I am a few days behind, but according to this Adam is the one who hit Delia?

Cricket must have skipped law school during the time they discussed INTENT and the legal definition/requirements for murder. Someone whose car hits a child running around on a road in the dark, and never even realizes they hit the child isn't even remotely guilty of murder. Idiot. Billy is much more responsible for Delia's death than the person who hit her. Geez, Cricket sounded like a 13 year old trying debate class for the first time.

FRIDAY US SPOILER!!!
Court
The jury has reached its verdict. Adam thanks Billy for his forgiveness. Billy says he did it for himself and Delia, not Adam.
Chelsea says whatever happens she loves him.
Adam is found guilty. Kevin smiles. Adam and Billy exchange somber looks.
Michael tells Adam the judge has discretion over the sentencing.
Billy and Vicky leave. Kevin runs out and tells Billy he needs to speak up about Adam’s sentencing. Kevin is angry and says if Billy won’t tell the judge that Adam needs to suffer, he will.
On the stand Kevin says Delia was his daughter and Adam killed her. Kevin cannot forgive Adam. He wants Adam punished to the fullest extent of the law.
Jack says Billy asked forgiveness for Adam and he is asking the same thing.
Victor says that Adam has taken responsibility for what he has done. It was a tragic accident and not a malicious act.
Esther accuses Adam of burning the scarf like it was nothing, like Delia was nothing.
Chelsea speaks again and begs for mercy for Adam and his family.
The judge asks if Adam has anything to say and he say yes. He will not dispute the guilty verdict. He says he is so sorry for the profound hurt he inflicted on everyone. He says Connor has a mother and father who love him unconditionally something he never had. He just wants to be a father to his son. The judge leaves to deliberate.
Kevin is angry and tells Michael was on the wrong side. Michael says this will not bring Delia back. Kevin walks away.
Chelsea tells Adam she wants him back home.
Phyllis says Adam should pay. If this had happened to her daughter she would not forgive or forget.
The judge delivers his decision. He does not impose the maximum sentence but sentences Adam to 10 years in prison.
Kevin says the sentence was not harsh enough. Adam killed Delia and they lost Chloe because of it.
Adam is taken out to be transported to prison when a car deliberately runs him down.
Cane and Lily’s
Lily and Neil are supporting Cane. He says he is going to prove he is innocent. Paul arrives with a search warrant for the premises. Cane is trying to stop the search. Lily and Neil try and calm him. Cane says he did not do this.
GCAC
Devon also gets a search warrant for Cane’s locker.
Joe asks Dylan if that warrant is for Cane. Joe says Cane is/was a friend of his. Dylan says Lily is standing by her husband, do them a favor and stay out of it. Joe says Dylan does not get to tell him what to do.
The Police find the hoodie the person who took the ransom wore. Devon says the evidence is piling up against Cane.
Neil, Lily and Cane are at the bar. Devon tells him the police found the hoodie in his locker and wants an explanation from Cane. Neil comes to Cane’s defense. Dylan returns and says he just saw the video surveillance showing Cane going to his locker with something under his arm and walked away empty handed.
Devon wants Cane to admit it. Lily asks a question and Cane asks if she is doubting him. Cane says he is being questioned by the one person he needs to trust him. He says he took her back after she slept with Joe. Devon interrupts and tells Cane to stop doing this to Lily because of the crap he pulled. Devon and Cane push each other. Joe and Dylan break them up and Dylan tells Cane to go for a walk. Cane tells them all to go to hell.
Lily is worried about Cane and Neil offers to go and look for him.
Lily thanks Joe for stepping in when things got crazy. Joe says if she needs a friend he is there for her.
In the meantime Neil finds Cane at home packing. Cane says he is leaving because he is being set up and especially since Lily doesn’t believe him.
Park
Billy tells Vicky this is where he wants to be, next to Delia’s tree so he can talk to her. He tells Delia she got her day in court. He says he couldn’t wait to hear that Adam would pay for what he did to her. He tells her she can rest because he was found guilty. Billy tells Vicky there are no words to describe the pain from the loss of a child. Vicky says Billy lied to Delia saying all scores have been settled and she can rest in peace. She says he has not let go of his anger. She says he asked everyone to forgive Adam but Billy needs to forgive himself. Billy says he forgives himself but Vicky does not believe him and she wants him to say this was not his fault. Billy says it was his fault, he was supposed to protect her and he cannot forgive himself. Vicky says he found the strength to bury his child, now he needs to bury the guilt. Now is the time to forgive himself. They comfort each other.
Billy goes to the tree and he hears Delia tell him she loves him.
Day Ahead
- Michael tells Paul there was no screech of brakes or slowing down and whoever hit Adam meant to kill him
- Victor tells Jack that Billy left the court just before the sentencing and he wants answers

Maybe Adam will be found Guilty and Sage will than come forward with proof that it was not Adam....her guilt of having Adam in prison for something he did not do may way on her....oooooor maybe it is a hung Jury although I doubt that since they came back in like what 3 minutes

I dont get why Sage was not called in the first place..I mean really????? she was a huge part in the cover up that Christine was bringing up.....yet...no Sage.....that had to be the shortest trial ever seen in real life and on a soup.....
And where was Chloe???????

Adam GUILTY? Ridiculous!!!
But obviously he will not be in prison off the show for very long. Unless he's being written off, he will somehow get sprung and everyone will glare at him with hatred every time he walks into a room. More of the same.

I'm watching it now and need to vent for a sec. Kevin on the stand crying about how he cannot forgive Adam because he hid his actions? Kevin? Shall we name all his crimes and his list of people who have forgiven him?!! I need a vomit emoji!

MONDAY US SPOILER!!!
Court House
Adam exits the court house but as he crosses the street to get to the prison van, he becomes the victim of an H & R driver. Chelsea yells for someone to call an ambulance. The ambulance arrives. Victor asks Jack if he saw who was driving then says that Billy left the court just before the sentencing and now he wants answers. Phyllis drags Jack away. Jack tells her to meet him at the hospital. Chelsea wants to go in the ambulance with Adam but Michael tells her she can’t because Adam is a prisoner.
GCAC
Ben and Abby are celebrating. He says so much has happened and hopes this will be a night they won’t forget and is about to propose when Ashley arrives and asks what they are celebrating. Ashley tells them Adam got a 10 year sentence. Ben gets a call and has to leave for an emergency. Abby tells Ashley she thinks Ben was about to propose. Ashley does not seem to be too pleased. Ashley gets a call from Jack about Adam. Ashley tells Abby about Adam and tells her to go to the hospital.
GCPD
Chris comes to see Paul in tears saying it happened in front of her and it reminded her of the night she was hit and lost the baby. She says Adam didn’t have a chance. Paul gets a call from Victor and says he is not going to bury his son a second time.
Michael arrives and tells Paul it was a white car. He says there was no screech of brakes or attempt to stop. Whoever hit Adam meant to kill him.
Later Chris admits Michael was the right lawyer for Adam. She gets a call saying a witness identified the car and the officers found it at the South Lake Motel.
CL
Billy tells Vicky he thinks he has found a way to live without the rage and the guilt and thanks Vicky for that. He tells her he loves her and the kids and the life they can give them. Jack arrives and tells Billy that Adam was a victim of an H & R driver. Vicky says they have been together in the park. Billy asks how Chelsea is doing. Jack says she is about to lose the man she loves again and this time there is no coming back.
Memorial
Sage and Nick are with Christian. Nick assures Sage that Christian is fighting hard to come home to them. Michael arrives and tells them Adam got 10 years in prison and he was a victim of an H & R driver. He is in emergency and they are not sure if he is going to survive.
Ben is there when Adam is brought Memorial and takes over his care. The rest of the family arrives. Chelsea wants to be with Adam but she is stopped by the police.
Victor asks Phyllis where Jack is and then says Jack is looking for Billy because he knows Billy was the H & R driver. Nick tells Victor not to lose hope because Adam is too rotten to die.
Chelsea tells Sage the car came too fast and she couldn’t warn Adam. Sage tells her that when she met Adam she realized how much he loved her and Connor.
Vicky and Billy arrive and Victor wants Billy arrested. Victor accuses Billy of taking revenge on Adam. Billy says he wanted Adam to pay but not like this.
Paul arrives and Victor tells Paul to arrest Billy. Paul questions Billy but Jack steps in and defends Billy. Vicky speaks up and tells Paul that Billy was in the park with her, but Paul says given how she gave false statements before he is not ready to take her word. Paul wants to check Billy’s car. Billy gives Paul the car keys and says he has nothing to hide.
Chelsea thanks Billy for what he said in court. Billy says he hopes Adam makes it.
Abby arrives tells Chelsea that Adam is in good hands with Ben.
While talking to Paul, Nikki notices Victor is gone and she is fearful he has taken the law into his own hands.
Ben says Adam needs emergency surgery and allows Chelsea to be with Adam. Chelsea tells Adam he needs to be okay so he can come back to her and Connor.
Nick and Sage head back to Christian’s room and hear his monitor going off. The nurse says he stopped breathing.
Adam is taken into surgery.
Chelsea’s Condo
Victor arrives and pays the babysitter saying he will stay with Connor. Victor tells Connor that his daddy loves him and he is the most important person in his life. Victor wants the Lord to save Connor’s daddy so he can be there for him.
Back at GCAC
Billy, Phyllis and Jack arrive and Billy says that what Adam did was an accident and Adam should not pay for it with his life. Billy tells Jack he is proud of him. Jack agrees he should have handled the Adam situation differently. Jack says Ben is one of GC’s finest doctor’s and will pull Adam through.
Ashley sees the ring at the bottom of Abby’s champagne glass and is not happy.
Day Ahead

Ok so this show cant have the baby die.....they need to have the baby live for those that watch and are in the same or have been in the same situation......and we all know that it was most likely Chloe that hit Adam....where was Kevin when he was hit?
And Ashley...UGH...she has turned into a witch...she is like control crazy....writers just cant seem to make the woman strong smart and independent....without making it look as if they are all suffering from PMS or menopause
All of a sudden everyone is in fear of Adam loosing his life...the man they all wised dead....
on another note...I was watching the show The Haunted last night and Melody Thomas Scott was on it about her seeing ghosts in her first home she bought....didnt realize that her child hood was so rough with her grandmother.....did anyone else see that show??????

I'm guessing it is Chloe that hit Adam. They will find her at the motel, or at least the motel connection will lead to her. Then it will be confirmed that she has a baby waiting for her at home and she needs to get home. Billy will think it is somehow his and try to go for custody, which will lead to a DNA test, which will of course be done at the world's worst DNA lab, in Genoa City.

TUESDAY US SPOILER!!!
Memorial
Ashley arrives with the engagement ring and sees Abby and Ben together. Chelsea tells Abby and Ben that Adam can’t die again. Ben suggests she go with Abby and he will call her if there is any news. Ashley gives him the ring saying she found it in the bottom of Abby’s glass. She confronts Ben with the ring and says just a while ago he told her he could not get her off his mind. She finds this disturbing. Ben explains the breakup with Abby was painful and he saw that they are good together. Ben wants to make sure that once he and Abby are married Ashley is not going to hate Abby. She gives him her blessing. She tells him to go and ask Abby to marry him. He leaves.
Abby brings Chelsea to the chapel because it’s peaceful there. Abby admits Adam is a screw up but people tend to forgive screw ups. She says if Billy can forgive Adam then she can. She says this is the place to find the peace and strength for whatever comes next. Ben finds Abby and Chelsea and says Adam survived and is out of surgery. Chelsea leaves. Ben proposes.
Victor arrives and asks Nikki if there was any news. Victor says Billy was not the one who ran Adam down and apologizes for the wrong assumption. He thanks Jack for supporting Adam in court. Victor tells Jack he can leave. Nikki takes Victor away. Jack tells Phyllis that Victor is an insult to parenthood. Phyllis tells Jack to focus on Adam. He says he owes his life to Adam and keeping him away from the pills. Jack says Kelly pumped him with pills and when he came back he wanted to take the edge off but he didn’t because of Phyllis and Adam and what they meant to him.
Sage and Nick are panicked because Christian stopped breathing. Nick physically takes Sage out of the room to let the doctor do his job.
Nikki and Victor arrive and Nick tells Victor that Sage is terrified something is going to happen to Christian. Victor says all the Newmans are strong and they will all survive this. Nikki calms Sage telling her she is going to get through this.
The doctor comes out and says the baby is fine and just forgot to breath. They are trying to keep Christian off the respirator but at the moment the odds are not in his favor.
Chelsea arrives outside of Adam’s door and wants to see Adam but the officer says no. Nikki, Victor and Phyllis tell him they will take steps to make it happen. Chelsea goes in. Adam opens his eye for her. She says that she will never leave or give up on him again and together they are tough. She says she needs him to come home to her. She comes out and tells everyone that Adam is okay and leaves for some air. Victor and Nikki go to check on Christian and Phyllis leaves. Jack is elated that Adam made it.
Ashley tells Jack that Abby and Ben are getting engaged. She says she is very happy about it.
Victor is sitting by Adam’s side and says “you have to fight my boy”.
GCPD
Kevin and Mariah arrive and Paul tells them about Adam. He wants Kevin to check all the videos around the courthouse and the motel. Mariah leaves for the UG. Kevin says he found the driver. It’s a photo of Chloe behind the H & R car. Paul says Kevin needs to help him find her. Kevin says he would not cover for Chloe again and explains about Chloe pulling a gun on Adam at the park. Kevin gets a call from Mariah telling him that Chloe wants his help. Kevin grabs Paul and they leave for the UG.
UG
The UG is dark and someone comes in and puts a set of keys on the bar. Mariah arrives, turns on the light and feels that someone is there. Chloe says she needs Mariah’s help. She needs Mariah to call Kevin because he is the only one who can help her. Mariah asks if this has anything to do with what happened to Adam. Chloe tells her it’s none of her business. Chloe is agitated and asks if Mariah is going to call Kevin or not. Mariah calls Kevin and tells him Chloe wants his help. Chloe hits Mariah over the head with a bottle and says Mariah tipped Kevin off and leaves.
Paul and Kevin arrive and find Mariah unconscious on the floor. Mariah comes to and tells Kevin the Chloe is not okay. Paul puts out an APB. Mariah tells him Chloe said he is the only one who can help her.
CL
Chloe comes to see Esther and tells her Adam was not supposed to be hurt, he was supposed to be dead. She wants Esther to give her cash so she can get away. Esther says she can’t let Chloe run. Chloe accuses Esther of not loving her. She calls Adam a monster. Chloe tells Esther to go to hell. Chelsea arrives and says Chloe tried to kill her husband. Chloe says she should have tried harder.
Day Ahead

Ashley arrives with the engagement ring and sees Abby and Ben together. Chelsea tells Abby and Ben that Adam can’t die again. Ben suggests she go with Abby and he will call her if there is any news. Ashley gives him the ring saying she found it in the bottom of Abby’s glass. She confronts Ben with the ring and says just a while ago he told her he could not get her off his mind. She finds this disturbing. Ben explains the breakup with Abby was painful and he saw that they are good together. Ben wants to make sure that once he and Abby are married Ashley is not going to hate Abby. She gives him her blessing. She tells him to go and ask Abby to marry him. He leaves.
Abby brings Chelsea to the chapel because it’s peaceful there. Abby admits Adam is a screw up but people tend to forgive screw ups. She says if Billy can forgive Adam then she can. She says this is the place to find the peace and strength for whatever comes next. Ben finds Abby and Chelsea and says Adam survived and is out of surgery. Chelsea leaves. Ben proposes.
Victor arrives and asks Nikki if there was any news. Victor says Billy was not the one who ran Adam down and apologizes for the wrong assumption. He thanks Jack for supporting Adam in court. Victor tells Jack he can leave. Nikki takes Victor away. Jack tells Phyllis that Victor is an insult to parenthood. Phyllis tells Jack to focus on Adam. He says he owes his life to Adam and keeping him away from the pills. Jack says Kelly pumped him with pills and when he came back he wanted to take the edge off but he didn’t because of Phyllis and Adam and what they meant to him.
Sage and Nick are panicked because Christian stopped breathing. Nick physically takes Sage out of the room to let the doctor do his job.
Nikki and Victor arrive and Nick tells Victor that Sage is terrified something is going to happen to Christian. Victor says all the Newmans are strong and they will all survive this. Nikki calms Sage telling her she is going to get through this.
The doctor comes out and says the baby is fine and just forgot to breath. They are trying to keep Christian off the respirator but at the moment the odds are not in his favor.
Chelsea arrives outside of Adam’s door and wants to see Adam but the officer says no. Nikki, Victor and Phyllis tell him they will take steps to make it happen. Chelsea goes in. Adam opens his eye for her. She says that she will never leave or give up on him again and together they are tough. She says she needs him to come home to her. She comes out and tells everyone that Adam is okay and leaves for some air. Victor and Nikki go to check on Christian and Phyllis leaves. Jack is elated that Adam made it.
