Theme Park ticket ?

We're finally going back to WDW in November . Anyway, we have 3 days left on park hopper passes we bought in May 2003. With the new ticket structure can we still use these or do they need to be exchanged for the current ones? Thanks.

We had no problems using our old park hopper tickets from 2002. We just went this past June and you just use them like the new tickets. They get scanned at the entrances in the ticket machines. No need to exchange them!!

No, you won't need to exchange them. But they will require the biometric scan now, same as the current tickets. The biometric info will be recorded by the computer and saved with the tickets the first time you use them, so I suggest marking the tickets to be sure whose is whose.

1) Use your old tickets as they are.
2) You cannot exchange or upgrade pre-January-05 tickets.

It is a bad bargain to use the old tickets at all during a vacation where the same person has to buy another ticket to finish the vacation with and the vacation is 4 to 10 days long.

Aside from that, the tickets are usable at any time.

One person could always use the old tickets, and the rest of the family could get new ones. Three 3-day passes would get you nine days in the parks, as long as the passes were all the same (all adult ones for an adult, etc) and there were no biometric scanning done with them before.
