The Trial
Nick comes to the courthouse to support Nikki. Nikki thanks everyone for being there for her. Both attorneys were called into Judge’s Chambers. Ian arrives and needles Victor saying good of Victor to support Nikki and that Victor met Nikki while she was stripping. Victor tells him he will get everything he deserves and more, then tells him to get lost. Ian tries to convince Dylan he was deceived by Nikki just like him and he only wanted to get to know his son. Dylan tells him his is not his son. Michael tells Nikki David Sherman tried to have Nikki’s journal disallowed because they did not have time to review it. The judge disagreed. Ian is on the stand and says Nikki was the cause of extreme emotional distress. He explains when he came to GC to get to know his son everyone was against him and tried to run him out of town. When that failed they sabotaged his business but he stayed because his son meant that much to him. Michael produces evidence that Ian was not able to father a child. Ian says he thought it was a miracle had happened finding out he had a son. Michael points out he was told he was sterile in his early teens and when the lawsuit another woman brought against him for support of her child, he produced documents showing he was sterile. He says Nikki was very special to him and he hoped something would come of it. Victor gets an Urgent text from Dr. Burnett and leaves the courtroom. Dylan is on the stand and says Nikki did not want him to go to find Ian. Dylan says “the only one making us all suffer is that man, Ian Ward.” Nikki tells Victor she does not want Nick to hear her testimony so Victor takes Nick out and says that if he loves his mother he has to leave for her sake. Nikki takes the stand. Michael produces Nikki’s journal. Nikki says he called it New World but she called it Hell on Earth. Nikki reads from her journal describing Ian’s treatment of her and how she was summoned to his bed and if she refused to go she would be punished. When she told him no more he grabbed her arm and slapped her across the face telling her she is the servant and he is the Master. Halfway through the journal she breaks down. Ian just shakes his head no.

Summer, Austin
Summer is in Georgia to see her mother and on the phone with Austin. He tells her he is going for a job interview. Summer tells Phyllis about Austin and how he changed her world. She tells her how in love she is with him and that she married him. When Summer says she thinks Jack has moved on, Phyllis’ hand moves. Summer shows Phyllis her wedding picture.

Vicky, Ben, Jack, Kelly
Vicky and Ben are having lunch when Ben gets a call and leaves the table. Jack approaches and Vicky tells Jack that even if the baby is Billy’s she is not going back to him. She tells him she is moving on. Kelly hears Jack asking Vicky what she really know about Ben Rayburn. Vicky tells Jack she is moving ahead with Ben. Jack says there are things she doesn’t know about Ben. Ben comes back and Kelly approaches and takes Jack to her office.

Chelsea, Billy, Kevin
Billy asks Chelsea why Kevin gave her a book with a misprint referring to Ben Russell. Chelsea tells him it’s Ben’s real name and he stole someone’s identity. Billy asks what else she found out. She tells him Ben did time for murder. Billy is upset saying his wife is with a killer. Billy is really angry and says he is going to the source to get answers. As he opens the door Kevin is there and Billy leaves. Kevin tries to tell Chelsea what he found in the hospital records and she does not want to hear it. She tells him she is still in love with Adam and getting involved with Billy was a big mistake. Kevin reminds Chelsea that Adam is not coming back and she needs to move on.

Kelly, Jack, Billy
In Kelly’s office and she chastises Jack for almost telling Vicky about Ben. Jack says this is family and Vicky needs to know. In walks Billy and says to Kelly “Your brother committed murder and you didn’t bother to tell me?” Billy wants answers from her. Kelly asks Jack to help her out and make Billy understand. Billy says to Jack “you knew about this?” Jack says he found out last night. Billy wants to know everything - now. Jack tells Billy where Ben is and Billy leaves to find him. Billy tells Ben he is not going anywhere. Billy tries to force Ben to explain. Vicky asks him what is going on.

Victor, Dr. Burnett
Dr. Burnett tells Victor Summer is there to visit Phyllis. Victor tells him under no circumstances is he to tell Summer anything.

Day Ahead Spoiler
Mariah and Nick have a playful moment at the UG about guys.
Jack asks Ben what it’s going to be - will he (Ben) fill Vicky in or should he.
David Sherman is accusing Nikki and emotions run high in the courtroom. The judge yells at everyone to sit down.

I felt the same way. It may be fun seeing her this way, but I always thought women who sign on to do these types of shows crave the spotlight. I personally believe ED doesn't need the attention, she's a talented award winning actress, this is like a step down!

Mariah, Nick, Vicky
Mariah tells Nick he doesn’t know Ian like she does and explains. They then have a playful moment at the UG about guys. Later Vicky comes to the UG and tells Nick Ben murdered somebody. She wants to do the what is best for the baby but doesn’t know what that is. Later Billy comes to the UG and tells Nick that he is not sorry he exposed Ben. Nick tells him that no matter who the father is Vicky is not going back to him. Mariah calls Ian to see how things went and asks if he got any Newman money. He tells her even if things don’t work out the way he hopes, this lawsuit isn’t the only thing he got going.

The Trial
Nikki the passage from her journal about how she came to give up her new born child. She describes how she hates the baby growing inside of her because it is the monster’s child as well and she cannot keep it. Sherman asks Nikki if she for one minute thought it was Paul’s baby. She says no. He makes Nikki read a couple of passages regarding Paul and that she was having an affair with Paul at the same time she was sleeping with Ian. Sherman points out how she did not try to make Dylan a part of his life. Dylan yells that’s enough. It was Ian who made him believe he was his son. Paul grabs him and takes him out of the courtroom. In the meantime Victor tells Michael to make this right. Ian says to Avery that Dylan really needs to get help for his anger issues and that he is interested in Dylan’s well being. Avery tells him the only thing he is interested in is hurting good people. Michael gives his summation. The Judge adjourns to go over the facts and transcripts. Ian gives Nikki an evil smile. Dylan tells Paul he had a good life with the McAvoys and did not miss out on life. Paul tells him he did, he missed being a father to him and Nikki comes out of the courtroom and hears his comment. Nikki tells Victor Paul blames her for the estrangement with his son. In the park Chris tells him they need to go away for a while. Paul says he can’t. Chris questions why Nikki never told Paul she was pregnant.

Neil, Hillary, Devon
Neil and Hillary are at the UG. Devon comes in and sits down with them. They play a bar game and Devon wins two tickets to a baseball game with Hillary from Neil. Neil gets a call and has to leave for Hong Kong. He asks Devon to take care of Hillary. While driving Hillary Devon pulls to the side of a country road and asks her how long she is going to deny her feelings for him. She admits her feelings for him. He is about to drive her home and the car won’t start.

Vicky, Ben, Jack, Kelly
Billy pressures Ben to tell Vicky why he stole someone’s identity. Jack asks if Ben will tell Vicky or will he. He tells her he went to jail for killing his father. He says his dad was a mean abusive drunk. His father was in the shed with Ben and his father started a fight. After hitting Ben his father fell down knocking over some kerosene and the shed went up in flames within seconds. He tried to get his father out but the fire was too intense. The police said they had evidence that he killed is father. So rather than going to trial he confessed and spent time in jail for it. Vicky leaves. Ben tells Billy he is a selfish ba***rd who never considered what this news would do to Vicky and the baby. Billy says he knows why Jenna moved to Australia because she didn't want Max to know his father killed his grandfather. Ben lashes out. Jack breaks them up and pulls Billy away. Billy is angry at Jack because Jack didn’t tell him about Ben. Jack tells him he could not betray Kelly’s trust. Jack sys he was looking for ways to tell him without anyone getting hurt. Billy goes to the bar at the AC and verbally attacks Kelly. Jack intercedes and tells Billy he is out of line. Billy tells them both to go to hell. Jack is angry at Kelly but ends up telling her he loves her.

Kelly, Ben, Jack, Billy
Kelly and Ben are at the bar and Ben tells Kelly she has destroyed his life again. He went to jail, lost his wife and child, had a respectable job and now he is losing Vicky and a chance for happiness with her. He gets up and says he is going to fix this.

Ben, Vicky
Ben goes to Vicky’s and through the door tells her there is so much more he needs to tell her, that he loves her and knows she loves him too. Vicky listens from the other side of the door.

Day Ahead Spoiler
Ben tells Dylan he is not Ben Rayburn.
Nick tells Billy he is still the same guy who has hurt Vicky over and over again.
Vicky tells the doctor she needs to control the outcome of the paternity test.

Jack, Kelly
At the AC Jack tells Kelly he is in love with her. Kelly thinks Jack told her he loves her to manipulate her. He denies it and says he finally met someone to care for since Phyllis. Kelly tells him Ben had a lot more to lose than Billy did. Jack asks how does one move on after killing his father. Kelly tells him she ruined his life by telling Jenna and now this. Kelly tells him she is done with him. Cane and Lily arrive and Jack excuses himself and brushes past them. Lily tells Kelly she is there if Kelly wants to talk. Kelly tells Lily Jack betrayed her but told her he loved her. Kelly says she just let the best thing that ever happened to her walk out the door. Lily tells her to go after him. Later Kelly crawls into Jack’s bed and tells him she loves him too and they make love.

Nick, Billy, Sharon, Mariah, Lily, Cane
At the UG Billy justifies exposing Ben. Nick tells him he is the guy who has hurt his sister over and over again. Sharon, Cane and Lily come into the UG and Sharon introduces them to Mariah and Cane and Lily are stunned how much she looks like Cassie. Lily says it’s creepy how much Mariah looks like Cassie. Nick wants to know why Billy went after Ben in the first place. Billy says he wants to protect Vicky from Ben. Nick tells him she doesn’t want anything to do with Billy. Nick tells Billy Vicky is not going to forgive him. Billy calls Nick a hypocrite since he has been hanging out with Victor a lot. Sharon approaches and Billy says he’s all yours, my sympathies and leaves. Sharon kisses Nick and leaves while Mariah watches on. Later at home, Nick makes Mariah a sandwich and tells her his parents are and have always been a big part of his life. Mariah tells him Ian is all she ever had. Sharon comes home. Sharon and Nick go upstairs. Later the house is dark and Nick comes down. Mariah is hiding.

Devon, Hillary
Devon tells Hillary that his car is dead. Devon tries to call a tow truck but neither one of them have a signal to their phone. Hillary asks why they are always getting stuck together. Devon says maybe they are meant to be. Devon offers to hot wire the car. Hillary is annoyed. Hillary admits she is afraid of cows and Devon starts to laugh. Devon and Hillary are stranded in the middle of nowhere. Hillary tells him the story about Zeus and Orian. They talk about their younger days and the people who influenced them. They dance.

Ben, Vicky, Dylan
Ben is outside Vicky’s door asking her to give him a chance to explain. Vicky tells him she is not going to let him talk his way out of it. She tells him to leave her alone. Ben comes to CL and tells Dylan that he is not Ben Rayburn. Ben tells Dylan everything. Dylan asks Ben to tell him he didn’t do this. Dylan figures out why Jenna left and why Vicky is not talking to Ben. Sharon arrives, Ben leaves. Dylan tells Sharon that since he has come to town he has heard nothing but lies which includes what Ben has told him. Sharon believes there is a way to fix things between them. Sharon gives Dylan a hug and leaves. Dylan goes to talk to Ben on the patio. He tells Ben he was his Best Friend. Ben asked as in past tense. Dylan says he is not going to deny that Ben always had his back but he wishes Ben had been honest with him. He tells Ben he does not want to see his sister get hurt.

Billy
Billy comes to Vicky’s and the sitter answers the door and tells him that Vicky is not there. Billy figures she has gone for her paternity test.

Vicky, Doctor
Vicky asks the doctor to give her the paternity test and that she needs to control the outcome. She tells the doctor she needs to have her records totally private and she does not want Dr. Rayburn snooping through her records, which he has already done. Vicky calls off the test. She does not want either man in her life and she does not want to know who the father is. She says this is her baby. Billy is standing out of site and hears what Vicky said.

Day Ahead Spoiler
Abby tells Tracie she ran into Tyler downstairs and he was with a woman. Tracie asks if she made a scene.
Nikki asks Summer about the wedding and Summer says she could not have pulled it off without Sharon’s help. In a shocked voice Nikki says Sharon?
Nick says to Sharon, It’s all a lie, our family and happiness, I’m done and throws a bottle.

I agree. It does seem like a step down. I hope she doesn't get crazy and look like a wild woman! But the track record of how they behave isn't looking too good for her!

These ladies are friends. Reality Tv shows are replacing soaps operas. Besides, soaps don't pay what they once did. A $500K paycheck for a handful of episodes...not a bad payday. IMO

As for the soup goes....nothing really new.....at least that we have not already figured out for our selves before anything was even announced.....seems we are always correct on where the story lines are going...

I like this Billie better than the last......and how dare that Victoria keep a secrete on who the daddy is...that is more than rotten....mostly for Billie after loosing his daughter...and if its a girl SHE BETTER TELL HIM if he is the father !!!!

and Eileen on Housewives....ummmm well what ever floats her boat....but I find that a strange place to branch out...these woman are not known for being the sharpest tags in the box.....some are really evil....

Ian makes me laugh....what a buffoon

So does anyone think that Nikki new it could be Paul's baby? how could she have never known if she was sleeping with him as well? she had to have an idea that it could be....and why did she never tell Paul she was pregnant...she was very young and controlled by Ian but did it just never cross her mind? is anyone in her family going to ask her that?

So if the baby turns out to be stitches....I think Billie will go and start a new with ChelC.....they will fall in love only to have Adam return....things won't work out with Vicki and Stitch and Billie and her will end up together again....you know how it goes....like Nikki and Victor....and Nick and Phyllis..
