the last six episodes from season 7 until Sept. 20th, 2009. Season 8 episodes will post 7 days after the broadcast air dates. Each episode is available for ten days.

I wonder why NBC makes it so hard? BL is the only show I couldn't find when I wanted it. So I guess I have to hope that it's posted early enough in the day next Tuesday that I can watch it before the next episode is on that night, otherwise I'll never catch up!!!

Update on Debbie - she came home yesterday from the hospital. She is able to walk and talk, but in a lot of pain. Her memory is good too. Still no word on the test results, but I am glad she is home.

We just booked our cruise trip airfare to LAX to Ft. Laud, then return from Ft. Myers to LAX - $232.00 RT per person! Not bad at all.

okay, quick check in, 'cuz I'm running around like a tornado trying to get everything done...

At work today, wish I'd had enough time to take it off, too, but oh well.

Yesterday, got my hair cut and my toes done (didn't realize until after I'd picked out the shade that it's called "Aphrodite's Pink Nighties" LOL)

Tim took Mom to get her CA ID (NOT a DL, no way will my 80 year old mom be behind the wheel ) and the disabled placard hangtag thingie for when we take her out on errands and stuff.

Made the appointment for her X-rays on Monday afternoon -- Tim will take her since I'll still be out of town.

Made a reservation for Fri-Sat night for Tim at the coast because he will be missing me and wanted to get out of town just for the weekend.

Force feeding the cat baby food chicken, she acts perkier but is cranky, nasty, and still isn't eating on her own or using the litter box We are trying every home remedy we can find online (from reputable sites of course). Next to try: canned pumpkin (high in fiber, oh I'm sure she'll love that ). Hoping we don't have to try: uhhhh...baby suppositories. Still trying to figure out how we could manage that -- she doesn't appreciate us shoving things into the FRONT end, so...oh boy. Can you say: not fun at all? I hope she makes it...

Happier note: checked in for Mike and I online, and made our airport shuttle reservations.

Meeting Sea at the C on Saturday...and my friend Kimba and her friends on Sunday...

I'm going to Disneyland!!!

We met Dave Smith the head of Walt Disney Archives and had a nice conversation about different items on display. This stuff was wonderful to see.

I paid under $300 for a flight back (after the SW credit) and a little over $300 for the flight down (after JO helped me out!). Grand total - just over $600 I think. I don't know, it's late. It's been an eventful day!

Morning MAYers!


What's everyone up to today? We are supposed to have another sunny warm day here. It's pretty chilly right now though. And I was freezing at soccer last night. It was warm when we left here so I didn't take a jacket, but the soccer fields are mostly shaded in the evenings and it was windy. I've been frozen ever since! Can't wait for the sun to come out today!!

I'm taking the day off today! No running anywhere. But DH did schedule the furnace guy to come at 9:00. I told him - don't you know Thursday was my only day I didn't have to do a million things?? Oh well, hopefully it won't take long.

I need to call Disney and give them my flight times. Hey I wonder if I can do that online? I better check it out! You know how I hate calling Disney. That reminds me, it took 3 phone calls for them to change our address correctly and I'm up to 5 calls to get them to change our phone number. What a pain. Each CM assures me that the last one did something wrong or didn't know what they were doing, but they do and are going to make it right. . . . Yeah right.

I need to rework my arrival day plans now that I know we aren't getting there until later.

Snow Patrol is opening for U2 tonight and the dome is open for the concert. The Toronto International Film Festival is also on right now...so maybe we'll see some celeb's.. I just know we are going to have so much fun.

I'll tell you all about it when I get home.
