That is great! I read on Hershey's web site that they are open a couple of weekends in April and then in May on a more regular schedule. May is going to be busy with Chris' graduation and his parties. What does June look like for you? My wife is done with school on June 11th.

Yeah, I think they do a spring sneak preview weekend in April usually.

We get done with school on June 11 too. It's late this year since we didn't start until Sept 8.

I too have been starting to think about finding something p/t. Since the kids will both be in school full time come fall. Problem is I still want to be here before and after school for them. Finding something between 9:30 to 3:00 only is the hard part.
I'm glad you lucked out Shelly.

Think..more $$ for WDW, maybe you can add a few more days at the Board Walk.


Tell DH we wish him well on his surgery and will be thinking of him ok.
We need him up and running around for the next Mayer meet.

Thanks Lake. Yes, I have had my eye out for something part time during school hours for a few years. Definitely hard to come by. I really lucked into this. Hopefully it will all work out.

Thanks! I am excited and a bit nervous about going back to work. But yes, the money will come in handy. Especially considering DH's work is still slow.

We would definitely be open to a Cedar Point meet as well, I know that was mentioned before. And even though we are only 2 hours from it, we have not taken the kids yet.


It would have to be weekends for Jason as well.

We already have 2 weeks planned at the cottage, so as long as it doesn't overlap with that we could be available.
July 4th weekend is our, and August 7th weekend is out for me so far.

The hotels there tend to be on the expensive side. But there are some cheaper options closer to Harrisburg, which is still very close to Hershey.

But we are good with whatever. Whatever is the most convenient for everyone else. I know Lake is closer to Cedar Point. Mari & Kim are closer to Hershey. And of course RF & I are right here in Pittsburgh! So whatever works! I was happy with our Station Square meet! I could go for some Houlihan's right now!!

Unfortunately I don't think its in the cards for us. It's a 9 hour drive for us from here. A bit too far for just a weekend I am afraid.
I hope you are all able to do it though, and that you have an absolute blast. If there is ever another PGH meet, let us know and we can try and get there.

Happy Sunday MAYers! It's a wet one here. I think we are getting some of your rain too Sea. Rain, rain, and more rain. But hey, at least we don't have to shovel it.

DH got his surgery time. 6:30am tomorrow morning. Not exactly what we wanted to hear. And being that it is workmans comp we have to go where they are sending us - clear on the other side of Pittsburgh. So we will likely be getting up around 4-4:30 tomorrow morning.

Aw, that stinks! Is it really that far from you? I know it takes about 3 1/2 hours out the turnpike to get there from here.

We'll see what comes together, maybe we can work something out!
