Help! I ordered 10 world passes in February and have not recieved them yet. Only 19 days to go. I have emailed them twice, no response. I finally called them today and was told "We are a very reputable company. I'm sure they'll be there in time." When I asked if they had been shipped that department had gone home. Tommorrow is a holiday in England so the guy who answered said he'd "try to check on it Saturday."

Has anyone else ordered from them? When did you get your tickets? You did get them right?

i also have not recieved my tickets. my credit card has been charged! i have also emailed with no response. my next step was to call but i guess ill have to wait till next week and hope they dont come up with another excuse as to why i cant talk to whoever has the info. i am not in as much of a panic as you must be because i still have 3 months until i leave. lots of hope and pixie dust to you. let me know when you get them so i know whether i should worry alot or just a little. mimimom
 
isnt that the company that said it will not be selling the 10 day world pass to US citizens anymore?? if so, try disputing it with your credit card company. you should get the money back if you didnt receive the merchandise paid for. but i am not sure how that would work with and international company.

if you still want the 10 day pass... paramount international also sells them. i havent read any bad reports on them yet and i recieved my passes today. www.gopitravel.com check them out.
 
I'll keep you all posted when and if I hear from them. My understanding is that when I purchased them they were available to the US it was the first part of March that they quite this service.

Hope I'm right. Wonder how long I should wait before I call Paramount.

You should absolutely notify your credit card company so that you have taken a proactive step to protect your rights, just in case there is something untoward going on. Believe me, these vendors will respond faster to the cc company than to you - they cannot do business without them!
 
Just checking in with you to see if you have recieved your tickets or have you heard from them at all. I have had no luck with them and i am just about to turn this over to my credit card company and let them take over. Only 2 more weeks for you and 14 days seems to be their number for the latest that you should recieve them. Well lots of luck to you and i am holding my breathe until i hear some good news from you. mimimom
 
I got an email today stating the tickets have been posted today and should be to me within a week.

I am so happy for you. I emailed them to let them know that there are people out here that are not satisfied with the way they do business. I had never read a bad comment about them but after dealing with them(or trying to since they dont return their emails) i dont believe i will be doing business with them again. But I am relieved and happy for you!!!!! Let us know when you get them and have a great trip!!!!!!! Mimimom

The tickets came today!! I am so pleased. There was no explanation given as to why the late date, but who cares thier here!! Yeah!!

I am so happy for you!!!!! what a relief for you. I did recieve an email from them stating that they would try and send my tickets early. lets hope so. I also ordered tickets from them on March 1st and just received them on Sunday April 27th. I was told by email that they would mail the tickets no later than 14 days before our departure date.(I told them our date was May 5th). I was finally relieved to receive them but was dissappointed that the tickets were made of paper instead of plastic like our last trip. I am willing to live with the difference to be able to enter the park all ten days of our trip as appose to the six day hoppers we were going to buy originally. Does anyone know what happens if we have problems with the paper tickets, such as they rip,get wet, or have problems with the fastpass machines?
