There must not be much going on lately

Everyone must be taking their vacations now. Usually this board is so busy that new threads are on the next page before you know it. I've noticed that over the last few weeks, things seemed to have calmed down.....way down. Is this due to a lot of t.v. shows are on summer hiatus, school's out, there hasn't been that much news that really stands out, or something else?

I think people quit trying to post because we get Busy server try again. It is has been like this for a while.

It's the darn server problems that has everyone frustrated! I think that a lot of people give up and go back to work or clean their house. I should probably do that...

It is issues with the server. This past Saturday a lot of people could not even log on or post. I don't read the DIS much anymore due to the slowness of it all.

The server problem is frustrating to say the least. As for me, today I've spent most of my time on the Resorts Board. I'm planning a vacation to the World next year and I'm trying to get myself up on all the latest...it's been almost 5 years since my last trip, so I'm fairly clueless right now.

Well, I'm off for my two hour commute home. Have fun everyone. I'll pop back in here later tonight if I can.

I don't know why I didn't think about the server problems. I've had a problem with my common sense all day today, so I'll just blame it on that.

Thanks a lot! You've made me curious now and with the server, I probably won't ever find out.

I'd have to agree that it's the server issues. I've tried to post on many many threads only to get a busy server message so my post has been lost. Then it takes a while to even get back to the forum topics to be able to try posting it again.
