MONDAY US SPOILER!!!

Victor says Adam is to run NE while he is in prison and when he is out he will take the reins at NE with Adam at his side. If Adam works with him Adam will go free and they will run the company together. Victor admits Vicky is capable of running NE. Victor says she is flawed; she is emotionally involved with Billy. Adam is not held back by emotional feelings. Adam says he has his own goals, dreams and family, so Victor can go to hell and leaves. Victor says he will be back.

Dr. G comes to see Victor. He thanks her for helping him rescue Nikki. She knows his family means more than life to him. She says she will resign from Walworth because she needs to find a life. Victor tells her about his appeal. She offers to help.

Chelsea tells Kevin they need to focus on this woman’s motive. Adam arrives and says Victor admitted the diary pages are out there. Kevin leaves. Adam says Victor wants him working at NE with him. Chelsea asks if Victor played god from prison just to get Adam to work for him. He says he refused the offer because he is trading one prison for another. He says Victor will take over their lives and turn him into a man he never wants to be.

Nikki tells Vicky that she and Victor called off the divorce. Nikki says Victor’s actions are an excellent case for an appeal. Vicky says Nikki is asking everyone to perjure themselves. Nikki says they need to go to the review board, and not deny any of the facts, but they were very angry and emotional at the time. Nikki hopes Phyllis will join them. She asks Vicky to talk to Phyllis.

At Jabot, Jack thanks Phyllis for playing hooky with him. Phyllis wants to get work done but Jack has other things on his mind. They are kissing when Vicky arrives and finds Phyllis with her dress undone. Vicky asks Phyllis o stand with them in Victor’s appeal. She refuses. Vicky leaves. Phyllis is upset that Jack sided with Vicky. Phyllis wants Victor to rot in jail. She will never forgive him for putting a psycho in her bed. Jack says he understood where Vicky was coming from. Phyllis leaves saying she is going where she doesn’t have to explain herself.

Jill surprises Billy. She says he has been neglecting B & S. She asks him to take her out for dinner because the paint job is hideous.

Michael and Lauren discuss Adam’s case when Nikki arrives. She asks Michael about her divorce. Michael says he got the papers before they were signed and gives them to her. She assures him that she and Victor have found their way back to each other.

Kevin arrives and tells Michael that he has checked activity of Victor’s safety deposit boxes for the missing pages of the diary. Michael is stunned. He explains. Michael wants Kevin to keep searching and they leave.

Jill and Billy arrive. Jill asks Lauren how Billy can bump up his sales at B & S. She is sure Vicky can help him. Lauren says Vicky has a new man in her life. Billy joins Vicky when she arrives. Jill says she knows who to give Billy a nudge back to Vicky.

Billy joins Vicky at the bar. She says she walked in on Jack and Phyllis acting like newlyweds. She tells him about the appeal and says Phyllis won’t help them. Jill joins them and asks if all is well. Billy tells her to ask Vicky and leaves. Jill asks if Vicky is done with Victor like she is done with Billy. Vicky says Victor is her father. Jill says Billy is the father of her kids and he needs her. Jill warns Vicky that Victor will sink her and her family all at once.

Phyllis tells Billy about Vicky’s request. Billy says it’s time to make a choice; him or Jack. She wasn’t there for an ultimatum. He says he would never ask her to stand up for her worst enemy and kisses her. Phyllis notices the luggage. He says Jill is back. Phyllis accuses him of hoping Jill would walk in and catch them taking away her choice and leaves.

Jill returns and says it’s obvious Vicky still cares for him. She says Vicky is his last hope for success.

Adam explains about the diary pages to Michael. Chelsea explains what Victor told Adam. Michael admits that every time Victor opens mouth he deceives someone. Adam hopes to find the pages. Michael says there is no time. Court will reconvene next week and he will stand trial.

Nikki thanks Dr. G for helping Victor. Dr. G leaves. Victor says Dr. G will speak to her father, Judge Gates on his behalf. Victor asks if she will keep the papers for the next time. She says there is no next time and rips them up.

Phyllis returns and Jack explains that he was not to ignoring the pain Victor caused her. Jack says he is 100% behind her. They hug.

Day Ahead
- Billy tells Cane he is not in the mood for this. Cane says he needs to hear this
- Summer asks Luca about him talking to a reporter about potential problems at NE
- Jack tells Hilary her lab reports show she is better and doesn’t know what this whole sick routine is, but it’s not going to fly

TUESDAY US SPOILER!!!

Cane arrives at Billy’s and says Jill exercised the clause in their agreement. The painter is there to redecorate and Billy is furious. Billy wants the painter and Cane gone by the time he gets back.

At Jabot, Jack tells Phyllis he loves her. Phyllis gets an image of her and Billy at the cabin. Jack wants to spend the day with her. He leaves. Billy arrives. He wants to finish their conversation at his place. She has plans with Jack. He thought she was going to tell Jack today. He feels that it’s more real for him than it is for her and leaves.

Luca is on the phone and Summer if he was talking to a reporter about potential problems at NE. He says the reporter is there and helping him with the media and he would have had a better chance of managing the media. Summer asks why he didn’t bring this up before. Nick doesn’t trust his motives. He says she is his motive and she can trust him. He says they need to be ahead of the protests the workers are planning. He says they need to talk to Vicky.

Vicky is on the phone and says the sabotage is out of their control and they are concerned about the safety of the workers. She hangs up and screams. Travis arrives. She says the family is working to have Victor’s sentence overturned. He says Victor would be free to finish what he started. She says Victor was very hurt and angry but he knows how much they love him and he loves his family more than ever. Victor broke out of the hospital to save Nikki without thinking about himself. Travis asks if that erases everything he did to hurt her family. She says they helped put Victor in jail. He says they told the truth. He asks what the bigger disaster is, the oil spill or a family trying to get a guilty man out of jail. She says Victor doesn’t want revenge He has forgiven them. She has a crisis to deal with and he says that Victor probably set in motion. He says she is blind about Victor. He is going to use this crisis to kick her out of that chair. He worked with men like Victor. They say it’s for the family but nothing matters more than the next deal. It’s staying in power. He says she sounds like Victor and leaves.

Vicky tells Nick to get in front of this. Give the workers a week off with pay and to tell the workers they will negotiate a new contract when the crisis is over. Luca says they are not in a position to offer a bigger contract now or in the foreseeable future. He says she has allowed him this much access because of his knowledge and his solid judgment calls when the crisis started. She says they were victims of sabotage twice. Luca says possibly Victor’s doing. She says they are in the middle of a crisis and they are going to do it her way and leaves.

Luca says Vicky hasn’t made the best judgment call. He says they should address the workers’ safety concerns. Business should be conducted honestly. She thinks he is amazing. He knows how important NE is to her and her family.

Summer reads that the Newmans give nothing but empty promises and lies. They care about profits and not workers’ safety. She says Luca was right. Luca says this is playing out exactly like he said it would.

Devon asks Hilary if the protocol is working. He says he will stay by her side. She is going to do this alone and he better not screw her over in the divorce. He doesn’t want a divorce. She tells him to talk to her lawyer and leaves.

At the tower Neville tells Ash the protocol is working. He shows Ash Hilary’s test results.

Jack asks Hilary if she is okay. She is not feeling well and leaves. Jack asks Neville if the protocol is working because Hilary is ill. Neville shows him the test results. Jack takes the results and leaves.

Hilary’s door is ajar and Jack walks in. She says she feels awful and the drug is not working. Jack says the test results are excellent, so he doesn’t know what this whole sick routine is, but it’s not going to fly. He doesn’t know why she is walking away from Devon. He says they are just friends nothing more and leaves.

Neil tells Devon’s love for Hilary was very real. Devon wonders if the drugs are affecting her behavior. Neil tells him to save his marriage. Devon says he loves Hilary and would do anything to get her back. Hilary staggers in and falls into Devon’s arms.

Billy returns and tells Cane he wants Jill to stop trying to run his life. Cane says Jill is worried Billy is going back to his old self.

Jack returns and asks Phyllis to go to lunch and she says there is something she needs to tell him.

Devon tells Neville that Hilary collapsed him his arms. Neville says the revamp drug is working. A doctor leaves Hilary’s room and says Hilary is suffering a serious and dramatic decline.

Day Ahead
- Victor tells Adam he has bad news for he and Adam has run out of options
- Travis and Vicky plan a get-away
- Nikki asks Jack if he is alright and Jack says everything is definitely not alright

WEDNESDAY US SPOILER!!!

At the bar Travis tells Vicky he wants them to go away for months not weeks and wants her to see the world in a new light. He has a buyer for the bar and that money would be more than enough to buy a boat. He wants her to bring the kids.

Billy makes arrangements to spend time with the kids. He tells Cane no one will ever say he fails as a father. The kids are dropped off a short time later.

Jack asks Phyllis to tell him what's troubling her. She says she’s not the person he thinks she is. He knows she’s been stressed. She feels buried alive. Jack says things have been difficult for them starting with Marco and she feels the whole world is against her. She agrees. He says he hasn’t been there for her and he shouldn’t have let her suffer that way. She says he deserves better. She starts to cry and says she’s lost and doesn’t know what to do. She feels pulled in a thousand different directions and needs to find her own way. Jack asks if she needs a break from them. He wants to help her but doesn’t know what to do. She says she will take a suite at the AC and he shouldn’t pay for her mistake. He says she’s done nothing wrong.

Chelsea tells Adam the pages haven’t been found, or the mystery woman and no proof the poisoning of Constance’s remains were staged. She asks if Adam will go back to NE. Dylan arrives and says he's done with Adam and Chelsea taking advantage. He did a sweep of Victor’s visitations and found out that that the surveillance dates and times line up with what the hacker was after. He says he's now complicit in a federal crime and he’s a detective. Chelsea says this was not their doing. Dylan is going to find the proof and leaves. Chelsea says they need to find the missing pages. Adam says he's taking Victor’s deal. Later Adam gets an okay from Paul to see Victor. Chelsea is grateful Adam wants to keep the family together by working with Victor.

At Memorial, Nikki tells Victor she has spoken to family about supporting him on his appeal and Vicky spoke to Phyllis but she refused to help. Nikki will talk to Nick when he gets back. She hopes to have the whole family at Victor’s appeal. Victor asks if Adam is on board. Nikki says Adam is the key but thinks he will say no. Victor assures her Adam will be on board.

Adam arrives and goes in to see Victor. He says Victor wins. Victor wants Adam to come back to NE with 100% commitment. Adam says he needs the diary pages or the deal is off. Victor says the pages will appear just before his trial. Adam objects but Victor warns Adam that he is out of options. As he walks out Vicky asks if he will help with Victor. Adam says yes because he has no choice and leaves.

Vicky asks what Victor’s plans are moving forward. He wants her on his team but thinks she needs more experience. He will find her a position where she will shine. She kisses him and leaves.

Later Victor is reading a file when a nurse enters. He says it’s too early for dinner but then looks up and asks what the hell she’s doing there.

At the AC Nikki asks if Dylan is okay with her staying with Victor. Chelsea arrives and sees Dylan with Nikki. She sits at another table. He just wants Nikki to be happy. Dylan gets a call and as he’s leaving Chelsea stops him. He says he has to run. He has a tip on Adam’s case.

At CL Billy tells Vicky he loves being with the kids and is afraid missing something in their lives.

Chelsea returns and asks Adam how things went with Victor. Adam says Victor is still winning. She tells him that Dylan got a lead in Adam's case and she hopes he finds evidence to clear him. Chelsea feels it’s good news.

Vicky returns and Travis knew that Victor would pull the rug out from under her. She says she can’t go away with him because she can’t do that to Billy, taking the kids away. He needs his kids. He says he loves her but this is goodbye. He says some battles can’t be won. They wish each other luck and part ways.

At Billy’s Cane and Billy get the kids painting. Vicky arrives and asks if he has a another paintbrush.

Jack and Phyllis arrive at the AC and Phyllis kisses Jack goodbye and goes to her room. Nikki asks Jack if everything is alright. Jack says everything is definitely not alright. Nikki offers an ear. He says Phyllis has moved out temporarily because she is lost and he’s not the person to show her the way. He wants Phyllis to be happy but says her life has never been the same since Victor put Marco into her bed. He will never forgive Victor for that and leaves.

Phyllis is in her room crying, picks up her phone and throws it against the wall.

Dylan is at a bank of lockers. He opens one and pulls out a large envelope.

Day Ahead
- Sharon asks Dylan what Kevin told him and to please forget about what he said
- Natalie on the computer asking “Who’s your little buddy Victor and Boom”
- Adam tells Chelsea that Victor has screwed him over again

I think that Victor and Ian are in kahoots with each other....I think Victor got the gun for Ian and worked with him to say you help me and Ill help you....Victor has all the connections needed to help Ian...I think the person behind the camera arranged this with the guard, after all we know that people around Victor will do anything for a BIG payoff....I was waiting for Ian and Victor would discuss it at the cabin...but letting the woman go and Ian saying I knew you would double cross me and Victor stating to Ian that he would be his ticket out of prison were just some hints to us.....Victor said shoot me to make it look real on the escape...I will go to the hospital, you call me and I will escape with help.....and meet you at the cabin.....Victor held the game ball the whole time....

I think you are totally right Victor is king of blaming others while never taking responsibility for his own actions

THURSDAY US SPOILER!!!

Chelsea wants to celebrate Dylan finding the pages of Sage’s diary. Michael arrives and Chelsea says Dylan found new evidence to clear Adam. Adam says he took Victor’s deal. Michael asks what new evidence. Adam tells him about the diary pages. Michael leaves. Chelsea says Victor holds the key to Adam’s freedom. Adam says the time he spends with his family he owes to Victor and his deal has cost him a piece of his humanity. Chelsea says Victor can’t change who Adam is. They make love.

Dylan gets call from Sharon inviting him for a picnic. He says he has to meet with Kevin and find out if someone is lying to him.

After Dylan tells Sharon he is meeting with Kevin she panics. Mariah arrives. Sharon says Kevin is going to tell Dylan about Sully and that she has been off her meds. Mariah says Kevin will not say anything and Kevin doesn’t know about Sully. Mariah says Sharon is adjusting to her meds and asks if she is taking her them. She says the only way Dylan will find out anything is if Sharon tells him. She wants Mariah to talk to Kevin and make sure he doesn’t say anything.

Alone Sharon tells Sully she loves him and she is never going to give him up. If anyone finds out, she, Dylan, Sully and Faith will go far away together. She will find a way to make Dylan understand.

Kevin tells Natalie two people are getting set up; Natalie for helping Victor and Adam and tells her about Victor’s resources. Dylan arrives and asks Kevin to trace an anonymous call. Michael arrives and asks Dylan about the evidence. Dylan says he was played and got nothing but an empty envelope. Dylan says someone is wasting his time and he is going to find out who it is. Kevin tells Dylan the anonymous call came from a burner phone. Dylan leaves to join Sharon in a picnic.

Michael calls Adam and says Victor’s lead led to nothing.

Victor asks why Chloe is there. Chloe asks why he told the court that Adam wasn’t a killer. He says Constance died of natural causes. Delia is dead because of Adam and she wants him in jail. She wants to know why she framed Adam to no avail. Victor tells her he gave her the tools she needed. He says he took care of Bella and gave her back to Chloe and they agreed she would start a new life far from GC. She says their agreement became null and void when he told the court Adam was not a killer. She is staying in GC and make sure Adam pays because that’s what he deserves. Victor knows why she wants payback and that’s why they were working together. He says her plan won’t work and if it’s discovered she helped framed Adam she will be arrested. What will happen to her relationship with Bella. Victor wants Chloe to go away and enjoy her life with her child. Chloe says Bella will never know Delia because of Adam. He says the evidence against Adam is overwhelming.

Michael arrives and Chloe turns her back. Michael asks Victor for the real pages of Sage’s diary. He knows Victor will produce the pages if Adam works for him. Victor claims he doesn’t know what Michael is talking about. Michael leaves.

Victor asks Chloe where she hid the pages. Chloe has made sure that they wound are in a safe place to make sure Adam goes to prison. Chloe tells him about all the things Delia will not do in her life because of Adam. Victor tells her to make up her mind what she wants, vengeance for Delia or a life with Bella. He says he gave Bella back to her but he can take her away. Chloe says he is handcuffed to a bed and she is free to play with fire. She thanks him and is about to leave when Victor says she is playing a very dangerous game. Chloe smiles and leaves.

Dylan comes home and Sharon tells Dylan to ignore what Kevin said. He has a shady past and she doesn’t want him to listen to anything Kevin has to say. Dylan says Kevin has helped the police a lot. Sharon probes him further about his meeting with Kevin. He says he knows there is more to a story than he is getting.

Sharon, Dylan and Faith are having a picnic in her living room. Faith says she sees Sage every day and so does Sharon. Faith shows them a picture of Sage.

Kevin tells Mariah that Dylan was there but has gone home to Sharon. Mariah asks how he could betray her like that. She accuses him of ratting out Sharon. Kevin says he never said anything to Dylan about Sharon. Mariah says she is a jerk and apologizes.

In the meantime Natalie is on her computer and asks “Who’s your little buddy Victor – Boom”.

Natalie tells Kevin and Mariah that Victor’s partner is wearing a wig.

Adam picks up Michael’s message and tells Chelsea that Victor screwed him over again. Victor won. Michael arrives and says Dylan found an empty envelope. The pages are not going to appear before the trial. He tells Adam to take a plea.

Day Ahead
- Ash asks Ben to tell her what’s going on with him

- Neil tells Jack Hilary was not faking. He just came from the hospital and she is not improving

I think that Hilary was doing just great...I think she took something to make herself sick...maybe something undetectable.....because Jack called her out on it....I think Nevills medicine cured her.....we will see her sitting in her bed when she is better...still faking being sick and smiling and showing us what she took in a flashback....

and than there is Chloe....she holds all the cards does she not? she knows where the journal pages are....Did Victor kidnap her daughter before and than gave her back? Chloe is insane...the loss of her daughter has sent her to a place of no return....I have a feeling Kevin will end up with thte child....

FRIDAY US SPOILER!!!

Neil asks Jack about Phyllis. Jack tells him Phyllis took a room at AC for some alone time. Jack wants to fire Hilary from the foundation. Jack says Hilary kissed him and that has put their relationship into a different light. He says she’s playing him and using her illness to get his sympathy. She’s faking her illness. Neil says Hilary is not faking. He just came from the hospital. She’s not improving and may not recover. Neil says he was there for the prognosis. Firing Hilary now is a bad move.

Lily arrives in a suite with candles, scattered rose petals and champagne. Cane asks for her personal attention. They make love.

Later Cane and Lily hear what Neil said about Hilary. Jack says he’ll take firing Hilary off the table for now and leaves. Lily asks if why Neil doesn’t want Hilary fired. Neil says Hilary is sick. Lily laughs. He says he doesn’t think Neville knows how to fix her. He asks Lily and Cane to go and see Hilary for Devon’s sake. Neil says Devon needs their support.

Ash bumps into Ben and tells him she spoke to Abby. Abby said he has been distant with her. He says he doesn’t have time for this but Ash wants to know what’s going on with him. She says Abby believes he is blaming her for what happened to Max. He says he isn’t blaming her. He says he feels guilty because he agreed to the surgery. Ash says he has to give the experts time to work with Max. Ash says he is shutting Abby out of his life and tells him to talk to her. He needs to tell Abby that they will work on this together.

Devon is with Hilary when Neville arrives. Devon wants to know what Neville is going to do about Hilary. Neville says he has to adjust the medication. Hilary advises he will not touch her and yells at him to get out. Ash arrives and asks Neville to leave with her. Hilary tells Devon to leave as well. He says she’s his wife and he loves her. She needs him and he will not let her go through this alone.

Ash wants Neville to tell her what’s happening to Hilary before this spins out of control. Neville says it’s some kind of delayed reaction and he has to adjust the protocol. He wants Hilary to get well. Ash knows Neville called the FDA. She says he rushed the study to get approval for his protocol. She put her reputation on the line for him and they are no further ahead.

Dylan and Sharon arrive at the Tower for a drink because Sharon wanted time alone with him. They see Abby and she advises them that they are trying to stay hopeful about Max. Abby tells Dylan Ben is shutting her out and won’t talk to her. Dylan assures her Ben is not blaming her. He says she needs to be with Ben whether he wants her there or not. She has to be honest with him. He says he and Sharon have no secrets and their marriage is solid.

Ben arrives and invites Sharon and Dylan for a drink. Dylan takes Ben aside and tells Ben to have a heart to heart with Abby. Ben says that’s not easy. In the meantime Abby tells Sharon that Ben said the only thing that keeps him going is work. Sharon tells Abby some things are better unmentioned.

The four of them are having a great time until Sharon, without thinking, mentions Sully and how boys can be. That killed the mood. She apologizes. Abby says Sharon shouldn’t have to avoid the subject. Dylan suggests they leave.

Abby tells Ben she really enjoyed tonight. Ben agrees with her.

Jack comes into Hilary’s room and apologizes for not believing her. She accuses Neville of trying to kill her because she blackmailed him. Devon says Hilary is there because of Neville’s mistakes. He doesn’t want Neville near Hilary and he has a new doctor for her.

Later Devon tells Hilary he will stop bugging her and leave. She takes his hand and says he’s not bugging her. He says they will get through this together.

Ash finds Neville at the AC bar. He knows she is justified in feeling the way she does and says he never meant to be reckless. Ash says Hilary believes Neville tried to kill her. He says he betrayed Hilary’s trust and he wants to resign. She says he can’t walk away from Hilary. He has to convince Hilary to change her mind because he is the only one who can save her.

Lily tells Cane that she hopes that Devon is not falling in love with Hilary again. She hopes Hilary gets well but she can’t go the see her. Cane reminds her that it was seven years ago that she was diagnosed with cancer and he was terrified of losing her. That’s how Devon feels about Hilary.

At home, Sharon says she can’t believe she put her foot in her mouth. Dylan says he hopes Ben and Abby will talk things out. Sharon turns on the music and they dance and make love.

Day Ahead
- Chloe tells Delia’s picture that this is a big day for them, a very big day
- Dylan tells Victor that if he had any desire to save his son, now is the time
- Michael advises Kevin and Natalie that Adam is taking the plea

Why does Victor always get away with preying on emotionally disturbed women (Patty, Kelly, Chloe, Sharon and Mariah to a certain extent)? I despise this character now.

I don't notice any difference in the post JFP shows (still boring as hell) but it's only been a few days...

Adam and Chelsea are in bed. Chelsea says they deserve their happy ending. Adam says the plea is their best hope. She can’t believe Victor would do this to him. Adam spends some time with Connor and asks him to take care of Chelsea. Michael arrives. Adam asks Chelsea to take Connor upstairs so he doesn’t see Adam leave.

Nikki tells Victor she wishes he didn’t have to go back to prison. He says his appeal will be heard in a few days and then he will be released. Nikki says she will fight for him because she believes in him. She tells him not to give up hope. He says he will do everything he can to get out of that hell hole. He hopes the rest of the family is as eager to help him with his appeal as Nikki is.

Dylan is dressed for court. He says gets to come home to his family but Adam may not be going home. Sharon knows Adam didn’t kill Constance. Mariah comes downstairs and Dylan leaves. Sharon tells Mariah that she has herself under control and not to worry about her. Sharon wants Mariah to live her own life. Mariah asks if Sharon is asking her to leave. Sharon says no but Mariah doesn’t have to take care of her. Sharon tells Mariah she has been her rock. She wants to make sure they have the great family that Dylan deserves, but she is afraid that Dylan may sense something. Mariah Kevin still has her room available and she is leaving.

In court, Chris tells Paul she was surprised Adam chose to plea. Paul says everything points to Adam but he isn’t so sure that Victor wasn’t behind the frame up.

Adam arrives in court. Chris tells Mike he made the right decision. Mike says Adam is innocent. Michael explains to Adam what the “plea” means. Adam says even if he is not guilty he has to plead guilty.

Chelsea begs Dylan to stop Adam from going to jail. She tells Dylan that in return for Adam agreeing to work for Victor he would produce the missing pages. Victor has reneged. She asks him to find the pages.

Kevin and Natalie show Michael the video and ask if he can get a continuance. Michael says Adam is taking a plea. Kevin says he will keep working to find this woman. Michael leaves.

Kevin gets a call from Mariah asking if she can have her room back. Natalie is not pleased saying Mariah will be on the other side of the wall and hear them. Kevin gets a text. Adam got thirty years.

Chloe looks at a picture of DD and tells her it’s a big day for them today. Chloe holds the diary pages and flips open a lighter. She decides not to burn them and hides them in a bible.

Dylan tells Victor he knows Victor told Adam if he agreed to work for him the pages would appear. He accuses Victor of reneging. Victor says it’s all nonsense. Dylan says Adam is in court and will wind up in prison, so if Victor has any desire to save his son, now is the time. Victor says Chelsea and Adam are desperate to keep Adam out of prison and have come up with this story. Nikki says it’s impossible for Victor to set Adam up from prison. She says Victor loves Adam and wouldn’t let him go through this. Dylan knows Victor is lying and leaves.

Nikki goes to kiss Victor but he groans in pain. Nikki gets a text and says Adam took the deal and is on his way to prison. Victor says he couldn’t save Adam and he doesn’t know where those pages are.

Chelsea gets a text from Dylan then tells Michael that Victor knows nothing about the missing pages.

The judge arrives and asks Adam to rise. He asks if Adam understand that it’s in his best interest to enter a guilty plea. Adam says yes and pleads guilty but adds he did not kill Constance. Adam is sentenced to thirty years in prison. The reporters are waiting and ask Adam if he is guilty. Chloe (in a wig) stands at the back and watches. Chelsea says Adam is no a killer and she’s going to prove it. Chloe smiles in satisfaction.

Dylan asks Kevin to find the pages. He wants Kevin to access the video footage at the bus station to see who dropped off the envelope. Natalie says hopes to see the woman wearing the wig. Dylan asks what woman. Natalie explains about the prison footage of a woman visiting Victor. Dylan says that’s illegal, and Kevin fires back, so is framing someone for murder. Which criminal does Dylan prefer to punish. Mariah arrives and thanks Kevin for taking her back. Natalie and Kevin leave.

Chelsea arrives at Memorial and gets a scalpel from a cart. Nikki sees Chelsea and says Victor had nothing to do with Adam’s sentencing. Chelsea is there to apologize to Victor. She says Victor would never take Connor’s daddy away. Nikki leaves and Chelsea goes to see Victor.

Chelsea calls him a lying bastard and to tell her where those page are, while holding a scalpel in front of his face.

Dylan comes home and tells Sharon Adam got thirty years. He says Adam doesn’t belong there.

Day Ahead
- Summer tells Vicky that Nick told her to keep an eye on Luca and he was right
- Paul comes to see Victor and Chelsea hides the scalpel

so how long will this go on before Adam is released????? These stories are all repeated....what do they do just sit around and chat about their family's instead of trying to think up new story lines....Sharon and the different baby AGAIN.... Chloe back with the same exact words from her last script on Adam AGAIN.....Jack in a crappy marriage being cheated on AGAIN.....Victoria running Newman with Victor in the back ground running the company AGAIN...Victor in prison for something that would put us all away for good getting out AGAIN.....need I go on.....Adam going to prison only to soon be let out AGAIN....Nikki divorcing Victor only to forgive his heinous crimes and treatment of her only to go back to him AGAIN...need I go on because I can...the writers really need to start writing instead of recycling....I FF through most of the show these days because I already know what will happen....

I'm hoping Daniel is coming back for good and he hooks up with Mariah. Cassie had a crush on him before she died. Daniel often blamed himself for her death. It would be interesting to see how he reacts to her. And how Kevin will react to them getting close.

WEDNESDAY US SPOILER!!!

Luca told Vicky she needed to rehire Summer. He knew Summer was fired because of him. He admitted he used Summer but didn’t expect to feel the way he did about her. He wanted Vicky to take Summer back and said he would stay away.

Summer met Nick at CL and told him their plan went as planned. Luca wanted her to take over Vicky’s job, with him at her side. She said Luca was a user and she was done being used. She was done with him. She brought Luca into their lives and she had to take responsibility to boot him out.

Abby and Stitch had dinner at the AC. They made plans to spend time together. Ben wanted to go home.

At home after the loving, Ben said they couldn’t lose their connection. Abby brought suggested the possibility of having another baby in the hope that would be a healing process. Ben was caught off-guard. Ben wanted to talk about that later but he had an appointment at the hospital. He kissed Abby and left.

Phyllis arrived at the office and told Ash she moved out and things had gone downhill when Victor put Marco in her bed. Phyllis claimed a headache and left.

Billy was asleep on the couch dreaming of Phyllis when Jack arrived. Jack admitted he had been living in denial about Phyllis. Phyllis took a room at AC and he didn’t know why. Jack knew Phyllis needed space. He said he should have supported her against Victor. Billy told him to give Phyllis her space. Jack hoped Phyllis wasn’t planning to divorce him. Jack said Billy was a good brother and left.

Jack arrived and Ash said she was so sorry and that Phyllis was vague. She asked him what happened. He said he and agreed that he needed to give Phyllis her space. Ash said Billy gave him the worst advice. Ash said Jack needed to be proactive since his marriage was in crises. Phyllis had to know exactly how Jack felt and that he was fighting for her.

When Phyllis arrived in her suite, Billy followed her in. He wasn’t happy she didn’t tell him she moved out. He said he found out from Jack. Phyllis needed time away. He said she needed to make a choice between him and Jack. She accused him of walking out on her without regard to her feelings. He kissed her. Jack arrived and swore he would give her the space she needed but he wanted her to know she was in his thoughts. He asked if she was thinking about divorce. She said no, this was for time to figure out what’s next. She wanted to shut everybody out. He said he wasn’t going because he wanted to, but because he loved her enough to give her what she needed and left. Billy came out and said it sounded like some of that was for him. Phyllis said all of it was.

Nick told Vicky he wanted to get back for Victor’s appeal and he hoped they were doing the right thing. Vicky said Luca came by and was wearing his heart on his sleeve. Vicky asked if he thought Summer would break up with Luca. Summer’s feelings about Luca couldn’t be turned off. Vicky said she broke things off with Travis even though he wanted them to sail away.

Summer met Luca on the rooftop. Luca confessed that he had been using and lying to her to get hired for the top job at NE but he realized he had real feelings for her. She asked when this epiphany happened. He said yesterday after she was fired. He realized how deeply he hurt her. He spoke to Vicky and asked her to give Summer her job back. He couldn’t lose the best thing that ever happened to him and didn’t want to lose her. She said she had her suspicions and confessed she staged everything to catch him and it worked. He admitted he wanted her to take the top job as an in for him. Luca realized she played him and was surprised. He said he would stay away from NE as long as she had her job and if offered a job at NE he wouldn’t take it. He asked if they still had a chance. She wanted to expose him and dump him and didn’t expect that declaration from him. He said he was being honest and told her to take time to sort it out. He hoped she could forgive him even if they didn’t get back together.
Summer told Phyllis Luca used her but he admitted to everything and asked her forgiveness. She had not forgiven him yet but she was on the fence. Phyllis said took a room at the AC indefinitely.

Abby told Ash that she and Ben had connected until she talked about having a baby. She thought Ben would be opened to the idea but they grew further apart. Ash said that was not the time to talk about a baby. Abby said Ben had to go to work so they hadn’t pursued it.

Billy came home angry. Vicky marched in behind him, very angry. She accused him of selling B & S. He denied it.

Jack looked at the expense report and he asked for the expense for Phyllis trip. He was told the plane never left the tarmac.

Day Ahead
- Jack asks Phyllis why the pilot told him she never stepped on the plane
- Luca tells Summer she is a Newman, it’s her birthright and he has come to say goodbye

We love one another---standing up to Nick. "I'll take my chances", referring to the court case with Victor. Nick warns him that when Victor is out of jail, he knows that they have been "shacked up"
and will lose respect for Summer. Nick: "My Dad does not trust you, he will lose trust in Summer." Luca looks worried, but about WHAT?

Mansion-- Billy and Victoria in shouting match about the loss of B&S...Billy says he knows this was a hostile takeover, and he knows WHO did it!
Victoria: You dropped the ball! Mansion is still upside down and backwards, due to decorations and painting.

Jabot office--Jack puzzled after phone call about Phyllis not getting on plane to Montreal. Ashley arrives..."Jack." I think Phyllis has been lying to me"
Ash jokes "What- a torrid affair?...I'm kidding!" .....Jack.."I'm not!" Phyllis comes in on them talking about her and Ashley leaves.
Jack confonts her about the plane, and Phyllis looks him right in the eye and says she flew commercial due to current overspending!
Phyllis sputters something about Jack having a problem with trust issues!
Jack asks forgiveness, and quickly leaves.

Phyllis/Summer/Rooftop pool---Phyllis tells Summer she is more grounded than she is at 21. Also tells Summer, who is confused about leaving Jack, that
it was something that SHE did, not Jack. Summer tells Mom she can't lose the best thing that ever happened to her. (someone should remind Summer that Luca was
also obsessed with Marisa!) Phyllis tells Summer "Jack and I want different things."

Luca/Summer Roof Pool-Luca making grand gesture about leaving town to save Summer's reputation--(just when you think Summer has developed some SMARTZ)
She's back to the clinging love sick routine---"don't go Luca--I can handle my Granpa! " Luca storms out to pack for Madrid, and Nick stops Summer from going after him.

GCAC foyer---Cane and Lilly romantic-he has a surprise for her---has to go do a job. Will be back. Lilly hopes Billy appreciates what he's doing for the place.

Mansion---Cane arrives, and before he can say a word Billy calls him a "Momma's boy" and "you've been busy, stealing my company out from under me " and gives him a sucker punch.
Cane is the stonger of the two, and says "You're out and I'm in...I did it fair and square, while you were preoccupied" and he knocks Billy over a footstool.
Victoria fluttering over Billy.

Cane leaves. Victoria blasts Billy---"It's YOUR fault for losing B&S. She storms out.

Jack comes to the mansion and offers Billy a job, he can work alongside Phyllis. Billy declines, says he has learned his lesson, he lost focus, now he has to get his company back.
Billy is in "lawyer up mode" on phone when Jack comes over. 'Get my company back". You don't know what you've got until it's gone!

Nick and Summer, talking Luca again. Summer snippy and arrogant with her father. The little tart stalks off saying "Luca loves me--you have made that clear to me!"
Summer gets to Luca's room, barges in, and is all over him like a dirty shirt again. Luca looks, shall I say "pensive?"

Nick and Victoria at the Newman sanctum, Victoria talking "Billy Blues"...Nick talking Summer/Luca Blues"
Nick saying that when Victor comes to court he'll be ready for a fight. So we should be TOO.

Hospital---Hillary, Devon, Dr. Neville---Devon and Hillary are insufferable and dismissive with Simon, Hillary spiteful
with the only man who can save her.
Simon leaves before the doctor in ER throws him out because he does not have hospital privledges.
Ashley finds out from Simon that he reported himself to the board to take the "crime" off of her reputation. They hug in the hall.
Hillary tells Devon to "take her home, and stop being so apologetic".

Phyllis is back at the office and has flashbacks about engagement to Jack. She is on her knees crying. (I cannot believe they allowed that sheer black bodice
with the boobage showing!)

As Victor got ready for court Adam stopped by and felt he’d be out in no time. Adam refused to testify for Victor. Victor told him to watch his tone because once he was released he would get Adam out. Adam felt once Victor was out he would exact revenge on his family.

At the AC Nikki, Vicky and Nick were having coffee when Phyllis arrived and said they were making sure justice was done. Nikki reminded Phyllis that Victor saved her from Ian. Phyllis said that didn’t give him a pass. She reminded them what Victor did. Phyllis asked if Nick felt 6 months into Victor’s sentence was enough. Did Nick even care what Victor did to her. Jack was listening. Nick said he hates everything Victor did but he said Summer thought Victor deserved another chance. He said that Victor had already been shot and stabbed. She reminded Nick that she could have been killed after Victor put Marco in her bed. Nick wished he could make her understand and they leave.

Phyllis thanked Jack for not taking their side. He assured her that no matter what he would always back her. She asked, even if she went to the courthouse to crucify Victor. Jack tried to talk her out of going to court. Phyllis accuses Jack of turning the other cheek. She knows Victor was going to walk and pick up where he left off. Jack told her his life without her was hell. He confirmed he was always on her side whether they agreed or not. Jack begged her not to go to court.

Abby asked Ben if he meant he never wanted to have a baby with her. Ben didn’t want to talk about it. She reminded him how happy they were when they found out she was pregnant. Now they only had reminders. Ben refused to talk about it and left.

Dylan and Sharon met Chelsea at CL and Sharon offered to take over at Chelsea 2.0 for as long as Chelsea needed. Chelsea asked if Dylan was still searching for evidence to prove Adam was set up. Dylan told her he was. Chelsea asked why he was there drinking coffee instead of investigating. Sharon defended him saying he has worked very hard on Adam’s case and not seeing his family. Chelsea said Dylan had a family to go home to, but Adam was in jail. Chelsea she said Victor better watch his back and left.

Abby and Ben arrived and Sharon asked Abby to help her with something for Chelsea and they went onto the patio. Abby told Sharon that she wanted a baby with Ben but he made her feel like this was not a possibility any time soon. Sharon knew how she felt but having another baby helped her immensely and how a baby changed so many things.

Ben told Dylan things between him and Abby were not good. Ben told Dylan this was not the time to have a baby because it was a glaring reminder of what their life was supposed to be. Dylan asked if Ben told Abby that. He didn’t know how to tell her. Dylan said he was heartbroken when he lost Connor but Sully pulled him out of that darkness and now he loves Sharon even more. Sharon heard him. Abby returned and asked if Ben wanted to go to court with her. He declined. Abby leaves.

When the family arrived at the courthouse they saw Chelsea who said she will testify against Victor and tell the judge every heinous thing Victor has done. Nikki said she was family and they would support her. She asked where they were when Adam needed their support. Victor arrives and told Chelsea that once he goes free he will get Adam freed. Chelsea threatens Victor that he better come through for her or he will wish he was still behind bars.

Victor’s lawyer told the judge all the evidence against Victor was circumstantial. Vicky testifies when they took the stand originally, they were desperate to teach Victor a lesson. She knew Victor’s intentions were to protect his family and they loved him.

Abby said Victor felt guilt and remorse but mostly he felt love and was defending his family.

Nick said his relationship with Victor changed when he saw the man he loved and respected on the floor after being shot and asked to let them settle this battle once and for all.

Nikki admitted she had been drinking when she testified. She knew he was defending his family said Victor didn’t run after saving her and Phyllis from Ian. Victor had a great respect for the law and he had been punished enough.

Phyllis arrives and says she has something to share.

Chelsea came to see Adam but they were not allowed to touch. Adam asked about Victor’s appeal. Chelsea told Adam how she threatened Victor demanding he produce the journal pages. Chelsea said if Victor went free she will hound him until he gets Adam out.

At home Ben packed up the baby stuff. Flashback: telling Abby he saw the lab results and they were pregnant.

Day Ahead
- Chelsea asks Adam how long he can survive this hell without his son
- Jill says she will not be running B & S with Cane but Billy will
- The judge says that Phyllis emotional outburst was compelling enough to keep Victor behind bars
