Theme Par Early Entrance

I know that WDW parks allow resort guests to enter the park an hour early and sometime let them stay longer even after park close.

Does this perk apply to the DVC members as well?

Yes, if they are staying at a WDW resort. DVC members are treated the same as any other WDW resort guest.

I have never gotten up early on vacaton to take advantage of the early entrance,but There are certain times of the year when you can purchase the E-ride nites wristband.( usually 12.00)This allows you 3 extra hours at Magic kngdom after the park closes.WE used it in july and they had extended the regular hours that nite to 11 o'clock so we didnt leave the park till 2 am.It was awesome and we made sure we took a picture of the parking lot totally empty with the eception of about 5 cars..

The new EMH does not cost extra. It is included for onsite guests with their existing tickets. Barb

EMH (extra magic hours) replaced e-nights. It's at all 4 parks, not just MK.

We'll be trying out EMH this week coming up. I've read you have to get your wristband 2 hours prior to park close. Will let you know!!!

I believe they start distributing them 2 hours before, you can get them anytime after that.

Thanks DebbiB for the info,thats fantastic that they have extended it to all four parks,i truly enjoyed e-ride nites at Mk but would like to be at MGM late nite.

Does anyone know if the EMH (after hours) is going to be extended into April, May,etc??

I have a feeling the answer will be "with Disney you never know", but does anyone have any more info??

We'll be there in May and I really like to afterhours better than the early entry. We usually don't do early!!

There will be both early open and late closing for each park. When you check in be sure to get a World Up-Date from the front desk which will give you all the information you need. This started on 1/2/05.
