You really have no idea. I couldn't post all of it, but there were some MAJOR drama queens in that play. The evil queen was hilarious! She really does have an acting career in her future!

Very good on the camera. It is very frustrating to try to figure out a camera when you are trying to get "THE" shot. Good for you for having more sense than I did!

So much fun! The kids did a great job. They didn't hesitate at all and knew right when it was time for their lines. It is obvious a lot of work went into that before the actual production.

Tell your daughter she did a great job, and this DIS friend wishes she could have seen more!

Thier teacher worked with them a lot. She is SOOOO wonderful. I thank God for her every day.

Oh my how completely adorable! I forgot you were from the south until I heard those adorable accents! I love it so much! Your DD did a great job, that was a long line and she didn't hesitate at all, you must be so proud!

I just read you whole trip report. I was curious because I saw your dates and we are taking a mini vacation in November (10-14) and can't wait to check out all the Christmas decorations.

The weather and crowds looked amazing. We have never been in November so this will be a first for us.

First let me say that I am almost ashamed to show myself here! Life has completly overwhelmed me this month. I have had way too much going on. I have not even been able to keep up with all of your TRs and I am so far behind! I'm really sorry that things have gotten away from me here on the DIS and I am going to get caught up with everyone as soon as I can. So please forgive me for taking so long to post these replies and for not commenting on your TRs. I have missed it so much and can't wait to get back in the swing of things.

OH MY GOSH!!! That video was precious!!! Your DD was great and the queen hysterical! I have tears running down my cheeks! I love the southern accents and how the teacher/narrator was trying to hold back her laughter too!

Tell your DD she was AWESOME!!! I'm sure you're very proud.

I am proud of her and all of them. I think that queen has an acting career in her future! She was a hoot!

I love your TR and I have only looked thru the second part, now I need to go back and see the 2009 trip. Your family pictures at the GF are great, we are planning on doing that for our Dec trip.

You will love the GF photo session. Gorgeous backdrops!!!

Can I ask a favor, can you list the days of the week that you did each park, seems like you had it all planned out great., I would love to compare it to our dates we have figured out.

My advice would be to check out touringplans.com for the best park days for your trip. I used it both years and it seemed to work well for us. I will list our 2009 schedule anyway though just so you can get an idea:

Sat, Nov. 7 = EP
Sun, Nov. 8 = AK
Mon, Nov. 9 = MK
Tue, Nov. 10 = MK
Wed, Nov 11 = EP
Thur, Nov 12 = HS
Fri, Nov 13 = MK
Sat, Nov 14 = EP
Sun, Nov 15 = HS


When was your CP Ressie and can't believe noone was there in the park!

It was a 9:00 am ressie and the park opened at 9:00. If you can get a ressie before the park opens, say 8:30, that would be even better.

It looks like you guys had an amazing trip-yippee that you will be scheduling another one in the next year or so.

Our daughters are about the same age, mine is starting Kindergarten in the fall also...we waited years for our family and I agree completely about being thankful for that wait because you don't take it for granted...everyday is an amazing gift...our daughter came to us threw adoption...God's perfect plan for our family!

Oh that is awesome!!! Congratulations! You are so right! It is a gift even if you can't see that at the time. You really do treasure every moment with them when you wait so long to get them here. I wouldn't go back and change anything even if I could. God's plan really is always perfect!

Are you glad you did 1900 for dinner and MVMCP on the same night? Did you think it was too much to do in one night? I want to do CRT & MVMCP on the same night, but several people told me it isn't a good idea, that we should just do QS that night and do the CRT on another night.

I would agree with that. I really wanted to be at the Christmas party at 4:00since they allow you to come in that early. Well, it didn't happen that night. We scheduled our GF photo session and our PF dinner before the party and we didn't make it to MK until around 6:30 I think. I would take the advice of your friends and do a CS meal inside MK before the party. You don't want to waste party time because there is a lot to see and do and not enough time to do it all. You DO NOT want to miss the parade or the fireworks. The shows and dance parties are great too. And then there are all the rides open with no wait! It is way more than you can do in the allotted time, so don't waste time eating. Do PF another night. Since it is at a resort, you can do that any night of your trip. have fun!!!

No, nothing was really wrong. I've had to spend some time lately helping take care of my grandmother, but she is getting better, so that has helped free up my time. But it was mostly just end-of-school year stuff that kept me hopping! I hope I'm not too far behind on your TR!!!

Everything is fine. Just way too many activities going on. It seems there is something constantly with DD's school or at church during May. DD graduates from kindergarten next week though so that should be the end of my hectic schedule, for a few months anyway. I've got to get caught up over at your place too!

I am really glad you liked it! It was so much fun to write it and relive it all. It seems to make the fun last even longer! I do hope we can go back soon. I'm still working on finding the right part time job, so a future trip is still up in the air. No complaints though! I am so blessed that if I never get to go back, I have nothing I can complain about!

Lol this made me laugh.. I never understand when I'm in the USA and people say "oh I love your accent!" - because I don't think I have one .. but then I realise that the English accent sounds soo different to any American accent!

Being from Connecticut, some years ago I moved to southern Ohio, the most southern tip, where it borders Kentucky on one side and West Virginia on the other side.....the people there have a southern accent very noticeable to my ears, but the funny thing was every place I went people would say to me when they heard me speak, "Your not from around here? are You?" I found out I had an accent too
