Clint: "Okay that's your choice. Just be careful. I know other people who let that happen and it sometimes led to bad stuff... Thora was definitively at fault. Thor: He frowned at Clint. "She isn't used to punishment. And don't you dare talk about my daughter like that, or you'll regret it." He turned away angrily and knelt next to Thora, kissing her forehead gently.

Sam: "Wait a minute, so basically what your telling me is that you don't punish your children if they do something wrong, you just let them do whatever they want with no thought to the consequences and let them be spoiled, and yet you wonder why they don't like Jane?"

Sam: Oh lord, Thor was one of those parents, the kind that thought everyone else and their children were at fault before their own. He'd heard the story about how Odin had kicked Tho out to learn some humility, apparently he'd learned his lesson, but right now Sam wasn't seeing it. "I didn't realize being responsible for your actions and respecting the safety of others didn't apply to everybody," he said neutrally. "They don't like Jane because they think she's taking away their attention."

Thor: "I'm doing what you're doing, protecting my children. You know what? I think I'm going to take them back to Asgard."

Clint: "Word of advice. Your kids aren't gonna be able to cope with the real world if all the get are butterflies and not punished. Alright good. They can't hurt ours here!"

Thor: He removed his shirt and sat in bed with Jane. "What do I do?"

Jane: "Maybe Thora does deserve a little punishment, just so she can experience it and better herself, like you did. She'll be alright."

Thor: "But Clint Barton and his stupid mouth, I don't want my daughter in his hands."

Jane: "Then we'll stay here too and protect them."

Thor: He sighed. "Alright. Thank you, Jane." He kissed her. "Goodnight."
