I am advocating for a new story line. I think just as Phyllis is waking up, Nick will join the Warren Jeffs sect of the Morman church, he will marry both Phyllis and Sharon and they will be sister wives. They you have it writers, give us something new.

Regardless, I think it's a great idea!! Phyllis and Sharon will fight to the death daily for who gets him that night. Haha!!

Rumor has it Hilary decides to be with Devon. But she's thrown a last minute curve ball that changes everything. At first I thought she was pregnant, but it looks like Neil has a health scare. Apparently some hospital scenes were filmed with Cane, Lily, Devon, Hilary and Neil as a patient.

Kelly, Ben, Jack
Jack comes to see Kelly at her office and tells her she was right - he should have been there for Summer on her wedding day. Jack invites Kelly for a family dinner and officially tell the family she is his new woman. Kelly is hesitant. Jack tells her it’s the logical next step. He tells her Phyllis is in his heart but that chapter is closed. Later Ben comes to see Kelly and asks if she heard that Billy and Chelsea slept together. She says Billy just can’t seem to do the right thing. Ben says that Billy has stopped digging into his past but Chelsea has not, but he doesn’t know how much she found. Kelly says truth will come out as Jack comes into her office and asks the truth about what? Kelly asks Jack to let her talk to Ben alone. Ben asks Kelly to shut Chelsea down if she asks anything. He leaves and Jack comes back in. Jack sees she is holding something in and says she can tell him what Ben is holding over her. Jack asks what happened between them. She tells him Ben is a murderer.

Billy, Chelsea,
Chelsea and Billy are still at the UG and she tells him she cares about him. Billy thinks she still has something to say and Chelsea looks at Ben at the Bar.
Chelsea does not tell Billy the information Kevin found. Chelsea asks Billy for a ride home. Chelsea approaches Ben who asks if she said anything to Billy. He tells her he can be with Vicky and she can be with Billy. Chelsea tells him she may still tell Billy and says goodbye Ben Rayburn or whoever you are. Billy and Chelsea arrive at her condo. Billy tries to kiss her and she tells him she needs him to come upstairs. They are in Connor’s nursery and she asks Billy to lower Connor’s mattress. She asks for help moving his crib and dresser. They proceed to her bedroom and after their love making, come downstairs and Billy tells Chelsea nothing else matters as long as she is with him. They kiss and make love again. The scene switches to outside Chelsea’s door and someone unlocks the door to her condo.

The Mystery Man (aka The Hand)
The Mystery man is watching Billy and Chelsea in Connor’s Room as things seem to be heating up between them. He sees them kiss. His investigator tells him if there was a way to break them up he would.

Lauren, Jill, Collin
Jill and Collin discuss how Collin’s debt has been paid and agree to fund Fenmore’s #2. Jill says this has to be a package deal which includes Collin. At the AC Lauren explains to Neil about Fenmore’s #2 and he wishes her luck. Lauren questions Neil’s choice in a wife but he tells her Hillary has done a 180◦ turn. She has come from a very dark place but has turned her life around and he fell in love with her. Jill comes into the AC and says to Neil that he married that manipulative ***** and is he was crazy. Neil leaves. Jill tells Lauren she will fund the new boutique. Collin arrives. Lauren asks Jill if she is serious that Collin be part of the new Fenmore’s Boutique? And Jill says it’s a family business. Collin offers to handle the money. Lauren says NO and Jill can keep her cash and says she does not need to open a new store. Jill tries to persuade Lauren to take Collin as a partner. Lauren calls Cane over and asks if he would have Collin as a business partner. Cane is sitting on the fence. Devon tells them to use their heads and not make stupid decisions. Jill and Collin try to talk Lauren into accepting Collin into a family business and Lauren agrees.

Cane, Hillary, Devon, Neil
Cane approaches Hillary and brings up the subject of Devon and she tells Cane it was wrong. She says she does not want to hurt Neil and after seeing the look in Devon’s eyes she knows what she has to do. Neil and Devon joins them. Neil asks Hillary what she wanted to tell him. Hillary presents Neil with tickets to a baseball game and they leave. Cane tells Devon that he saw them in the laundry room. Devon tells him it will not happen again. Neil and Hillary are in the car and Neil says he does not understand what Devon’s problem is. He thinks she is the person to help Devon because they seem to be friends. The game was called because of rain and they return to the AC.

Ben
Ben calls and leaves a message for Vicky just to tell her he loves and misses her.

Day Ahead Spoiler
At CL Dylan says to Avery and Leslie that someone can shoot the Chief of Police and say my oh bad and they try and get him a free pass and asks if this is what they are saying.
Tracie says she is predicting a happy and healing family dinner.
Austin shakes Jack’s hand and says nice to see him again and Jack says he didn’t realize that he would be joining them.

Amelia (Victoria) chooses do to her own hair and makeup for the show. Billy Miller once admitted that if the show insisted to force a stylist to do her hair, she would intentionally mess it up before shooting her scenes.

Victor goes to Phyllis' doctor. He tells the doctor about the new drug used for coma patients. Victor wants Phyllis to try the unpredictable drug. The doctor tells him that the unknown drug has long term side effects and says her personality could be different as a result. The doctor also can't accept the treatment without discussing it with Phyllis' family first. Victor explains that he would rather not, because he wouldn't want to get their hopes up in case it doesn't work. Victor then sweetens the deal with a huge wad of cash. The doctor accepts. Victor tells him that HE will be Phyllis' one and only emergency contact from now on.

Later, Victor goes to Phyllis' room and tells her that she will be home soon, and that he knows that she knows Sharon's secret.

Tracie, Jack, Abby, Summer, Austin
Traci and Abby prepare for the Abbott dinner. Tracie says she is predicting a happy and healing family dinner. Abby is upset that Tyler changed his face place status as single. Abby and Traci have a heart to heart and Traci says that men are not a necessity and that Abby will find someone who fits her. Abby thinks she screwed things up with Tyler and Traci tells her she didn’t screw up – just wasn’t meant to be. Abby answers the door and sees it’s Kelly. She tells her Jack was not there but will tell him Kelly stopped by and tries to close the door as Jack approaches and says he just stopped to pick up the mail and brings Kelly into his home. Traci tells Abby to behave herself. Summer and Austin arrive. Austin shakes Jack’s hand and says nice to see him again and Jack says he didn’t realize that he would be joining them. Summer thanks everyone for inviting her and her husband to the family dinner. Summer takes Austin for a tour of the house. In the dining room Abby asks Kelly why she kept it a secret that Ben was her brother. Billy arrives and asks what he missed. Jack makes a face and tells Billy there is something he has to tell him.

Chelsea, Billy, Unknown Man
They are on the couch making out and whoever unlocked the door just walked in and surprises Billy and Chelsea. The unknown man comes in and says he came to check out the buzzing and tells them he was advised that she was out so he let himself in. He goes to Connor’s room. Chelsea tells Billy that when she saw a man standing there, before she saw the face, her first thought was Adam is home. Billy leaves. In the meantime, the unknown man is in Connor’s room and looks around, pulls out a drawer and puts it back then looks into the camera and shakes his head in the affirmative for the Mystery Man to see on his computer. Chelsea comes into Connor’s room and asks if he fixed the buzz and asked him to knock next time and the unknown man leaves. Mystery man is watching her. After putting Connor’s clothes away Chelsie tries to close the drawer and can’t so she pulls it out and finds a handkerchief with the initials AW. The unknown man tells the mystery man that that should remind her of their original anniversary date, just like the Mystery Man said it would and that should kill anything for her and Billy Abbott.

Dylan, Ben, Avery, Leslie, Dr. Bart.
Dylan and Avery come to CL and tell Dylan off for working. Ben assures Avery Dylan is ok. Leslie comes in and tells them the Judge refused to change the venue so Austin will be tried in GC. Dylan is angry and says to Avery and Leslie that someone can shoot the Chief of Police then say oops, my bad and they try and get him a free pass and asks if this is what they are saying. Leslie asks him to stop attacking her for defending Austin. Leslie tells Dylan she will not stop working for a client because it offends him and goes to the patio. Dr. Shelby comes in and asks to speak to Ben privately. Bart says he heard some rumors about Ben that he was insightful, sensitive etc. Ben tells him being a doctor means the world to him. Bart asks him if he would like to be chief resident. Leslie joins them and tells them Dylan is angry because she is defending Austin.

Kelly, Jack
Kelly tells Jack that Ben killed a man and it was not the war or an accident or self defence. Jack tells her she has told him the worst and she says no it’s not because now she has to tell him who he killed. She tells Jack she moved to GC to get away from it all and found Ben living here and seemed to be happy. She could not understand how Ben could go on with his life after what he did and that filled with rage. Jack realizes that Billy was right that Ben was hiding a secret. Kelly tells Jack Ben has served his time and deserves his life. She needs her brother in her life and begs Jack not to say anything because she does not want to lose her brother again. She tells him how much peace Victoria has given Ben. Kelly begs him not to tell Billy but Jack says knowing what he knows now this changes everything.

Day Ahead Spoiler
Vickie tells Nikki she can’t trust Billy and Nikki asks if she can trust Ben.

Chelsea, Kevin, Billy
Kevin comes to Chelsea’s and tells her he knows who Stitch was before he was passing himself off as Ben Rayburn. Kevin produces a year book from Chesterfield High. She finds that his name was Ben Russell and he changed it Ben Rayburn. Kevin then shows her an article on his computer which shocks Chelsea. Kevin asks why she didn’t tell Billy and figures out that if she tells Billy he would go back to Vicky and she would be alone. Kevin reminds her Billy wants his wife back. Chelsea sees the handkerchief and tells Kevin she married Adam 2 years ago today in Kansas. She says life with Adam was a dream come true and then destroyed and now she is lonely and wants another man in her life. Kevin points out Ben spends time with Johnny and Vicky and Billy will want to protect them. Chelsea says Ben would not hurt them. Kevin reminds her Ben has killed before. Billy arrives and Kevin leaves whispering that Billy needs to know. Billy says there is something weird going on because Jack and Kelly would stiffen up at the mention of her family. He then tells her he came to say goodnight, kisses her and leaves.

Vicky, Ben, Nikki
Vicky is back from DC and is telling Ben all about her trip. She tells him she has made an appointment for the paternity test. Ben assures her he wants to be there for her no matter who the father is. Vicky says even if the baby is Billy’s, she is not going back to him. Vicky promises that if the baby is his she is not going to do what Jenna has done. She tells him he is a good man. Ben tells her he has been offered the Chief Resident position. Nikki staggers in and Ben catches her. Nikki admits it’s the stress of the lawsuit. After Ben leaves Vickie tells Nikki she can’t trust Billy and Nikki asks if she can trust Ben. Vicky thinks Ben will make a good father but says that she and Billy have tried so hard to get pregnant, she wants to give him a baby to help him get over Delia. Nikki questions whether Vicky is still in love with Billy. Vicky says she will not go back to Billy.

Victor, Nikki
At the AC Nikki tells Victor she is bothered that the contents of her journal will be made public. Victor assures her she did what she had to do concerning Dylan and to stop with the What If’s. Victor leaves to go on his short business tip. Nikki looks longingly at the bottles of liquor and leaves.

Jack, Billy, Kelly, Abby, Tracie, Summer, Austin
Abby asks Kelly why she did not tell anyone about Ben being her brother. She also says that everyone knows she is a home wrecker as Tracie walks in and stops her. In the living room, Billy asks Jack why Ben wouldn’t fight to keep his son in the country. Jack says he may not have been able to fight. Kelly comes into the room and tells Billy Ben did not lose custody of Max. Jack tells her he cares too much about his family not to say anything. Everyone goes into the dining room and Billy stops Kelly to ask her what is bothering Jack . She says he is concerned about Summer. Dinner is very tense because Abby is being obnoxious asking Kelly and Austin uncomfortable questions about themselves. Tracie tries to stop her. Tension increases. Tracie tries to keep the peace. Summer and Austin leave. Billy again asks Jack what is bothering him. Jack tells him he and Kelly are just getting to know each other. Billy tells him that it has to be “trust” and “truth” all the way. He knows this is what broke him and Vicky up – all his lies and leaves. Kelly thanks Jack for not telling Billy. Kelly kisses him and leaves.

Victor, Phyllis’ Doctor
Victor meets Phyllis’ doctor in her room and asks him if he will give permission to have Phyllis provided with the experimental medication. The doctor agrees and says her family will be thrilled if this works. Victor says her family must not know anything about this. Victor suggests this doctor call Dr. Cutler. The doctor says that is unethical. Victor offers him a substantial contribution for updated equipment for the hospital. After the doctor leaves, Victor tells Phyllis he is going to get her home soon.

Kelly, Ben
Kelly calls Ben and asks to meet him. He asks if Jack was asking more questions and she admits he was and that she told him everything which upsets Ben. Kelly comes to CL and she and Ben argue. She tells him she is not trying to ruin his life. She tells him she has become very protective of him and Jack did not say anything to Billy.

Day Ahead Spoiler
Billy says to Vicky that in the next few hours they will find out who the baby’s father is.
At CL Kevin asks Stitch if he has ever had to testify in court.
At the AC Michael tells Nikki she is going to be just fine. Nikki turns and looks at the liquor bottles.

How long will we have to have paternity question be dragged out? I think the test will be inconclusive at this time. Or Vic will pay to have them changed. And even if it appears settled, in 10 years, when the baby is 20, we will be watching the jack/Nick/summer story line replayed.

Chelsea, Anita
Anita comes to see Chelsea. Chelsea tells her Ben is a killer. Chelsea tells Anita about Ben Rayburn and Anita tells her she cannot tell Billy because she thinks Ben could kill again. Chelsea says Ben will not hurt her. Anita pushes for Chelsea to be with Billy. Billy arrives and Anita covers the yearbook with a blanket and leaves with Connor. Billy tells Chelsea Vicky has cut him out of the paternity test. He says if this baby is his he is going to go after Vicky and get her back. Chelsea tells him it’s a good idea and she will not be hurt by it. Chelsea goes upstairs to answer her cell and Billy finds the yearbook from Chestefield High and Ben’s picture. When Chelsea comes downstairs he shows her the Ben’s picture and asks her what the hell is this?

Vicky, Ben, Billy
Ben calls Vicky and offers to go with her to her paternity test. She says she wants to do this on her own. Billy comes to the door and says that in the next few hours they will find out who the baby’s father is. Billy wants to go with her but she tells him Ben is going with her. Billy is upset and tells her she has written him out of her life. Vicky says she is going through with the divorce but if the baby is his she will not keep him away from it. Billy leaves and Vicky calls Ben and asks him to go to the appointment with her. Vicky meets Ben at the AC and tells him she feels she needs to be with Nikki. Ben asks why she changed her mind about him going with her. She says she needed someone that would not pressure her. The discuss babies names and Ben says as long as the baby is healthy he is good. Vicky tells him no matter what the paternity turns out to be she wants to be with him and nothing is going to change that.

Dylan, Kevin, Ben, Dr. Bart
Kevin is at CL and Ben comes in. Dylan says he is testifying in court today. Kevin asks Stitch if he has ever had to testify in court. Kevin is needling Ben in a round about way which worries Ben. Dr. Bart comes in and ells Dylan about Ben’s promotion. Dr. Bart gets a call from Leslie and puts is hospital jacket down. Kevin takes Dr. Bart’s security card. Michael asks him where he has been. Kevin walks out. Leslie arrives and she gives Dylan advice on what he should say or not say in court. Dr. Bart has a chat with Leslie and says he has to go and notices his badge is gone. In the meantime Kevin is in the hospital and uses one of the computers to look up Ben Rayburn and is shocked at what he finds.

Paul, Chris, Harding, Kevin, Michael
Chris arrives in Paul’s office. She tells him he has to stop putting Nikki first and think about himself. Harding comes in and says Kevin is still missing. Chris suggests that Harding can go and find Kevin. Paul tells her he is going to support Nikki at her trial because he knows Nikki did not mislead him about the baby. Chris disagrees and says Nikki is a proven liar and questions why Nikki hid the pregnancy from him. Chris tells him if he takes the stand he will bury Nikki. Chris tells him to stay out of it. Paul says he is going to the court house to support Nikki and Chris says she is going with him. Kevin arrives and Paul and Harding chastise him. He tries to key in Dr. Bart’s code to gain access to hospital personnel records but cannot get access. Michael arrives and asks Kevin what he has been up to. Kevin covers Dr. Bart’s card.

Michael, Nikki, Dylan
At the AC Nikki and Michael discuss her case and the journal. Michael tells her he read the journal. He says Ian and his attorney will have total access to it and asks if she is prepared for everyone to hear it’s contents. She says Ian has violated her again because she has to produce the journal. Michael tells her she is going to be just fine. Nikki turns and looks at the liquor bottles. Michael takes her journal to file it with the court. Nikki says she is going to prepare Dylan with it’s contents. The bartender asks her what she would like to drink. Nikki refuses the drink and leaves. Nikki meets Dylan at the courthouse and tells him he will hear a lot of hurtful things about her. She explains about the journal and the part where she says her life would have been easier if she were not pregnant. She explains how lost and confused she was. Paul arrives and tells Nikki and Dylan he is there to support them. Michael arrives and asks everyone if they are ready.

Day Ahead Spoiler
On the stand Dylan says “the only one making us all suffer is that man, Ian Ward.”
On the stand Nikki says he called it New World but I called it Hell on Earth.
Kelly asks Jack to help her out and make Billy understand. Billy says to Jack “you knew about this?”

Last week Michael Muhney tweeted that he's about to go into production on a new movie. CBS JUST announced that Adam's return has been placed on a 6 month hold. Do you think its because Michael is working on a new project that will take 6 months to finish?
