MONDAY US SPOILER!!!

Billy wants Phyllis to tell Jack about them before Jack finds out. He thinks Bethany may get to Jack first. Phyllis says she can’t tell Jack. He doesn’t want to hurt Jack but they can’t pretend anymore. They agree to tell Jack tonight. Billy doesn’t want a life without her. Billy says Jack has come close to giving up on him, but this time he has crossed the line and Jack will not forgive him. Phyllis says Jack has to hear it from her alone and leaves.

Lily calls 911 then cancels it when Hilary comes to and refuses to go to the hospital. Lily says Hilary was faking it. Hilary says she fainted because she skipped lunch and her blood sugar is low. Jack insists on taking Hilary to her suite. Cane and Lily exchange a look. Lily can’t believe Jack will not listen to reason. Cane says Jack doesn’t know Hilary is blackmailing their family. Cane tells her not to let Hilary get under her skin.

Dylan finds Simon. Simon identifies Alan James and says Alan was good at his job. Dylan says Alan received a large sum of cash which tracks back to the lab. He asks if Simon paid Alan off to alter his reports. Dylan is concerned about the fraud and the bribery. Hilary stated she pays according to the reports Simon gives her. Simon admits this and that he is involved with the medical staff and the testing procedures. Ash steps in and says she altered the payroll report and offered Alan a large sum of money to falsify the research reports to the FDA. Dylan doesn’t believe Ash and asks why she would put people’s lives in danger. Ash says she was just moving the numbers along. Dylan tells her to be prepared to face criminal charges. Dylan leaves. Simon asks why she did that. She says she had to protect the project and him. He knows she will not be allowed to work with him on the drug trial. She says he has to keep his license. She wants him to make sure that the drug trial works because lives are at stake.

Sharon is asleep on the couch when Sage demands she wake up. Sage asks why Sharon has not told Nick the truth. Nick is morning a child he never lost because Sharon is cruel and selfish. She asks how Sharon can live with herself. Mariah arrives and Sharon says she had a nightmare about Sage. Sharon asks how Sage can have any peace when she is lying about Sage’s son. Mariah asks what would happen if Sharon tells the truth. She would lose Sully, Faith and Dylan would be devastated. Sharon wants to tell the truth. The guilt of this lie is eating at her. She can’t bear the thought of destroying her family but can’t go on like this either. Mariah says Sharon needs to talk to someone. Sharon refuses to see a shrink and can't talk to anyone but Mariah about this. Dylan arrives and says can't to anyone about what. Mariah says they miss Sage at Chelsea 2.0 and Mariah suggested that she could pick up the slack. Dylan thinks it's a good idea and knows Mariah will do a good job.

Jack is with Hilary in her suite. He mentions what Lily said about Hilary wanting more than a professional relationship with him. He wants it clear, they are just friends. Hilary says Lily tries to poison people against her. Hilary tells him she is relapsing and Simon is monitoring her. She says that she has spoken with Simon in private and there are two other patients who are also relapsing. She wants him to keep this quiet since Devon doesn’t know. Jack tells her to tell Devon.

Phyllis bumps into Bethany at the AC. Phyllis says her fun is over because she is telling Jack tonight about her and Billy.

Ash arrives and asks Lily where Hilary is. Lily tells Ash that Jack is taking care of Hilary in her suite. Ash leaves.

Alone Billy recalls the times he spent with Phyllis. Bethany arrives and says she heard that Phyllis is going to tell Jack. She asks if they could keep things going since everyone thinks they are dating. He agrees and says that as long as Bethany is okay with knowing that when he kisses or touches her, he will be seeing Phyllis. He apologizes and tells her he is in love with Phyllis.

Ash arrives to talk to Hilary. Ash says Simon is off the hook and didn’t implicate Hilary but Hilary needs to know what she said to Dylan. Ash says she is far from being done with Hilary and knows Hilary is blackmailing Simon. She says she took the blame and now Hilary owes her. She says Hilary is going to step away from the lab and let Simon be completely in charge. Ash also tells her to stay away from Jack and leaves.

Day Ahead
- Vicky accuses Travis of lying to her about who he is and asks if he has been honest with her about anything
- Jack asks Phyllis why she is upset about Billy and if Billy has done something to her
- Chelsea tells Adam she knows what she is talking about. Ian is a con artist

WHAT!!!!! what the heck is wrong with these producers and writers ...why would they take one of the only people off the show that everyone likes and wants to stay......this show really tries my patience.....sometimes I think that they are truly tired of having it on the air and want it to crash and burn and do what they can to make it crash and burn but it continues on no matter what they do to sabotage it...UGH.....he will be missed as a character for sure....link below to read about it...

TUESDAY US SPOILER!!!

Michael tells Adam Chelsea Alan James was not connected to Victor but got the money from Dr. Neville’s project to fudge data. He also says the journal was too well done and they can’t prove it was forged. They hope Ian’s testimony will be powerful because their options are extremely limited. Adam wants to testify on his own behalf. Michael advises against it. Ian is their best shot. They agree Ian is a sociopath. Chelsea says she was a con all her life and knows that Ian’s endgame is that he is going to make sure he comes out on top. Adam wants to talk to Ian. He thinks he can get Ian talking and if he has an agenda maybe they can use it and beat him at his own game. Adam leaves. Chelsea says Ian knew what they were looking for and suddenly Ian has all this information and now Ian gets everything he wants. Ian may come into the courtroom with no defense at all. Chelsea thinks putting Ian on the stand will throw Adam under the bus. Michael says the jury will be skeptical of Ian’s testimony and one wrong answer and Adam is acquitted.

Travis is informed his debt is paid in full. He is puzzled. He recalls telling Vicky about his money problems and her offering him a loan. He leaves Vicky a message that he needs to see her.

Billy tells Bethany that Phyllis is trying to fix her marriage. Bethany says Billy let’s other people make his decisions. He throws Bethany out. When she opens the door to leave, Vicky is there.

Vicky says she came for Johnny’s favorite bear. She offers to go after Bethany to make things right between them. He says no. Vicky asks why people lie. Billy says it’s a guy thing and says he wants something he can’t have. She says she didn’t come for him to bear his soul to her. He says she looks torn up and apologizes that he was not able to give her the answer she was looking for. She says she has someone who can and leaves.

Jack asks Phyllis what is troubling her. She says it’s Billy. He asks if Billy has done something to her. She asks if Jack thinks Bethany is trying to trap Billy into marriage. Jack says he wants Billy to find someone he can really love. Phyllis says she has to leave to see a friend about a donation for the foundation, kisses Jack and leaves.

Bethany bumps into Jack and says “I guess you know”. Jack says he should have seen it coming. Jack says hers is not the first heart Billy has broken. She realizes Phyllis didn’t tell Jack. Jack says at least she found out the truth before it was too late. She says Jack is a good guy. He says he has a great family and a wife who keeps him guessing. She leaves.

Ian overhears Dr. G asking a guard to escort her to deliver medication to Victor in solitary. The guard says it’s not permitted so she calls the Warden and is told the guard can take it to him. She tells the guard to wait while she writes out the instructions for Victor’s medication. She writes a note to Victor that she has heard disturbing things about him and that he is setting Adam up for the murder. The need to talk tonight. She says she can’t come to him so he needs to fake an illness and he will be brought to her. The guard delivers the meds and note to Victor.

Victor gets his package and reads a note from Ian asking about his family.

Adam asks Ian to put all his cards on the table. Ian says he has Victor’s confession. Adam asks if Ian is planning revenge because Adam left him for dead at the tower. Adam suddenly figures out that Ian is planning an escape and will be a no show at the trial.

Vicky arrives and Travis says he told her not to pay his debt. She denies paying it. She asks why he didn’t tell her he was a Wolf on Wall Street. She accuses him of lying to her about who he is and asks if he has ever been honest with her. He must have laughed when she told him she trusted him. He asks if she had him investigated. She couldn’t get that information on the internet. He confessed he lived and breathed Wall Street and became someone he didn’t like, so he walked away. She asks why he ripped into her about what she does. He says he has issues and was also afraid she would run if he told her the truth. He asks her to forgive him and asks her to go steady with him. She accepts but says her family will have a lot of questions. He doesn’t care. They kiss.

Phyllis tells Billy she didn’t tell Jack. She couldn’t break his heart. Billy says he is going to tell Jack. Phyllis stops him and they start tearing each other’s clothes off in the living room. After making love they start to get dressed when Jack rings the doorbell and calls out to Billy. They panic.

Day Ahead
- Chelsea says she knows Adam and wants to know what happened with Ian
- Victor tells someone he wants those who testified against him punished
- Christine asks Dr. G if she would be willing to say all of this under oath

6/15 WEDNESDAY US SPOILER

Billy and Phyllis are getting dressed when Jack comes to the door. He says they need to talk. Jack enters and understands that Billy wants what he and Phyllis have. Phyllis listens behind a door. Jack says when you are with the right person the whole world falls into place. Jack admits he can be judgmental at times but he and Phyllis have Billy’s back. Jack says the right woman is probably closer than he thinks and leaves. Phyllis comes out and says she can’t keep sneaking behind Jack’s back. He says they can make this work and if sneaking around is the only way, then so be it. The decision is hers. She leaves.

Adam offers Ian help to escape in return for Ian’s testimony. Ian says without his testimony Adam is dead. They strike a gentlemen’s agreement.

Dr. G is in her office when the warden arrives. She says she needs to tend to Victor’s infection. He assures her Victor is fine. He says there have been rumors about her interest in Victor. He warns her that Victor is not to be trusted. He is locked up for a reason. He tells her to go home.

In his cell, Victor yells through the door that Ian should be in solitary not him. The warden arrives. Victor says Ian is playing him. Ian has aligned himself with Adam against him. Victor says Ian has been spreading rumors about him. He hints that he knows about Victor and Dr. G. He tells Victor to stay out of trouble and do his time. He will take care of Ian.

Victor recalls a conversation he had with someone saying some bad people want to ruin him. They testified against him on trumped up charges and his family convinced the jury to convict him. He wants them punished. He says the person he wants punished most is something they hold with equal contempt, Adam. He knows a master forger and wants this man to revise the pages of a woman’s diary. Once the authorities suspect foul play the body will be exhumed. He wants it look as if she has been poisoned and passes this person the contact information along with an overseas bank account from which funds can be withdrawn as needed. He says he knows they are the right person to bring Adam to justice.

Chelsea tells Michael that if Chris exposes a lie from Ian, Adam goes down. Chelsea is concerned Ian will double cross them. Michael says he will persuade the jury that Adam is being framed.

Adam tells Chelsea and Michael that Ian agrees it’s in his best interest to testify for Adam. He says Ian will be a fool not to keep his end of the bargain. Michael leaves. Chelsea knows something happened with Ian and wants to know what it was. He says he is in control and if Ian is not telling the truth and just needs to give Michael the heads up and Ian will go back to jail.

Paul tells Chris his gut tells him Adam is being framed. Chris says she has a solid case. Paul says Adam is hell bent on clearing his name.

Dr. G arrives and says she knows for a fact that Adam killed Constance. Victor has proof. She says she knows Victor. Paul says Victor is a master at getting people to believe him and warns her not to let Victor fool her. She says Ian will testify that Victor framed Adam. Ian will make sure that Victor never gets out of jail. She has been treating Victor for his emotional scars from the callous way his family has abandoned him and will not turn her back on him. Christine asks if she will say that under oath. Dr. G agrees and leaves. Michael comes rushing in and says his star witness has proof Victor set Adam up. Paul asks if his witness is Ian and says Dr. Gates came to see them. Michael calls Adam and tells him they have a big problem.

Jack makes plans for a romantic get away with Phyllis. Phyllis arrives. He tells her that he saw Billy and realizes that Billy back is looking for the woman of his dreams. Jack says he is taking her away for a weekend in Barbados. Phyllis says she can’t because she is booked for a trip to discuss Passkey. She offers to cancel but Jack says this is important and leaves to cancel his plans. Phyllis calls Billy and tells him she is going out of town and hopes to spend the weekend with him.

Adam and Chelsea meet Dr. G at CL and they tell her that Victor is planning revenge against his children. Dr. G says they are wrong. Victor loves his family especially Adam. He isn’t framing Adam, he’s covering for him. Chelsea tells her to stop being naïve. Dr. G says Chelsea is being naïve because Adam is exactly like Victor and leaves.

Chelsea asks Adam if Dr. G is right. He says he is defending his life and he is trying to protect her. He calls Michael to clue him in.

Day Ahead
- Dylan tells Chelsea and Adam he is following up on a lead that can prove Adam was framed
- Luca asks Vicky what she is doing with that guy; he tried to burn down our company. Vicky says, ”our company”? who the hell does he think he is
- Mariah rushes in to Sharon and says there has been an awful accident and to call 911

Victor had Chloe help him frame Adam.

Oh do I feel dumb.... It took me the longest time to figure out who the mystery woman was that Victor had visit him. I kept saying to myself, "Who could that be?? Who hates Adam that much??" I know, I know.... It's Chloe of course. And of course by now she's had Kevin's baby, right?

Yes, she had his baby before the last visit (the tree planting thing). Because she mentioned getting back to 'her' around Kevin and he asked who 'her' was...or something like that.

Oh and it would be so cool if Chloe and baby are reintroduced and the baby turns out to be Billy's....awesome!

Dr. G is not the smartest tack in the box.....Victor has her right where he wants her.....And Than there is Chris...she has to be the worst DA that ever was...seriously she is believing what this woman is throwing at her...she is worried about Victor playing her agin and loosing again to him...yet she believes this woman that is clearly in love with him and has no clue who this man has been and is? UGH!

SOOOOO could Chloe be involved in this again because she is still messed up...maybe when she came back she got together with Victor again?

THURSDAY US SPOILER!!!

Sharon is with Sully when Mariah runs in and says there has been an accident and to call 911. Sharon tells Mariah to call since she no service. She turns she and Sage says Sharon was supposed to set things straight. Sharon says she can’t give up Sully. Sage says there is no Sully, it’s Christian. She says Sharon is looking out for herself and torturing Nick. Sage says she will haunt her nights until she makes things right. Sharon is talking in her sleep apologizing to Sage. Sharon wakes and sits up. Dylan says she was talking to Sage and asks what that was about. She says she was dreaming about Sage’s accident and how she couldn’t help her.

At NE Luca gives Nick information on Travis. Summer arrives and wants to know what’s going on and what secrets they are keeping. Nick says he is giving Luca a second chance and can use his help. Nick thanks Luca for the research and leaves. Summer asks what Nick was hiding. Luca says it’s his way of proving himself to Nick.

Chelsea questions Adam about his conversation with Ian. Adam refuses or she will wind up in prison. Michael told him if Dr. G testifies he will tell the jury she has gone from knowing nothing to knowing everything, and he will say that she has developed an attachment to her patient. Chelsea asks him to trust her. Adam tells her that Ian will help as long as he helps Ian break out of prison. Chelsea asks if he is crazy. She says if Ian is set free he could come after them. Ian is unpredictable and he will rat Adam out. She accuses him of sounding like Victor.

Vicky introduces Travis to Summer. Luca tries to get Vicky away from Travis on a pretext of business. Summer says while Vicky talks to Luca, she will talk to Travis. Luca asks Vicky what she is doing with Travis. He tried to bring down our company. Vicky asks ”our company”? Who the hell does he think he is? Luca points out that it’s quite the coincidence that Travis was a big time commodities broker dealing in oil. She says she has spoken to Travis and her private life is none of his business.

Summer asks Travis how he and Vicky met. She says the family were hoping Vicky and Billy could work things out but this will not happen. Summer and Luca leave. Travis says he doesn’t know who hates him more, Nick or Summer. Vicky gets a text she is needed at NE and she wants him to come with her.

Sharon tells Mariah about the nightmare and how Dylan questioned her. Mariah wants Sharon to get help. Sharon says if she does she will lose Sully and Dylan. Nick arrives. Nick looks at Sully and says it’s too bad that they couldn’t stay little. Sharon has a flashback to Sage picking Sully up the day she discovered he was Christian and how she could have looked into his eyes and not know he was hers. Nick asks if she is okay and that she looks tired. She says Sully is teething. He asks if that’s the only thing keeping her up. She recalls Sage asking her to promise to tell Nick about Christian. Mariah comes down and says Sully needs her. Sharon says she is okay and goes to Sully. Mariah tells Nick, Sharon is fine and almost throws Nick out. Mariah tells Sharon she needs to decide now. Sharon says she is going to keep her family together. Mariah says Nick will notice if something is off with Sharon. Mariah says Sharon needs to pull it together or the truth will come out.

At CL Dylan gives Paul a list of forgers and asks if Paul recognizes any names. Paul says he and Victor know Frank Ellis. Adam used Ellis to frame Victor by forging his diary. Later Ellis cut a deal and ratted out Jack and Adam. Dylan says she is going to find Ellis.

Dylan tells Adam that he is following up on a lead that can prove Adam was framed. He asks if Adam remembers Frank Ellis. Adam says he went looking for him and discovered he is dead. Dylan says this may be a good time to consider copping a plea. Adam says he will not plead guilty to something he didn’t do. He asks Chelsea if she wants him to cop a plea. She says they are going to fight and win. She says Ian is just going to have to make the jury believe him. She doesn’t want to lose Adam.

Nick tells Dylan that Sharon didn’t seem like herself. Dylan says she doesn’t want to burden Nick because she has been having nightmares about Sage.

Vicky brings Travis to NE and says this is the best way to meet Victor. She says she learned a lot from Victor. Travis says like how to pass the buck. He picks up a draft and says what she has written is a lie. She says they don’t know how the oil leak happened and this press release is a defense maneuver. Travis leaves.

Luca tells Summer that Phyllis arranged for Summer to be out of town and away from him.

Day Ahead
- Lily tells Devon that Hilary faked a fainting spell to get Jack’s attention
- Hilary tells Simon and Ash that her life is on the line and all they do is fight her. She swears they want her to die
- Kevin tells Mariah he is not leaving until she tells him what’s going on
