Theme Park Rides with babies

Is there anywhere that will tell me what rides you can take babies on (we will be taking an 8mth old - so hopefully he will be sitting up but obviously will have to be on our laps)???

Does anyone know which rides we will be able to carry him on??? Or is there a list somewhere???

They have a list of under 5 attractions on the left hand side. HTH

We took DH in December when he was 14 months. We took him on everything without a hight restriction including POTC, HM and the tea cups!! He really loved the fireworks and all the parades!

We took our 21 month old son in jan he was under most restrictions, we found the brit guide very helpful in preparing us what we could go on with him.

There was a thread on the families board about this on Sunday, I will try and find it and post the link, it was helpful. There were a lot of people saying that they took babies on a lot of the rides that I thought you wouldn't be allowed to.

I think the general rule of thumb Iis, if you need to wear a lap strap or any sort of bar comes down then obviously you can't have a baby on your lap. (Although Dumbo is an exception to this-pretty sure there are lapstraps in dumbo but I've definitely seen little rugrats on there )
