Nick, Sharon
Nick tells Sharon he and Faith are moving back to the tack house because she has been keeping things from him. Nick says, It’s all a lie, our family and happiness, I’m done and throws a bottle. Sharon wakes up! Nick reassures her they will be fine. Sharon tells him that once he hears her secret he will be hurt. She tells him all the reasons she loves him specially the way he treats other people including Mariah. Later Sharon is in front of the Diagnostic Clinic and has a flashback of the another time and how she went in there. Sharon goes to see Dr. Mead and is frustrated because she cannot get hypnotized. Sharon says she has everything she has ever wanted but is still scared. As Sharon is leaving Dr. Mead’s office she bumps into Nikki who thanks Sharon for taking care of Summer. She tells Sharon she knows why Sharon did all the horrible things and that it was because of her illness. Nikki leaves for her appointment.

Victor, Nikki
Victor calls someone and tells them Dr. Cutler is arriving at the airport and to have a car there to pick him up. Nikki comes down and Victor tells her she needs a vacation. She tells him she is fine and she is seeing the doctor today. Victor questions how Jack and Nick could allow Summer to marry that SOB. Nikki reminds him Summer does not need anyone’s permission. Dr. Cutler arrives at the ranch. Victor assures him that the donation he gave to the clinic comes with no strings attached. Dr. Cutler says Phyllis is an excellent candidate for his drug trial. Dr. Cutler says he needs family approval. Victor tells him he does not want the family to know. Victor tells him he will pay for everything but Dr. Cutler says he needs the family’s consent then he will proceed.

Abby, Tracie, Tyler, Leslie
At the AC Tyler comes down the stairs with Destiny as Abby comes in. Destiny leaves and Abby tells Tyler she is surprised at his lack of taste but shouldn’t be since he was engaged to Mariah. He tells her he had been on the roof finishing up a photo shoot. He comments on her insecurity and leaves only to bump into Leslie in the dining room. Abby goes to the rooftop and tells Tracie she ran into Tyler and he was with a woman. Tracie asks if she made a scene. Tracie points out that Abby still loves Tyler. In the dining room Tyler tells Leslie he does not understand how things went wrong. Leslie tells him Mariah was what went wrong. Later she gets a text saying Austin’s trial date has been set. On the rooftop, Tracie tells Abby that her marriage fell apart after Colleen died and perhaps she should have ended it sooner, but was afraid to be alone. Abby tells her she thought Tyler was the one. Tracie tells Abby only she can find out what she needs in order to move forward.

Mariah, Austin, Nick, Sharon
Austin comes into the UG and tells Mariah he is looking for a job. Summer calls Austin and tells him she has the apartment fixed up for them. He says he will be there soon. The next question on his application is “Have you ever been arrested” and he drops the pen. Mariah asks if he changed his mind. He tells her he is about to be arrested. She tells him she has been arrested. Nick comes in and asks what Austin is doing there. Nick tells Mariah he is Summer’s husband and Mariah asks if he is the guy to shot Paul. Austin says he came to apply for a job and says he is leaving. Nick asks him if he still wants an interview. Nick is impressed with his credentials. Austin tells him he will do anything to support Summer and he will not live off her money. Nick hires him. Austin wants to leave to tell Summer and Nick tells Austin to get back asap so Mariah can train him.

Nikki, Summer
Nikki comes to visit Summer and says she and Victor both heard. Summer defends Austin’s actions. Summer tells her Jack got them the apartment and had decorators in. They discuss Phyllis. Nikki asks Summer about the wedding and Summer says she could not have pulled it off without Sharon’s help. In a shocked voice Nikki says Sharon? Austin comes in and announces he got a job and sees Nikki who says he is Summer’s grandmother. Austin tells Nikki what he did was stupid and reckless and says he was screwed up after his mother died. Nikki warns him not to hurt Summer and leaves. Austin tells Summer he is going to be working at the UG. He tells her Mariah was cool. Summer tells him to stay away from Mariah. At the UG Nick tells Mariah he respects what Austin is trying to do. Sharon comes in agitated because she one of those memories. Nick asks her what she remembered.

Day Ahead Spoiler
Mariah tells Summer that she can relax because she is not going to move in on her man as she has her eye on someone else.
Sharon tells Nick she should go to Georgia and visit Phyllis.
Neil asks Devon and Hillary where they were and why they were out there.

Lily, Cane, Abby, Devon
Lily tells Cane Neil has not heard from Hillary since last night. Cane says there are a number of reasons she was not home. Abby comes to the rooftop and tells Lily she saw Tyler with a woman and called her a hooker. Lily tells Abby to go and talk to some guy. Abby comes back and says he was not her type. Lily tells her Devon is available. Cane comes downstairs and Devon tells Cane what happened last night. Cane warns Devon if he does not stay away from Hillary he is going to create problems for everyone. Lily comes down and tells Devon she has the perfect girl for him and he says he is not interested. Devon takes a drink to Abby who is sitting alone at a table and asks her out on a date. They joke about how
their first date would go.

Neil, Devon, Hillary
Neil asks Devon and Hillary where they were. He tells them his trip was cancelled at the last minute and he has been worried. Hillary and Devon explain what happened. Neil thanks Devon for taking care of his wife. Neil asks her what they did to pass the time while waiting for the tow truck. Hillary has a flashback to the night before. She tells him they talked and told stories. Hillary is kissing Neil but sees Devon’s face, breaks away and says she is sorry but she can’t do this and walks away. Hillary comes out of the shower and leaves for work. Neil gets a call from the real estate agent who says he got the house.

Summer, Austin, Victor
Victor comes to visit Summer and when he sees Austin he says to Austin, you must be the young man who shot Paul Williams. Austin tells him he realizes what he has done and is ready for the consequences. Victor says he respects that. Austin leaves for work and Summer tells Victor Austin is working at the UG and Victor is surprised. Victor gives Summer a string of pearls as a wedding gift. Summer tells Victor that she just returned from seeing Phyllis and there is no change. She tells Victor that Daniel has the Power of Attorney. Victor thanks her and leaves.

Nick, Sharon
Sharon has a flashback of going into the diagnostic clinic. Nick tells her it will come to her. Sharon says they need to do this another way and Mariah can help. She asks Mariah when Mariah first came to her as a vision. Nick asks Mariah to see to the customers. He tells Sharon he does not trust Mariah helping her and feels she may still be conning them. Mariah starts to train Austin and notices Austin’s cool attitude. She realizes Summer told him about her and she tells him he is no better than she is and walks away. At the table Nick points out the reasons he doesn’t trust Mariah. Sharon tells Nick she should go to Georgia and visit Phyllis. Sharon gets a call from Jack but before answering she tells Nick Mariah is not a threat. Nick tells Mariah he is worried that she may sabotage Sharon’s recovery. Mariah says she will not hurt Sharon and wants to know what Nick thinks Sharon will remember. Nick says it’s not what she is going to remember but that it’s something horrible. He asks her not to talk to Sharon about these memories. Sharon tells Nick she has to go to Chicago and Mariah just smiles. Sharon and Nick go home. Nick says he is happy that Summer has forgiven him for what he did with the DNA test and Sharon gets a funny look on her face. Nick and Sharon make love before she has to leave for Chicago.

Mariah, Summer, Austin
Summer comes to UG and has a chat with Sharon. She says she just wishes her mom had not fallen down the stairs. Sharon says they all wish it had not happened and leaves. Summer goes and kisses Austin. Mariah taunts Summer telling her she is underage for a drink. Summer tells her this is her father’s place. Mariah says she thought Summer was Jack’s daughter. Mariah tells Summer that she can relax because she is not going to move in on her man as she has her eye on someone else. Summer kisses Austin and leaves. Again Mariah smiles. Austin apologizes for his attitude earlier.

Victor Abby
Victor is arranging for Daniel to have a showing somewhere in a fairly remote area when Abby arrives. She asks if he is trying to get rid of Tyler for her. She says she is going to be more mature and will ignore Tyler. Victor promises not to get involved.

Phyllis, Nurse
The nurse is talking to Phyllis and says she wishes she would wake up because so many people want her back. When the nurse leaves Phyllis’ fingers move.

Day Ahead Spoiler
Victoria tells Avery she decided not to take the paternity test and wants to know if she can be compelled to take one.
Dylan asks Ben why he never told him the truth.
Kevin is holding some papers and tells Chelsea if any of this information came out Ben’s future would be toast.

Jack, Billy, Kelly
Billy talks to Jack about keeping the information about Ben from him but he understands. Billy gets a call from Chelsea but does not answer. Later at the AC Jack and Kelly are having lunch and discuss their relationship. She tells him she comes with a lot of baggage. Jack assures her he will not go running at the first sign of trouble. She asks him to take her home. They make love. He asks her about Ben killing her father. She tells him she was in school when it happened. She could not face Ben so she shut him out. He asks about her mom. She says her mother was on Ben’s side ever since it happened but she has moved on. Kelly comes downstairs and sees Jack is troubled. He says he feels guilty.

Ben, Kelly. Jack
Kelly bumps into Ben at the AC and apologizes for how things came out. He says Billy was determined to dig into his past. Kelly says it’s all out and things should be easier. Ben says don’t count on it. He tells says he lost Jenna and Max and now Vicky over this. Jack comes in and says he does not know what to call Ben. Ben says his name is Ben, people call him Stitch but Jack can call him anything he wants and walks out.

Dylan, Avery, Vicky
At Avery’s Dylan is still angry that Ben wasn’t up front with him. Avery tries to defend Ben’s actions. Vicky comes to see Avery and Dylan tells Vicky he cannot reconcile what Ben did but believes he is a good guy. Vicky says no, he is a good liar. Dylan leaves and Vicky tells Avery she does not want either man in her life. She tells her she decided not to take the paternity test and wants to know if she can be compelled to take one. Avery says yes. Vicky tells her she wants as much control over her pregnancy as she can. No stress. Avery agrees to help her and says no paternity test until the baby is born. Later at CL Dylan wants to know why Ben lied. Avery says whatever Ben is hiding it has nothing to do with Dylan.

Kevin, Harding, Dr. Bart
Dr. Shelby comes into the police station with Harding and advises that his badge had been stolen and someone accessed the hospital records. Kevin tries not to look guilty. Dr. Shelby wants to make sure no one else can break into the hospital system again. Kevin is packs up and leaves. After visiting Chelsea Kevin come back and Harding chews him out. Harding asks him to check and see who broke into the hospital computer. Michael comes in and asks to speak to Kevin. Harding searches Kevin’s desk and finds Dr. Shelby’s security card. Harding arrests Kevin and shows him Dr. Shelby’s security card.

Billy, Jill, Vicky, Ben
Billy goes to see Jill and tells her he exposed Ben to protect his family and does not care what anyone thinks he knows what he and Vicky share. As hurt and angry as Vicky is, the love is still there. Billy tells her Vicky will not take the paternity test. Jill guesses Billy thinks Vicky will eventually take him back. Billy says if the baby is his, he has a shot. Later Billy goes to Vicky’s and says he is there to see Johnny. Billy tells her he knows she did not take the paternity test. He says he was at the hospital and overheard her. Vicky tells Billy he got what he wanted – he got the information on Ben. Later, Ben comes to see Vicky and tells her he does not care what anyone thinks of him but cares what she thinks. Vicky asks him how she can believe what he says and asks if she is missing something. He says she is.

Dylan, Ben, Avery
Ben comes to CL and tells Dylan what happened with his father is true but it’s not who he is. Dylan says he has been lied to over and over. He says Ben was his best friend. and asks why he never told him the truth. Dylan says clearly he is not a good judge of character. Ben says yes he is. Ben tells him to trust his instincts. He tells Dylan he had just started putting his life together and now he will lose it. Avery comes in and Ben leaves.

Kevin, Chelsea
Kevin comes to see Chelsea. Kevin says Ben killed his dad and stole someone’s identity but there is so much more. Kevin says if this information came out Ben’s future would be toast. Kevin gives her the documents which proved he committed fraud on his hospital records. Later Billy comes to see Chelsea and tells her Ben has been exposed. She says she has something else to tell him. She tells him she didn’t tell him about Ben because she did not want him going back to Vicky.

Day Ahead Spoiler
One of Collin’s mobsters drops Jill’s necklace into his glass and tells him it’s a fake.
Kevin tells Harding he cannot lock him up. Harding says the judge can’t hear him from his holding cell.
Jack tells Kelly he doesn’t have a choice. He thinks he has to leave her.

Nick, Faith, Vicky
Faith comes down dressed in a veil and flowers. Faith says something about Nick and Sharon getting married and Nick explains they can be together without being married. Faith thinks he is scared of getting married. He explains that he and Sharon are very happy they way things are. Vicky comes for a visit. Vicky tells him she did not take the paternity test. Nick says the baby needs a father but she deserves this baby. She does not need the stress from Billy and Ben. Nick tells her he wants her to be happy and she is to do whatever

Billy, Chelsea
Chelsea tells Billy that she did not want to tell him about Ben because she did not want Billy to go back to Vicky. He tells her he misses Vicky but likes being with her. She tells him this has to end because Billy thinks he still has a chance with Vicky. She gives Billy the folder Kevin gave him on Ben. Billy reads the file on Ben and says Ben has committed fraud. Chelsea tells Billy to take the file and show Vicky. Billy asks her about Adam. She tells him she loved everything about Adam but the Delia situation sucks. Billy doesn’t feel he needs to use the information about ben to Vicky but Chelsea tells him he needs to show Vicky the file. He kisses her on the cheek and leaves.

Jill, Collin, Mobster
Jill and Collin are at the AC having lunch. Collin gives Jill the tickets to the West Indies as their honeymoon trip. Jill leaves the table and the mobster comes and drops the necklace into his glass and tells Collin it’s a fake and he has 24 hours to come up with the money or he goes after Jill. Collin hides the necklace. Jill tells him she proved her love for him by getting

Kevin, Harding
Harding tells Michael Kevin stole Dr. Shelby’s card and broke into the hospital records and is being arrested for it. Ben gets a call from Dr. Shelby and is told to meet him at the AC. Michael tells Harding he needs a moment with his client. Kevin tells Michael he was doing someone a favour. Michael asks him to tell him who he was helping. Kevin tells Michael about Ben. Michael tells him this is his drug since he lost Chloe. Kevin thinks Ben should get what is coming to him for murder and fraud. Kevin insists Ben has to pay for what he has done and that he did this for Chelsea who is his last tie to Chloe. Harding comes in to arrest Kevin. Kevin tells Harding he cannot lock him up. Harding says the judge can’t hear him from his holding cell. Michel tells Kevin he will have him out in no time.

Vicky, Ben, Dr. Shelby, Billy
Ben asks Vicky to trust him. She wants to know how she is supposed to trust him now. Ben tries to explain what happened with his father. Vicky tells him he can’t have it both ways – tell her he loves her and not tell her what else there was to his situation. Ben gets a call and leaves to meet with Dr. Shelby at the AC. Dr. Shelby congratulates Ben. He tells Ben he has the Chief Resident position. They sit down to have a drink and Ben is about to tell Dr. Shelby about himself when Billy comes in with the file and asks Dr. Shelby and Ben if he could join them.

Jack, Kelly
Kelly says that Jack feels guilty because deep down he feels this is wrong and she is not the one he is supposed to be with. Jack tells her he is still attached to Phyllis. Kelly tells him she never thought she could have a second chance at love.
Jack tells Kelly he doesn’t have a choice. Kelly asks why they are together because Jack says he is not ready. She is confused. Jack explains how he has been feeling since Phyllis went into a coma. Jack tells her he wants to know what will happen if the phone rings and Phyllis is awake. He tells her it’s time to let go of the past. Kelly tells him he has proven his love in so many ways and wants to know what it’s going to take for him to move ahead. He tells her he has to leave her and go to Georgia and tell Phyllis about Kelly. He says she is not some secret he has to keep and needs to tell Phyllis. This is how he is going to move on.

Phyllis, Dr. Burnett
Dr. Burnett puts headphones on Phyllis saying her fiancé seems to think music will help her. Dr. Burnett dictates there has been no change in Phyllis’ brain activity and a perfect candidate for Dr. Cutler’s new drug.

Day Ahead Spoiler
Mariah asks Vicky if she would like to see her Cassie impression. Vicky tells her not to insult her niece by comparing herself to Cassie.
Ian tells Dylan the judge’s ruling is in.
At the AC Victor and Nikki come in and Billy says he is sue Victor would like to know the truth about the guy he has been pushing on his daughter.

Nick, Vicky, Mariah
Vicky is about to leave when Mariah comes in. Vicky stares. Mariah asks Vicky if she would like to see her Cassie impression. Vicky tells her not to insult her niece by comparing herself to Cassie. Vicky is tearing a strip out of Mariah when Nick tells her that they are giving Mariah a chance. Nick and Vicky get a text the verdict is in. Mariah offers to take Faith swimming and Vicky questions whether Faith should be left with her. Later Nick comes home and ells Mariah Ian lost and his case was thrown out. She congratulates him, throws her arms around him and says Ian will bounce back.

Ian, Dylan
Ian comes to CL and apologizes for everything that came out in the court from Nikki’s journal and how Nikki neglected and abandoned him. Ian tells him the judge’s ruling is in and he will split his winnings with Dylan. Dylan says he wants nothing to do with him.

Nikki, Michael
Nikki is at the AC and on the phone with Michael and is concerned the judge will rule against her. She looks at a bottle of booze and says she doesn’t know how much more she can take.

Kevin, Michael, Harding Gloria
Kevin is upset that Michael is going to court for Nikki. Michael reassures him. Harding is about to put Kevin into a cell when Gloria arrives. Gloria says she is going to step up and save the day. Gloria finds Harding and tells him Chavez left town because he was smitten with her. She asks Harding if he thought that perhaps the reason the card was in Kevin’s desk was because Kevin discovered who took it to begin with. Harding gets a call and goes into Paul’s office. Michael arrives and points out how Gloria bought them time. Harding comes out and tells Kevin he is free to go as the ADA is not pressing charges.

Ben, Dr. Shelby, Billy, Nikki, Victor
Victor comes to take Nikki to court when they hear Billy’s voice. They go to Ben’s table and Billy is sure Victor would like to know the truth about the guy he has been pushing on his Vicky. Ben takes the file out of Billy’s hand and gives it to Dr. Shelby and says this is what he was going to tell him. Dr. Shelby asks Billy how he got those records. Billy says that is not important but points out how Ben killed his father. Victor defends him. Ben admits to killing his father and serving his time for it. He tells Dr. Shelby he will tender his resignation immediately. Billy looks satisfied. Dr. Shelby is angry and tells him there will be ramifications and walks out. Ben asks Billy if he thinks it’s that black and white and wants to know what it proved. Billy says he does not want a convicted murderer around his son. Ben reminds Billy how he was there the night Delia was brought in and how he fought to save her life. When he found out Delia didn’t make it he cried. He tells Billy that was the kind of doctor he was and leaves Billy at the bar crying. Later Billy bumps into Dylan and asks if he is still defending Ben and Dylan says they should both be on Vicky’s side.

The Trial
At the courthouse Nikki asks where Paul is. Michael explains Chris took him away for some R & R . Vicky and Nick arrive. Ian comes in and smiles at everyone and says he hopes they can handle this like adults. The judge comes in. The judge says he finds it disturbing that a mother has robbed a father of his son. Ian smiles. The judge says he found Ian’s behavior repulsive and brings up his sterility. He dismisses the action with prejudice which means this case cannot be brought before the court again. Ian asks Sherman if there is any way he can salvage any of this. Sherman tells him no. Nikki approaches Ian and tells him he lost. Dylan worries Ian will not move on. Outside the courtroom Victor tells Ian to never to make the mistake of coming after his family again and walks away. Sherman apologizes for losing his case. Ian says all is not lost. The lawsuit failed but he still has one weapon in his arsenal. One they will never see coming.

Vicky, Nikki
Vicky tells Nikki she is not taking the paternity test. Nikki gives Vicky her support and leaves. Ben gets off the elevator carrying a box and sees Vicky. He tells her he cannot practice medicine and is on a leave of absence. Vicky says he is holding something back and asks what else there is. He says he made his choices and leaves. In the meantime Nikki goes back to AA.

Day Ahead Spoiler
Lily says to Hillary she will definitely get her dad involved with a new woman and Hillary throws her drink at Lily and tells her to shut up.
Austin tells Summer the date for his trial has been set.
Mariah on the phone asks her mother why she even had her when she never wanted her. Nick hears and points out that she told Sharon her mother was dead.

Devon, Lily, Hillary
Lily asks Devon why he roof top is closed. Devon says he closed it for his date with Abby and Hillary overhears. Abby comes in and Devon takes her to the rooftop. Hillary is sitting at the bar and Lily approaches and asks Hillary what she is doing there. Hillary tells her she is waiting for Neil and Sharon. Lily tells Hillary she will definitely get her dad involved with a new woman. Hillary pours her drink over Lily and tells her to shut up. Lily calls her a b-word Hillary tells her she has held back long enough and Lily should go and clean up and walks away. Lily goes to the stairs when Mariah comes in and Lily tells her she is stunned at how much she looks like Cassie. Lily is snotty to Mariah and Mariah fires back. Lily tells her about the night Cassie died and cannot understand how Nick and Sharon can have her in their home. Mariah tells her they know she is not Cassie. Later Lily comes downstairs and complains to Cane about Hillary pouring a drink on her. Cane tells her he does not want to hear it. Lily says she cannot make peace with Hillary. Cane is angry and tells her he does not like all this drama and walks away.

Cane, Neil.
Cane and Neil meet in the park and Neil tells Cane he got the house for Hillary. Cane is trying to leave but Neil wants to know why Cain has been so elusive since Neil married Hillary. Cane says he told Neil he was moving too fast and Neil did not listen and doesn’t think Neil will listen now. He just wants Neil to be happy and says maybe his relationship will just work. Neil tells him he understands Hillary and he wants to make her feel safe and secure by giving her the house.

Austin, Summer
Summers comes down the stairs and asks Austin where he has been. Austin tells her he went shopping and had something important to take care of. Austin surprises Summer with a Hawaiian themed honeymoon in their apartment. Summer is suspicious and wants to know what he is hiding. Austin tells her the date for his trial has been set for next week. Summer is upset and suggests they run off to where no one can find them. She wants to leave tonight for Mexico. Austin says the most adult thing he can do is to stay and take responsibility for what he did. He suggests they do all the fun things they can in the time they have left. Summer wants to go somewhere where no one knows them after the trial.

Mariah, Nick, Sharon
Sharon comes home and asks what is going on when she sees Mariah scantily dressed and Nick standing in front of her. Mariah explains. Sharon wants to sit down with Mariah to see if she can help in getting some of Sharon’s memories. Mariah tells her she has told her everything she knows and goes upstairs. Sharon and Nick kiss and Mariah watches from the stairway. Nick is concerned Sharon is getting too close to Mariah. Nick wonders if Ian will use Mariah to turn her against them since he lost his case. He tells Sharon that if she ever wants to walk down the aisle with him he will say I do and leaves for work.

Nick, Mariah
At the UG Mariah is in a revealing dress she just bought and Nick tells her to put on a shirt, which he hands to her. He says she does not need to show off her body to get tips. Later Mariah gets a call and asks if her mother had spoken to Ian and tells her she can’t give her any money because she is paying back a debt. She asks her mother why she even had her when she never wanted her. Nick hears and says she told Sharon her mother was dead. She tells him that everything she said about her mother was true and that her mother is dead to her.

Devon, Abby
Devon and Abby have brunch on the roof top. Devon invites Abby to go to a restaurant in Florida or go to New York and take in some theatre and shopping. He mentions the US Open will be starting and Abby’s face falls. Abby tells him Tyler bought tickets to the US open last year and she has been trying to forget him. She realizes that Devon is interested in someone and Devon tells her he fell very hard for someone but they cannot be together because she is married. He asks her that this remain between them.

Hillary, Sharon
Sharon comes to the AC and sits down with Hillary. Hillary tells Sharon her life is perfect. Sharon tells her she has seen how happy Hillary and Neil are. Neil arrives and teases Hillary about her surprise.

Michael, Lauren, Harding
Lauren meets Michael at the Police station. They discuss their concern for Kevin. Kevin is not at work. They believe he is still not over Chloe. Harding tells them Kevin should be in jail. He is going to sit back and watch Kevin self-destruct. Kevin arrives and tells Michael he is not going to do anything to get thrown back in jail. Kevin promises to call them if he needs them. Michael and Lauren leave. Harding approaches Kevin and says he will wipe that smug look off Kevin’s face.

Kevin, Mariah
At CL Kevin is carrying food to the patio when Mariah bumps into him and he drops the food. Kevin yells that she made him drop … turns and says OMG. Mariah tells him not to say it as she is sick of hearing it. They compare what a rotten day they are having. While chatting they find they have things in common. Mariah leaves.

Sharon, Nick
Nick tells Sharon Mariah lied to her and wonders why she never told them her mother was alive. Sharon defends Mariah. Nick feels there is so much they don’t know and thinks she is hiding something from her past. He can’t trust her. Sharon asks if he is going to fire Mariah and throw her out of their house. Sharon convinces Nick to keep Mariah on. Mariah arrives and apologizes to Nick and Sharon. Nick tells her they are giving her another chance and not to blow it. Sharon leaves. Nick asks Mariah about her mother. Mariah says she called asking for money. Nick tells her he and Sharon really want to help her but she cannot lie to them again and asks if there is anything else they need to know. She swears there is nothing else. Nick gives her the rest of the day off and Mariah leaves. Nick does a web search for Helen Copeland.

Vicky, Billy, Ben
Vicky is in the park with Johnny when Billy arrives. Vicky tells him she ran into Ben and it was because of Billy Ben no longer has a job at the hospital. She tells him he, of all people, has no right to pass judgment and asks if this has made him happy. Vicky defends Ben. Billy tells her he did all this for her and will not apologize for it. He tells Vicky he wants what they had and they kiss. Billy wants them to start their life from this moment forward. Vicky steps back. Ben is running through the park, stops and looks at Vicky and Billy. Billy asks when Ben is going to leave. Ben tells him he is staying until Vicky finds out who the father is and may never leave. Ben says Billy is a selfish jerk. Billy counters with a lying murderer trumps that. Billy tells Ben he will be satisfied just having Ben out of Vicky’s life. Vicky tells them to stop. She tells them if they can’t stand to bump into each other that’s their problem not hers. She does not need the stress of them fighting over who she is going to pick. She tells Billy he can see Johnny later and leaves. Billy thanks Ben for screwing up his night with his family. Ben tells him he doesn’t care what Billy has to say but they should stay out of each other’s way. Ben tells Billy to keep in mind that Vicky may not want either one of them once the baby is born.

Ben, Victor
Victor comes to the AC and runs into Ben. He tells Ben he believed in him and does not like being made a fool of. Ben apologizes for letting Victor down. Victor accuses him of hurting his family and tells him to stay away from Vicky. Ben says that if the baby is his he will not stay away from her. He tells Victor he is still the same man he was and there is more to the story. He tells Victor his father made life a living hell for him and his mother and because of that he wants to be the be best father he can be.

Sharon, Victor, Dr. Mead
Victor bumps into Dr. Mead at the AC. She tells him she is meeting someone and Victor asks if it’s to talk about Sharon. Sharon arrives and asks if they are talking about her. Sharon laces into Victor and Victor tells her the doctor has not told him one word about her. Sharon tells Victor to stay out of her life and let her recover her memories on her own. Victor gets a text from Dr. Burnett that he needs family authorization for Phyllis immediately. Victor tells Sharon she may remember very soon. Sharon fires Dr. Mead and then tells Victor that her private thoughts and memories are hers and there is no way he can get to them and leaves. Victor says under his breath - Oh yeah?

Day Ahead Spoiler
Nick bursts into Victor’s office and says “What’s with you dad?” The chair turns and Vicky asks what has dad done this time.
Hillary asks Devon if his girlfriend knows he is stalking his father’s wife.
Nikki gives Michael a newspaper and says someone got her diary and are shouting it out to the world.

Dylan, Avery
Dylan is at CL and in a rage destroying everything and Avery sees this. Dylan tells her Ian got him angry by saying that Paul released the journal to the press and how Nikki deprived Paul of a son and he lost it. Avery tells him she thinks he should go back to therapy. Dylan tells her he has been handling all situations and he handled this one – he didn’t kill Ian. Dylan has a cut on his arm but refuses to go to the hospital because he does not want to see Ben. Dylan falls asleep and dreams of being in Afghanistan again. He wakes in a cold sweat.

Paul, Chris
Chris and Paul are on their honeymoon. They are putting a jig saw puzzle together. Chris stops Paul every time he mentions work. Chris is not going to risk his health over work. Paul says to Chris he wonders how Dylan is doing and Chris says he doesn’t have to worry about Dylan. Chris reassures him Dylan will be fine. After they come back from fishing Chris leaves to get groceries. Nikki shows up. She tells Paul Ian posted her journal to the press. She tells him they have to do something about Ian. She was hoping to talk to Chris in the hope that she could do something legally. Nikki tells Paul she came close and beaks down crying. Paul embraces her as Chris walks in and sees the embrace.

Nikki
Nikki is at the bar and the bartender brings her a vodka martini. She caresses the glass. Devon walks in and Nikki is surprised. Devon sits down in a booth to wait for Hillary. Still at the bar Nikki calls Paul and leaves him a message that she has something he needs to hear and walks out of the Bar. Devon sees her leave.

Billy, Jack, Tracie, Abby
They all meet in Jack’s office at Ashley’s request but she is MIA. Jack gets a call and tells everyone that Ashley was not on the plane. Jack announces he is in love with Kelly and it’s time to let go of Phyllis. Jack says the person he loves is gone and he needs to move on. Tracie tells him she just wants him to be happy. Abby and Tracie leave. Jack tells Billy he will not get Vicky back if he keep making the same bonehead mistakes like having sex with Chelsea. Billy tells Jack he had sex more than once with Chelsea. He tells Jack its only sex with Chelsea but he cares about her as well. Tracie and Abby come back and Billy leaves. Abby asks how serious things are with Kelly. Abby admits she is not ready for a relationship yet. Abby leaves and Tracie says she is ready for a new relationship.

Neil, Hillary, Cane, Devon
Cane and Devon come down the stairs at AC discussing renovations when Devon spots Hillary. Hillary and Neil are there to have lunch. Hillary is deep in thought and hides the matchbook Devon gave her. She sees Devon and they stare at each other. Devon leaves. Neil suggests to Hillary they take time off in January to go on a honeymoon to Tahiti. Hillary tells Neil he should not get her anything at all. Neil assures her anything he gives her he will not take back. Hillary kisses Neil and leaves. Later Hillary goes to the bar to meet Devon. They hug and Devon tells her he didn’t think she would come. They kiss. Hillary tells him she has done everything to stop her feelings for him but admits she loves him. Devon says they are going to tell Neil the truth and they are going to do it now. She says Neil deserves someone who loves him the way she loves Devon. She says she has to tell Neil and Devon cannot be there.

Cane, Neil
Cane comes to the table and Neil asks him to come and see the house he bought for Hillary. Neil shows Cane the house and tell him that Hillary is going to find a lot of happiness in this home. Then the lights flicker. Cane fixes the wiring temporarily. After Cane leaves, the lights flicker again and Neil tries to fix them, but gets a severe shock which knocks him out and leaves the electrical box sparking.

Chelsea, Ben
Ben is in the park when Chelsea arrives and she apologizes to Ben for exposing his past. Chelsea tells him she does not regret exposing him but regrets her part in him losing his job. Chelsea accuses Ben of is trying to punish her for exposing his deep dark secrets, but he deserved being exposed. He tells her she has torn his life apart. She tells him he is not the only one to have their life torn apart. Ben says so he was right. Billy shows up at the park and asks if Ben was bothering her. Ben leaves. Chelsea invites Billy to Connor’s birthday party.

Jack tells Kelly that by saying goodbye to Phyllis he is saying hello to a new future with her and he does not take that lightly.
Ian says to Mariah that her message sounded urgent. She tells him her mother called.
Hillary asks Devon how she is supposed to tell Neil that their marriage was a mistake.
