Hi Mayers
Congrats on the job, Shelly, and glad your DH's surgery went well
Congrats on the promotion and raise, RF! Yeah, it makes me feel more like having fun on a trip when I know I'm not going into debt to take it
Mari, sending pixie dust that the taxes are good to you and you can go in May!
Jo, are Drew and Belle feeling better?
Man, I am sooooooooo tired. My new job is a lot of work -- but I'm learning a lot of new things, keeps it interesting. My house is a worse disaster than usual, if that's possible. I slept terribly last night, nightmares all night long, so I'm not looking forward to today.

Just gotta plow forward, one step at a time, I guess, and then the work day will be done. A roofer is coming to look at our roof and give us a repair estimate this afternoon -- we lost a lot of shingles in the storm last week, and that's not something to put off fixing, or the damage could be a lot worse. Not an expense I wanted to take on right now, though...hope it's not too costly.
We did finally get our W2's, so I think I have everything to do our taxes. Should get some back, since I claim "zero" almost all year, but not holding my breath that we'll get a lot...we'll see...
